Une fois que vous entrez dans ce fabuleux et spacieux condo au premier étage, vous ne voudrez peut-être pas partir. Du foyer à travers le grand salon / salle à manger ouvert et à travers la véranda, vous aurez un premier aperçu de la plage et de l'océan. Cette grande unité de coin aérée se sent comme une vraie maison, pas une location de vacances. Le mobilier et la décoration sont beaux et confortables. La table à manger peut accueillir huit personnes ... mais la véranda, vitrée ou grande ouverte mai où vous passez la plupart de votre temps! Détendez-vous avec votre café du matin en regardant le soleil se lever sur l'Atlantique ou le soir avec un cocktail au coucher du soleil et l'océan scintille ... Ahhhh!
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer de merveilleux repas et vous sentir comme chez vous. Il y a même une table de petit déjeuner. La cuisine est conçue avec une ouverture donnant sur l'océan afin que vous ne manquiez pas une minute de la vue fabuleuse.
Il y a beaucoup de parking devant le bâtiment et un parking privé en dessous. Nous fournissons la télécommande pour que vous puissiez conduire directement. Nous avons des chaises de plage, des articles de pêche, des parasols et des jouets. Tout pour profiter de la plage.
Les Breakers sont situés au cœur de Ponte Vedra - juste sur la plage mais pratique pour le shopping, les épiceries, les restaurants et plus encore. Relaxant et facile !!

This ground floor, beach front unit was perfect for our family, which includes three generations. Listing is 100% accurate and well stocked. Kendra is easy to coordinate with. We’ll be back again next year.

Another relaxing visit to our now favorite condo. We visit Ponte Vedra several times a year, and always stay at the Breakers. Kendra, makes sure all condos are exactly what is presented on VRBO, and we always appreciate her attention to detail. Thank you, Kendra we will be back!

Our daughter’s wedding was at the PV Lodge and Club. The property was very close and convenient. It had nice outdoor space. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

We have always stayed in the Breakers going on 33years, they never disappoint. The location, condos, views of ocean, and of course having Kendra (VRBO)who makes every trip flawless. This year was extra special as family from Montana flew in for the week. Easiest vacation ever as they never left the beach, but once!! There were 8 of us and 627B was absolutely perfect for everyone. We will definitely rent that exceptional condo again.

We were thrilled to find a unit at the Breaker’s in Ponte Vedra Beach. It is our absolute favorite and the wide beach is never crowded. The Breakers location can’t be beat. The condo was clean and updated. It had all that one needs in a kitchen. Perfect for families young and older.

This condo had it all! A beautiful ocean view and plenty of room and lovely furnishings to be comfortable.
Kendra was kind and accessible if we needed her, but didn’t impose herself during our stay.
We didn’t want to leave and would love to use the condo again.

I hesistate to write how I truly feel about this gem of a property because I want to selfishly keep it all to myself! We did not want to leave. The perfect beach escape just steps from the sand! The access and convenience to the beach is unmatched. The design and decor makes you feel right at home and is icing on the cake! We can't wait to return.

My family has stayed in The Breakers condominiums many times over the years. This unit was beautiful and recently updated. You cannot beat the gorgeous views and access to the beach. We would stay here again, most definitely!

Property is very nice, clean and in the best location. Literally a stones throw from the beach which has plenty of sand and seashells. Due to Hurricane Nicole, our Thursday flight was cancelled but we were able to get out later on Friday. Our original accommodation was still in use by owner so Kendra arranged for us to stay in another property just two doors away. We lost two days, due to the hurricane and had literally spent all day traveling on Friday which was a bummer - United did their best but frustrating nonetheless. We made it to our friends wedding in the end. The townhome was clean, had enough kitchen gadgets to keep us going, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous linai with spectacular views - nothing like sitting with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. Ponte Vedra Beach is beautiful. Shopping close by but other than going to the wedding we loved just staying at the beach. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

First off, Kendra is amazing! Wonderful communication. The place itself exceeded my expectation. More space than I had thought so that was Wonderful! The patio was amazing and everything was very well furnished! We had everything we needed for the week with 2 kids under 2. When we come back we will be sure to stay here!

