Magnifique penthouse Crescent Beach # 134, dans le secteur exclusif de Palmas del Mar Humacao. Très spacieux et lumineux avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Il a une cuisine très spacieuse et équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin et d'un refroidisseur à vin. Le penthouse dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains, salon, salle à manger, terrasse au deuxième étage avec une vue inoubliable et balcon donnant sur la mer des Caraïbes.
Le salon est équipé de TV câblée et internet wifi. La chambre principale a accès à un grand balcon avec vue sur l'océan. Elle comprend également un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen et une salle de bain complète, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, a un stationnement intérieur.
Le complexe dispose d'une zone de trois piscines pour adultes et enfants, une aire de sport pour la plage de beach-volley. Certaines des commodités comprennent des terrains de golf, un centre de tennis, un centre équestre, un port de plaisance, un hôtel, un club de plage, un casino et d'excellents restaurants. Il est situé à 10 min du complexe, vous trouverez Sam's, Walmart, fast food et épicerie.
Pour nous, il est très important que vous profitiez de votre séjour dans nos installations et
intimité . nous n'avons pas de caméras installées à l'intérieur du village.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a great view from both balcony’s. Upon arrival the check in process was very easy and communication with Rene was great! His instructions for the process were clear and easy to follow. The property upon arrival was clean. There were a few Minor issues that I addressed with Rene But nothing that affected the stay over all. The great part of this property, I thought was a huge plus was the solar energy use. The whole property lost power at one point during our stay and we were one of the few units that had power thank goodness. Thank you soooo much for the wonderful stay Rene. You were an amazing host.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was out of this world and the views were just what I was hoping for, breathtaking. You could lay in bed at night and hear the ocean. We did make a few trips out to get supplies and see PR but you could stay here the entire time between the beach, pools and restaurants we had it made. The villa has everything you needs just bring your clothing. Walmart is about a 10min drive so you can get supplies/food 1,2,3. The covered parking was a bonus. The owners were great, I was new to Vrbo and they walked me through the process easily. We plan to return to the villa hopefully sooner then later. P.s. My kids gave the villa and beaches five stars!!!!! LOL :)

We enjoyed this spacious, elegantly decorated 2BR/2BA 5th floor (elevator) unit with our three teenage children. It is right next to the beach with a gorgeous view, also of the lawn, sand volleyball court, and pool area as well. Plenty of room to spread out in the spacious condo with a wide balcony with table and chairs accessed from the living area and master bedroom, and a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the entire rooftop for nighttime sunsets and stargazing which was outfitted with lounge chairs and a dining set. We felt like VIPs using the assigned, covered parking spot under the building. Few Crescent Beach residents were there during our week (last week of March) so we had the pool almost to ourselves, and we felt like we were staying in the nicest complex in Palmas del Mar. Right out the door were miles of clean beach for walking barefoot (no shells, only a little seaweed drying on the beach, which is expected), and no bugs. The waves were sometimes wild, sometimes mild. Communication with Rene was easy and quick, and the place had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again in the future, it felt like we were in paradise.

This was our second year in a row staying in this beautiful condo. Great location, with everything we needed--including a nicely stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our time walking on the beach and in the pools.

Beautiful condo, and honestly the pics online don't do it justice as the views from the balcony and rooftop are amazing. Will definitely come back and stay at this home again. Owners were super in communication as well. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I recently returned from a few nights at this wonderful unit. The unit is beautiful and exactly as advertised - the view from the balcony was fantastic. Upon arrival, everything was incredibly clean and the AC was very efficient in cooling down the place. We never had a problem finding chairs at the pool or the beach. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay - it was a very nice break for us.

We loved the overall atmosphere of Crescent Beach. Pool was never busy so we always had our choice of chairs. There isn’t much of a beach to lounge on but you have plenty of room to walk. I didn’t like not having someone there to meet us upon check in. It took us a while to figure out where the washer dryer was and there were no instructions for the TV which only had local channels. We are very disappointed that we were not made aware the dishwasher was not working and wouldn’t be our entire vacation. the apartment itself was wonderful. It was clean cooled up very quickly and had a great view. Unfortunately, you can’t sit outside for morning coffee even with the awnings down because the direct sunlight makes it too hot. The area is very close to restaurants and the supermarket. The restaurants inside the community are very good . Overall, we would definitely go back.

Day or night the balcony views are AMAZING! The location was great but I recommend a golf cart rental. The walk to the beach and pool were short. Important for me as I was recovering from foot surgery. The place is exactly as shown! Toilet paper, Paper towels and beach towels were available for use. Rene was a great host and responsive to our requests. What would make this place better? A couple beach chairs, a cooler, and an extra blanket would have made this place that much better! But it would not stop me from staying here again. If you are thinking about staying, it is totally worth it.

