The house was comfortable for a large extended family with enough showers and towels for everyone. Pool and beach was great. Older house and amenities but livable.

Large house with lots room for kids. The house was dirty, run down, broken appliances, broken doors, not well maintained. Mgmt did little to fix the issues during our stay. Felt like a beater rental.

Our group was made of two families including 4 young children. We stayed four nights and enjoyed them immensely. This was the vacation we were looking to book this time. It was the type of place once you got there you enjoyed amenities. The short walk to the pool and beach front/lake for swimming was perfect! We ventured out to the state camp down the road and so glad we did. It was super family friendly! It had everything we didn't get our condo. We made it to Harpoon Brewery one day. It was about 40 minutes to get there. They had cornhole, a playground, bad mitten, and ram can outside. There were a lot tables for adults to just sit and enjoy while kids ran to play. The condo could use some improvements which I've sent along to them. Overall, we were very happy with our pick and enjoyed our time in VT.

This place is cute, but we won’t stay at another Vacasa property again. To start, the king bed had no sheets. We checked the whole house. Called Vacasa and they said they would send someone to deliver sheets. They asked if the person could enter the home without warning, to which I said absolutely not, they must call first. Well, the next day while we were out, someone did enter without warning. And not only did they not bring us the size sheets we needed, but they also left the door wide open. We were terrified thinking someone had broken in or that a wild animal maybe entered. Plus, it was single-digit temperatures outside, so by leaving the door wide open the house was freezing. We were traveling with three very small children/babies, so this was really upsetting. Second, nobody warned us that the dishwasher was broken, so when tried to run it, water leaked all over the kitchen. I contacted Vacasa right away, and they promised to send someone to fix it but never did. Again, we were traveling with babies so this meant a lot of handwashing dishes and baby bottles. They only provided two small trash bags - not enough for a three-night stay. Living room rug was filthy and there was food behind the dresser in one bedroom. They also had a box of unassembled furniture in standing in the middle of the living room, which was in the way and could’ve fallen on our kids - so the two men dragged it to an empty bedroom. Place was cute but not worth the hassle. Hoping for partial refund

The property itself was beat up by too many renters coming and going, I guess. There were towel racks and other racks broken. The screens on the door were ripped. The deck furniture was nasty. However, I will say that the kitchen had everything you needed and was very nice. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and neat. As far as the location, well it was away from everything. This would be nice for a romantic getaway and not 5 women that wanted to go dancing and looking for something exciting to do. Since the area had major flooding before we arrived, some of the restaurants were not open but that's mother nature's fault.

Overall, our group had a great stay. Listing was accurate and area was pleasant. Only thing I would critique is if we could have been give more trash bags but other than that, great place!

Vacasa was terrible to communicate with. We had an issue regarding the garbage disposal on our first day and gave them a call and they said someone would be over to fix it but never heard back from them the whole time. They also don’t list all of the rules and requirements that come with the house on Vrbo.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
Our family of four was delighted when we arrived at this rental! It truly felt like a home away from home. It was even better than in the pictures. It was very peaceful. Great hiking and swimming nearby. Great restaurants. Everyone was so friendly too! We can't wait to come back. Thanks for the wonderful visit to Vermont!

Our stay was fine. The only big complaint was the beach. It was very mucky.

Nice house, pool not open.
The house is great. Loved the whirlpool. Sadly the pool was not open and the listing says it’s open until November ( it is heated). This was a primary reason for our visit. Tried to contact the organization about it for over week and no calls back. Disappointed, but finally reached management and we received compensation and a later checkout.

Beautiful and spacious place ~25 min from Killington. Lots of space and beds if you have many kids. Would stay there again.

The cottage was very clean with a modern kitchen. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet. Close to many great restaurants and inns.

Gorgeous home!
This home was perfect for my group. We were a total of 8. The home has everything we needed, towels, kitchen and grill access. There were tons of games to keep the guest entertained. The home was well kept and felt like home. We were 3 minutes walking distance from the lake, which has an amazing view.
The only part that was a bit difficult was planning ahead of time. The address did not appear for any of my guest on gps. I contacted the Vacasa and they were able to contact the owner right away. This is a private property so it’s best to call and ask for information.
Looking forward to the next stay.

Pictures don't do it justice
We loved our stay! Beautiful home, newly updated remodeled kitchen and massive jacuzzi in master. Room layouts were better than I was expecting as far as bed situations. We had fun down at the beach by the lake and it started raining so we went back to the house and lit a fire and snuggled up on the couch. Loved the game and movie selection. Would love to come back again sometime!

Excellent Stay
House was clean, had plenty of space, close to both Killington and Okemo which are prime ski and board slopes.

Location , location, location
Perfect for my young skiers. We did Okemo, Killington and Suicide Six and of course Long Trail Brewery for dad. Will definitely rent again!

Great Place!
Great condo! Clean and roomy which made it easy to enjoy your vacation. Vacasa management was great to work with. We were there for the hottest week of the summer so far...90's+ with humidity ...no AC ( normally doesn't get that hot in VT) but they came to the rescue with fans!
Short walk to the small but private and clean beach with a dock. Water was great if you entered from the dock via the ladder....mucky if you walked into it from shore, however you can float for hours..which we did. We'd suggest wearing water shoes and it would be fine. The lake was refreshing and so was the pool.
Great perk is the State Park is about 2 mins away with a great beach with a boat launch. Best place to put your canoe/kayak in the water because of the short and hilly walk to the private beach from the condo. Safest way to put in. We put in and took out at the park the beginning and end of the week, our kayaks were safe on the private beach when we weren't using them.
All and all two thumbs up! We had a wonderful, relaxing, carefree and enjoyable week!
