Super endroit! Situé sur «la colline», le quartier historique italien de notre ville, et à quelques minutes de Forest Park, 13 acres de plus que Central Park! Le parc a un zoo incroyable avec c'est gratuit !! Proche des hôpitaux Barnes / Jewish / Children, Washington et St Louis Universities. Dix minutes en voiture du stade Busch, du centre-ville, de l'arche et bien plus encore! Situé à côté de Sublette Park, nous sommes à distance de marche des grands restaurants, des épiceries italiennes, des pubs locaux avec des terrains de pétanque en plein air, et à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons d'un YMCA !. Accès facile à tous les principaux Hwy & transports publics, nous sommes à proximité de l'art, la culture, les sports et la musique, et de nombreux événements locaux. Un endroit idéal pour les célibataires, les couples et les voyageurs d'affaires.

We were in town for a show playing that night, so we only stayed one night. Upon entering the city, I messaged the host for local recommendations and they did not disappointed.
This place is located near the city without all the noise. We had to get ahold of Terry and Steve after 10 PM and they were on it within 10 minutes. We will stay here again if we come to St. Louis again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The Hill neighborhood was quiet and centrally located for all of the great St.L activities. The apt. was clean and perfectly sized for the 3 of us.

This was well located near Forest Park and an easy, quick drive to downtown and other great places. My one complaint is that the shower water pressure wasn't amazing, but it did the job. Provided amenities in the apartment were all nice, and it felt like home, which was a greay feeking to be able to truly relax at the end of each day.

This was our second time in the apartment and we loved it. The apartment is clean, well appointed and is easy to check in/out.
And the location is hard to beat. Easy access to downtown but in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed taking evening walks without any concern for safety.

I brought my mother and niece to stay here while visiting to see Shakespeare in the park. The unit is a nice 15 minutes from a lot of places to visit in STL.
Getting into the unit was a breeze and we always had parking right in front of the property.

This property is in a great location, close to everyhing. There is plenty to walk to. We especially liked Anthonina's and Missouri Bakery. The place itself is very comfy and clean, everything as advertised. Host is quick to respond. We loved our stay and would go again!

Super cute and quaint and very close to several local spots in the Hill. A nice park across the street. Sofa and sofa bed not very comfy but the bed was nice. It’s the perfect space for a weekend stay!

Terri and Steve are very accommodating. Because we were driving to St. Louis though the night and arriving well before the normal check-in time, they got the unit ready early so that we weren’t tired and “homeless” for quite a few hours.

On our three day stay in Saint Louis, we found the apartment a very comfortable place to come home to at the end of day after touring the botanical garden or an art museum. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean and nicely decorated.

We needed a place near our son and dil. Every other visit has been in hotels. This was so much nicer, more convenient, and cheaper! The home is huge with owners residing on one side and the other half is rentals. We stayed in the 2nd floor unit. Very clean, beautifully furnished, and all new appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and spices. Coffee and the works provided. Nice washer and dryer, towels, blankets, and pillows.
We walked everywhere. You do have to park on the street, but it is a side street. Very quiet.
There is a nice balcony but weather did not permit for us this trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Terry and Steve are fabulous hosts! The apartment is beautiful with so many amenities that I can't list them all. The location was perfect for us, central to all of the things that we planned to do while in the city. We found terrific restaurants close by, well within walking distance had we chosen to do so. We will definitely stay at this property again when we visit!

Steve and Terry live next door and so are easy to reach if there would be questions or issues. The property is in a very safe area of St Louis, and is well located to major highways and attractions. There is a fairly steep set of steps to access the apartment, so this might not be the right place for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. But for others the property is worth the climb.

My sister and I stayed here for a quick last minute girls’ trip. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment is adorable and clean. We walked to Joey B’s for supper and felt safe doing so. Terry responded in a timely manner when I reached out to ask if we might be able to check in early, and was so kind to let us do so. We so appreciated the provided coffee. There are lots of other items provided that we didn’t need, but probably would have been grateful for had we stayed longer. We could only stay for one night this time, but I am bookmarking for future stays!
