American Indian Decorated Log Cabin On Toccoa River Awaits Your Arrival!
Niché en face de la forêt nationale de Blue Ridge, et au-dessus de la rivière Toccoa, cette cabane est l'ultime évasion de l'agitation de toute grande ville. Le décor amérindien, le porche / balcon de détente et le bord de la rivière en font une escapade de détente. La cabine est un lecteur facile à la ville de Blue Ridge (20 min) et Dahlonega (30 min), et à proximité du sentier des Appalaches (10 min). Le Fish Hatchery est à seulement 4 miles de la route, et il y a beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée à proximité ainsi que des cascades à voir.
La cabine peut accueillir 8, confortablement. 2 lits queen size, 2 lits jumeaux, 1 canapé-lit confortable et 1 lit Futon. Cabine comprend un grand canoë et des tubes flottants, grill extérieur et un foyer extérieur, une balançoire, laveuse et sécheuse, magnétoscope et beaucoup de films, des puzzles et des jeux pour toute la famille.
Allez pêcher, nager, faire de la randonnée, faire du canoë, griller, lire, ou simplement s'asseoir sur le porche et prendre le son de la rivière et les oiseaux. Vous vous sentirez rafraîchi et détendu en appréciant le pays de Dieu.

The cabin was very cute and cozy. It was clean and secluded which we loved. It was a bit small for our family of eight - but since we spent most of our time exploring the area it was the perfect place for resting in between adventures

This cabin was amazing! My 9year old son and I had the perfect get away weekend at this cabin! Cathie was very responsive and a top notch host! Plenty of things to do, games, cassette tapes for the vibes, right on the Toccoa river! Fish hatchery right up the road, great BBQ at Wild Cat BBQ, quick breakfast and small grabs at Copper Creek Store. Suspension bridge a must see! Downtown Blue Ridge only 40 minute drive!

What an awesome place! Cathie was super responsive, the directions to get the cabin up and running were super easy to follow. The river that it sits off of is really peaceful. It's just far away enough from town to feel like you are aways from everything, but close enough to Blue Ridge to be convenient. We would definitely recommend this cabin to for a great getaway.

We used this cabin as a home base for a couple of days of fly fishing around the Chattahoochee National Forest. The cabin had plenty of space and we made use of the fire pit both nights. Having a complete kitchen was helpful for making meals.
We caught creek chubs and war paint shiners in the River below the cabin. We drove to the Fish Hatchery as well.
Our most productive area was the Delayed Harvest section of the Toocoa.

I had an amazing stay! The property is exactly as it is described. If you’re looking for a quiet, trout fishing getaway, this is your spot. The stairs down from the cabin literally step off into the water. I drove to multiple locations but honestly had my best fishing right from the steps of the cabin for all three species of trout. The only other spot I might recommend is deep hole rec area (about 4 minutes away). The deeper water there provides a shot at landing some bigger fish.

I wanted a remote getaway from work. This cabin was it. It’s absolutely beautiful and prefect for a long weekend getaway. Cell service isn’t great, but I knew that when booking. My teen lost the cabin key and Cathie was so sweet and helped us quickly. Beware of the stair though. I fell down them the first day.

Beautiful place
The cabin was in a lovely location. We used the tubes and had a perfect 1 hour trip down the river. We had a problem getting into the cabin but the host responded quickly.
We are not big internet users and the wifi was not good. There was no cabinet space available for the food we brought which was ok since we only stayed 3 nights.

It stormed every night so the internet was here and there. I wasn't there for the internet just to spend some time with my baby! Wr made shores on the fire pit, played games, and even put a puzzle together. It is a beautiful place and so thankful for Kathie sharing it with us!

Perfect cabin in the tree tops
We can't wait to go back to this perfect cabin! We love its location above the river in the tree tops. Very clean, modern with old fashioned comfort. In the mountain air we slept like babies. The only thing we didn't like was the coffee maker, which didn't keep the coffee hot. That's okay, because next time we'll take our own. And hopefully there will be many more next times.
The cabin's name is River Song. Truly the river right below the cabin sang to us a lullaby of relaxation along with all the birds singing. It was paradise. It only takes a little while to nearby towns. We recommend this place highly!!!!

Rustic mountain cabin overlooking river. 2nd visit and just as pleasant this time as before. About 66 steps to River overlook and another 12 steps to into Trout Fishing Paradise!!!

My husband and I couldn’t believe how much time they spent floating down the cold river, but they had a blast. We couldn’t handle more than dipping our feet in the cold water. The whole area around the cabin was beautiful. We visited Blue Ridge, McCaysville, and Sea Creek Falls. The cabin met our simple needs, more rustic than some we have stayed at. Some would probably frown on hand washing dishes for eight twice a day, but it was okay with me. The stairs in the house and outside were also okay for us but would possibly be difficult for some. I would definitely rent this cabin again for our outdoors loving family.

The cabin waa great! It had anything you need in the kitchen and throughout the house. The owner was very responsive. This is not a place for small children or older adults. The drive up the street is very steep. The stairs to the river are a challenge, but accurately described in the pictures. The river is beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend this cabin.