We felt very much at home staying in 134 Crescent Beach. A well maintained, nicely decorated 2 bedroom top floor unit. The artwork is fun and sets a sophisticated mood throughout the condo. Provided were the little things that make you feel at home like cabinets containing kitchen basics (spices, tea, coffee, condiments) bathroom basics (soaps, lotions, sunblock, hygiene items) and assorted games, books etc. for downtime.
The view is awesome and we enjoyed a glass of wine with appetizers on the balcony every evening. The sound of the surf was relaxing and helped put worries out of our mind. Sleeping was easy on comfortable bedding with the white noise of waves from the Carribean.
Crescent Beach itself has a beautiful pool area that is well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. View from the porch is beautiful and an amazing view on the roof as well! We enjoyed walking to the hotel nearby for coffee in the morning and enjoyed the pool. It felt very private and not too busy. The beach is beautiful, but with all the seaweed, we did not spend time walking on it or swimming in the ocean. I would recommend this condo to family and friends if they were staying in Las Palmas.

This is a great place to stay. The beach is easily accessible and great for walking. The pools are nice. The view from the balcony is awesome. The beds are comfortable and there's lots of hot water. Things that would add to the experience are a grill, another lounge chair on balcony, a cooler for picnics, and packable sand or camp chairs. The beach is 3 miles long and great for walking so with chairs and a cooler you could hang out anywhere along the beach. Overall this was the nicest place we stayed!

Great ocean views & comfortable stay
The condo was comfortable and had great views of the ocean. It is one of the more private ones being at the the end of the complex. The unit was very, very clean. The owner does a great job of providing all the comforts of home as well. Plenty of towels including beach towels. You can’t beat the natural light, the view and sound of the ocean from inside as well. We would have liked having two lounge chairs on the main deck and the roof top could use bar height table as you don’t get the beautiful view unless standing. Nothing to prevent staying there again though.
The beach itself had a lot of turn so it wasn’t clear water and the beach itself is narrow. We went elsewhere to enjoy the sand and water. Thus the four star instead of five.
Easy check in and out and the directions to the complex were great. The responsiveness of the property manager could have been better. Before arriving my questions were not answered. During our stay power went out and no one ever responded on my question if I needed to do anything. Also when we arrived the guest bathroom window was open and could not be shut. I emailed the property manager so it could be fixed to prevent bugs from coming in as there was no screen. They responded someone would come out the following day yet no one ever came our entire stay.

Fantastic location and wonderful host
Our arrival to Puerto Rico was delayed due to bad weather. Rene was so understanding and allowed us to extend our stay by an additional day. She was very understanding and responsive. The property is amazing and you can't beat the location and ocean views. We would definitely stay here again. There were a few small maintenance issues, but Rene was very responsive to any issues.

This was the break from winter e needed, in the perfect spot.Stunning views of the ocean from a beautiful apartment minimized the few challenges we encountered. Renee was very responsive to problems and suggestions. I look forward to returning!

Lovely views!
This unit had excellent views of the water and was very comfortable. The owners were responsive when we needed to ask them questions and got back to us quickly. Although one window came off its track and out of the frame which could have been dangerous but my husband held onto it and placed it on the floor. Since we liked having the windows open, it didn't bother us that although we reported it, it never got fixed while we were there. The unit had no roasting pan and minimal cooking equipment in general so we had to make do with what was there. All in all we had a very nice stay in the unit and I trust the issues we encountered can be remedied for the next guests.

Good beach vacation
The condominium was directly on the water and the waves can be heard crashing on the shore. The property was in a very good location near the Windham Golf and Beach Resort. The condo was on the top floor (5th) and had a very nice deck as well as a spiral staircase leading to a large roof deck.

Family Beach Trip
Place was really nice but really disappointed at all the seaweed in and on the beach - had to travel fairly far to go to some nicer, clearer beaches. The area is nice and place is good but location was far from where we wanted to go for activities and nicer beach areas. Pool was fabulous! Great for golfers since golf course is right there.

The penthouse is absolutely amazing. Very well organized and put together. It seems as if the owner is still making renovations and modifications to this unit which means that it’s only going to get better in my point of you. I have stayed in Palmas in different locations throughout the last seven years. And the reason why I keep returning is because of the where they have their property set up along with the security which to me is very important.Ocean views from the living room and from your bedroom which are absolutely breathtaking has some issues while we were there but had nothing to do with the unit itself. Rene does a great job at making sure your stay at crescent beach is nothing but accommodating. Hope to visit again next year when I go back on vacation and will definitely try to re-rent this unit curious to see white upgrades will be done to this unit not that it needs much. I score this penthouse a 8 out of 10 only because I would love to see the rooftop set up for entertainment purposes. Great job Rene!!!
