Have been to CdC 13 straight years. This villa is undersold in the photos and descriptions. Was a great property. Ivy provides an awesome website to easily order golf carts, make reservation La for various things. I would offer only one word of caution when using a shopper for advanced groceries…be specific. The shopper took some liberties and/or we had some miscommunication, as Martha (chef/cook) felt bad that we had entirely more food than we needed or wanted. Outside of this costly miscommunication, which should be easily avoided, book it ASAP!!

If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would! The house was spectacular! The view was even more breath-taking and amazing to wake up to every day. There was plenty of room for all 11 guests (adults and children). Every room had a view of the water. The chef Marta cooked up the most delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thomas the butler was always attentive and made the most delicious cocktails. Lilly and Carmela made sure everything was tidy and organized so we could really enjoy each moment. We are located right on the water so it made for a beautiful backdrop for pictures. We were 7 minutes from Minitas Beach cluba nd 14 minutes from the Marina which was very convenient. The website the owner provides to order everything from golf carts, boat charters, groceries to restaurant reservations made planning so easy. Ivy was always attentive and helpful. We very much look forward to coming back and staying with our host again!

Property, Staff, Location were all wonderful

I've been to Casa da Campo several times. By far this stay was the best of them all. 1. Ivy was great to coordinate with. Speedy responses if I had any questions. She helped set up food shopping and delivery for the week. We even arrived late to the house on Saturday (flight delay) and she pushed back dinner so we didn't have to eat immediately when we arrived. 2. We were there from Saturday to Saturday. We ate brunch around 11 am (every day) and dinner around 6 pm (5 dinners at the house). Ate dinner out at the beach club one night and Mexican at the Dye Fore area one night. Honestly, the food prepared at the house as amazing so you don't really need to leave the house to eat out. 3. Amazing staff. Ana, Carmella, Lilly, Thomas and Marta are amazing. Top notch. The prepared food was fantastic. Kept all rooms clean throughout the week and even made us drinks. If they stay past 5 pm then it is recommended to provide $40 total for staff to get home. $20-$30/day/per staff as a tip is recommended. They are worth it and you feel like they are part of the family when you leave. 4. House is amazing. Even better than the pictures. Lots of room. Pool was great. Different sitting areas. Even a room to watch TV with A/C. Internet/WiFi was excellent. Several bedrooms with outdoor showers. Bedrooms with good A/C. 5. You feel safe in Casa de Campo. Can walk and take a golf cart anywhere. 6. Gym at the hotel is great. There is a daily fee but if you like to exercise while on vacation then I do recommend the gym. 7. I recommend using Mike's Golf Cart Rentals at Goromana. Ivy directed me to goromana. Very quick responses from Michael. Golf carts were waiting at the house when we arrived. Great golf carts. Nothing fancy like some you see at Casa de Campo but you really don't need anything fancy to get you around. Michael even came mid-week to ensure enough gas in the carts. 8. Staff can do your laundry. I call it the "magic hamper" as your dirty clothes go in and they magically come out clean. They do a fantastic job. 9. Golf is big in Casa de Campo. My brother and I played The Links (I think it's a beautiful course) but the famous Teeth of the Dog is there (the house sits on the 8th hole) and the Dye Fore course is just a cart ride away.

This is a luxury property experience. When you enter you are immediately welcomed by a spacious, enchanting view of the open, fully appointed house, the pool beckoning just outside, the 8th fairway of the Teeth of the Dog golf course and the crashing waves of the ocean just beyond that. All those views can be enjoyed by no fewer than 10 separate seating and lounging areas that allow for casual and relaxed groupings of your party (ours had 7 adults and 7 children). The pool was perfectly sized for adults and children. The spacious backyard was a bonus for frisbee playing. The staff was attentive, seamless, friendly and nearly invisible (until needed). Meals were abundant, tasteful and varied. Upon leaving, all my family immediately missed the easy, luxury life afforded by the staff. I miss most the outdoor shower in the master suite. Coordination through Ivy and her son was responsive and efficient. By the way, play the golf course as it is spectacular, and our 8th hole is the best! Kids loved the golf cart experience and the first class cornhole equipment. If I have any concern, it is with the Dominican Republic’s opaque monetary system. Bring US dollars, as they are preferred and using anything else, including credit cards, will cost you in the translation. Staying in a private villa within La Romana and Casa de Campo is not an all-inclusive experience, so be prepared for little fees and tipping regularly. This is not a criticism of the house rental, which was completely transparent (except for a few additional staff who appeared at our departure expecting a tip). All in all, a lovely experience and the ownership are true professionals.