Great experience at this beautiful condo. Gorgeous home and location with amazing beach access. Thanks to the host for providing beach chairs and plenty of beach towels! View of beach from gorgeous screened/glass porch was on point for elderly parent in wheelchair that could not make it on to the beach. Kendra was an exceptional host and met/exceeded our every request/expectation. Note regarding accessibility: there are several sets of steps to maneuver from parking to the flat, so if fully wheelchair bound you will need to consider how to manage. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic Beach Condo!
We loved this beach condo. The location is right on the beach which is amazing. The patio/lanai was perfect for taking in the beach view, smell and sounds while staying out of the sun. The beds were very comfortable and there were bathrooms in all of the bedrooms. Very high-end and spacious with a comfortable/relaxed feel. We could’ve stayed there for a month. Very impressed!

We loved our start to Summer. With three bedrooms and three baths directly on the beach, we had the perfect location for a three generation getaway. We’ll be back again next year.

We have stayed here 2 years now. We love this property. Great location. Easy access to beach. Perfect layout of condo and nice balcony. Very clean and comfy. Realtor very easy to work with. Lives close and came when we had issue with door. No complaints at all.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo
We stayed here for a girls weekend. The condo is spacious, beds are very comfy and the view is magnificent! Kendra made check in and out so easy. If you are looking for a relaxing beach weekend in a well appointed condo this is a great spot. Will most definitely be back!

Excellent condo
Just as the prior reviews stated, the condo is perfect for family and/or couples. Great layout, everyone had their own space and privacy. Super easy access to the beach from the huge porch facing the ocean. This condo truly does have anything and everything you need. Special shout out to Kendra for all of her kindness, professionalism, and accommodating ways. We will be back soon.

My family loves to come to Ponte Vedra to look for sharks' teeth and enjoy the small town feel of the town! This particular visit was to celebrate my mother's 80+ birthday. My sister joined us for the first time and my two college-aged sons and one friend from Gainesville met us as well.
The condo was so comfortable, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the two other bedrooms have twins (2 in the 2nd bedroom and 3 in the 3rd bedroom). The condo is so quiet and we just LOVED the outside sitting area. Some condos are not very private, but this one was really private and very accommodating. The condo was also spotless, which always makes me feel better about renting.
The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of dishes and silverware, pots and pans, and we never felt like we went without any convenience. We discovered on the last day that there is a filtered water dispenser INSIDE the fridge which was really nice.
Kendra was an absolute delight to work with and we will definitely contact her again the next time we plan a trip to Ponte Vedra.

Great place to stay while taking Mom to Mayo Clinic
This was so delightful to stay at the beach and wake up with a view of the water every morning. Only a 15m minute drive to the Mayo Clinic, we were able to come back one afternoon for a nap. This condo has a great location, good layout for the 3 of us, and we hope to come again! The property manager was helpful. thank you.

Perfect
The property we rented met all our expectations and more. You really need to take nothing but yourself. Ample room for everyone to be together or have their privacy. Access to beach was outside the door and it’s not crowded and beautiful. We plan to return next year.

Family Time
I wanted a place to take my mom and her sister, close to the beach where they could be together. Along with a couple cousins and a niece we had a fabulous time. The place was well equipped, right on the beach and that Lani was the best for everyone to join for coffee in the morning and cocktails after the beach. Thank you again.....

Perfect vacation spot for families.
When you travel for spring break with the kids you want to pick a place that is convenient, easy, and has plenty of room. This place is all of those things. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. We got groceries delivered to save time. The beach is right out front so the kids could go out any time they wanted. There were umbrellas and chairs for everyone. We got passes from friends that live there to the pool club which for our family was worth it. We ate out at Mezza one night and the kids made their own pizzas and then ice cream at Whit's. Everything was clean and the Wifi was super fast. Parent to parent the kids had a great time with enough space to have some alone time and plenty of space to be together. We would easily stay here again.