The Villa is perfect in every way. The view took our breath away. Each of the rooms is clean with a door to a patio with an ocean view. The house is situated in a perfect location with quick access to the hotel area, minitas beach and golf pro shop yet, is on a quiet side street off the main road. Ivy, the owner, replied to my emails immediately and helped guide me to golf cart rentals, grocery and liquor delivery and a masseuse who came to the villa. The pool and hot tub area has recently been upgraded and we spent many hours together enjoying the view and watching golfers pass on teeth of the dog. A coffee tray was delivered to an outside sitting area early every morning (and I missing that luxury now that I have returned home) The staff is wonderful and we had delicious breakfasts and dinner in the villa. We will rent again.

Beautiful house and wonderful staff! The location in CDC was excellent. Ivy was a great communicator and host. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. We’ve already booked the house again to return!

Many bedrooms to fit all of our families. Very roomy and big rooms and gathering areas. Terrific staff. Loved everything about it and it’s more impressive than the pics on the website. Great pool!

We had the greatest week! This property in Casa de Campo is gorgeous, just like the photos. We just couldn't get enough of the view and you can see both the sunrise and sunset. Our group of 11 had plenty of space to spread out and relax together or alone while reading a book. The bedrooms have air conditioning, but the main house is open air. It can get humid and uncomfortable, but nothing a quick dip in the pool didn't solve! The beds were comfortable and Ana, Lilly and Camilla kept the place spotless. Tomas was ready to make us frozen drinks and he has perfected a pina colada (if you buy the ingredients for him). We had most of our meals prepared by the staff and we all raved about everything they cooked. The salad dressing quickly became know as the "magic sauce". Many said the Tres Leches dessert was the best that anyone had ever tasted. The 8th green of the Teeth of the Dog is in the "backyard". It was fun to see a group of our golfers come through that hole while we relaxed at the pool! A few notes for planning: we had all meals at the villa for 5 days/nights. We spent about $250 per person on groceries for the week. Far cheaper than an all inclusive resort. It was easy to buy additional groceries/restock at the supermarket on property. We rented 3 golf carts for our group which provided maximum flexibility. Also, be sure to talk with Ivy about the hours for the staff when you plan your days. You may want to plan $ for evening taxi rides home for the staff if you want them to stay later than the arranged transport on property (around 6). It is important to plan specific meal times with Ana every day. The staff does not normally arrive until 9am in the morning, so we had a few days where we prepared our own breakfast due to planned activities. We also kept them late most nights for dinner. We took two day trips: Barcelo Rum Historical Center which was a 45 minute drive by transport and a day on a private Catamran that left out of Bayahibe (20 minutes by transport). Ivy was helpful to prearranged transport through Jerucas. Ivy, the villa owner/manager was a pleasure to work with to plan our trip and promptly responded to all queries both before and during our stay. Unbelievably, she responds, often within minutes. She is the most responsive that I have ever experienced! We loved this property and would gladly return!

The house is gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable. The view of the Caribbean Sea is unbeatable. The staff was extremely friendly and very competent.

Words cannot explain how much we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very accommodating and the plenty of flowing space in the villa. The artwork and decor is amazing to include the pool and jacuzzi! Costa Verde 3 is the BEST villa on the Teeth of Dog golf course. It was such a delight to wake up every morning to the beautiful Caribbean ocean and the villa's landscaping. Thank you! We are booking for next year!

We went with 4 other couples for my husband's birthday. It was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice - the view is amazing. The house was perfect - lots of space for all 10 of us. Ivy was so helpful in planning the entire trip. The staff was top notch & went over and beyond to meet every need. We can't wait to go back.

Rented this house for a bachelorette party and it was amazing. The house comfortably slept 12 guests and could’ve easily slept more (we had an empty room with a king bed). The view of the ocean is stunning, the pool is fabulous, the staff was incredible, and Ivy was super helpful with transportation, golf cart rentals and grocery delivery. Would rent this house again and again!!!

If I could give this property and it's owner Ivy 1 million stars I would. Not only is this the most gorgeous well maintained property on teeth of the dog, the staff is absolutely incredible. Sweet, attentive and the hardest working genuine people. We stayed at this property for the week of our daughter's wedding. Not only were we able to relax and refresh in between events but we hosted the most delicious family dinners and gathering of friends. Tomas, Juan Carlos, Carmela and Lily always had a smile on their face while maintaining the property and preparing us meals. The bedrooms are beyond comfortable and spacious, the pool and outdoor gathering space amazing. Our memories of staying at Costa Verde 3 will last a lifetime. Ivy is the most wonderful host answering every single question and helping us plan every detail of the week. We will return and recommend this villa 1000%.

Living in Texas, we frequent Mexico often. We had never visited DR….our New Mexico.!! The country is a cross between Hawaii & Mexico. The owner, Ivy Bailey, is a delight to work with. Our trip could not have been more pleasurable….

This was our second time staying at CV3, and once again, this villa is the epitome of perfection. If you are on the fence about booking, just do it. You will not be disappointed. The property is better than described. There is not a bad room in the house. Ivy, Ana, Thomas, and the rest make everything easy. It is what a luxury vacation should be. In addition to the villa, Casa de Campo is a world-class resort with great restaurants, beach, golf, and activities. While there, do yourself a favor and and go to Altos de Chavon and eat at Onnos. - Ivy, thanks for everything.

Costa Verde 3 is the villa you would want to stay in at Casa De Campo! Beautiful villa, great location with a spectacular view! The staff was friendly and willing to make anything happen to enjoy your stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Simply put - if you are considering this villa, book it. You will love it - the house is spacious and lovely, the staff is willing and able, the owner is very helpful and quick to respond, but the view is the real show stopper.

Our trip was perfect! We were there celebrating 50th birthdays with 5 other couples. The house is spectacular in every way. The view is breathtaking. The bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for. - private yet close to one another. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were another example of perfection. Ivy, Anna, Thomas and all were very easy to work with before the trip, during the trip and with any issues. Meals were exactly as we wanted - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location is perfect to get to the Marina, Beach Club or Golf. If you are traveling with family or friends, I would give this a 5 star review!

We stayed at Costa Verde 3 for 7 Days and had a wonderful, memorable stay. Ana, Lilly and Thomas took great care of us and cooked everything we requested, laundered our clothes every day and kept the house clean and tidy. Ivy (the owner) answered all questions and was available (by the minute) if needed. The house is spectacular with incredible views. We ate most of our dinners “al fresco” by the poolside with the crisp air and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the golf cart rental with rides to Minitas Beach, the Marina and sunset cart rides along the golf course. A beautiful house with exceptional service by Ivy and her staff. We definitely plan to return to Costa Verde 3.

We had a great family Thanksgiving in CV3 and you should not go wrong if you rent it. It starts with the owner Ivy who is very attentive and pays attention to details. She contacted us a month before arrival to make things were set and arranged for when we got there. She let us know about the cooking/house keeping arrangements and took care of the reservations we needed. Ivy is terrific. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. It's as good as the pictures show on the website. Our family ranged from 12-60 and we all had a great time and will hopefully go back some day.

We had 11 guys staying at Costa Verde 3 and all of them agreed to a man that there was nothing they would have changed with respect to this trip. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were all incredible. We had intended on only staying 4 nights but extended to 7 nights without any issues. I've did a great job arranging everything for us from the airport pickups to the golf cart rentals. Ana is a fantastic cook and Thomas could not have been more accommodating. Just loved the place. Thanks Ivy and please thank your staff, we had a great time. Tom
