VILLA SERENE in Exclusive Beachfront Complex
Rez de chaussée 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains villa. À quelques pas de la piscine et du jacuzzi. La villa est joliment décorée avec un thème côtier. Il est situé à 200 mètres de la plage et à côté du Wyndham Hotel & Casino. Il y a un bar de plage appelé "La plage bohio" une fois que vous marchez sur le sable. Vous pouvez avoir des cocktails, de la nourriture et louer des chaises de plage.
La 2ème chambre est une petite chambre idéale pour les enfants. Le lit est un double (complet) qui pourrait convenir à 2 enfants confortablement.
Palmas Doradas est proche du club de tennis et il y a aussi deux terrains de golf spectaculaires au sein de Palmas del Mar.
Palmas del Mar est une station balnéaire au sud-est de Puerto Rico. La terre est d'environ 2 750 acres. Il y a une école, 25 quartiers, des petites boutiques, une quinzaine de restaurants, 2 marinas et un club nautique. Louez une voiturette de golf pour vous déplacer pendant votre séjour. Vous trouverez un supermarché où vous pourrez acheter vos courses pendant votre séjour. Il a la sécurité 24 heures à l'entrée d'une porte, et à chaque complexe.
Un nouveau Paseo Tablado a été ouvert dans une forêt de Pterocarpus. C'est un bijou écologique dans les Caraïbes.

This property worked perfectly for my family and I. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and nearby restaurants.

My wife and I stayed here with our twin 4 year olds. The property was great. The pool is steps from the apartment and beach is a very short walk. We would stay here again next time we are in PR.

This property was just right for my partner and me. What I am impressed with is the listing of this property exactly what the owner/property manager writes is exactly what you're getting! The property was very comfortable for me and my partner. I was not in Palmas on vacation I was there on business. I got to enjoy the relaxation and peacefulness of the property.

This is the second time we have rented this property. The pool is just steps away, the beach is just a 5 min 10 if you stop to feed the turtles. The house is very clean and well kept. We love spending time here. And are looking forward to staying again.

Five-Star Rental
My family and I loved this property. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotless, wonderful linens, equipped with everything you need, in excellent condition and the view is lovely. We will definitely be returning. Magda was a kind, helpful and wonderful host. Overalll the property has the quality of a 5-star beach resort hotel with a familiar feel.

This property is in a great location in relation to the beach and pool, and has an attentive property manager who was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The property is secure, yet easy to find and access. Overall, I had a great stay in this beautiful community.

A perfect family vacation
Villa Serene was a perfect place to stay for our family of four - myself, husband and two three year old sons - just looking for a week of relaxation. The space is very nicely decorated and the floors are beautifully tiled throughout. Linens, towels and beds were great and there was T.V. with access to amazon prime and Netflix in each room. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and there were two grocery stores just 15 mins away, as well as a small convenient store 3 mins away by car. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. There were a few toys, beach toys and beach chairs, which was great to have! We spent lots of time in the pool, which we mostly had entirely to ourselves throughout the stay. The beach was nice for walking and dipping your toes. While we were there the surf was strong but the waves were beautiful. We did venture out to Luquillo Beach, about 45mins away, with calm waters great for young kids. We also checked out El Yunque, went horse back riding at the Carabali Rainforest Park, and spent a morning in Old San Juan. Everything was within and hour of Villa Serene and it was a relaxing clam place to come back to after any adventure of the day. With in the area of the villa we would definitely recommend the nature trail and La Pescaderia, a delicious restaurant right on the water. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and spend time exploring Puerto Rico.

The condo was great - cozy and quaint. Close to the pool and ocean. We had some technical challenges with the TV and kitchen, but we never called to get them addressed. All in all - great place!

Perfect for a nice relaxing vacation
We absolutely adored staying at this property. It was the perfect location and size for my husband and I along with our eight and five-year-old. They loved that they were able just to walk out the back door and go swimming in the pool. They also enjoyed nighttime walk to the hotel to get iceCream at Davids. We will definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone

Beautiful home! Perfect vacation for the family.
We took our 2 boys here. And they had a blast. We were in walking distance to the beach and pool. The home was stunning. Very clean and open. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into their home. The Netflix boxes were a sweet touch for down time. We would definitely come again. Palmas has everything near and easy to get to.

Clean, crisp, beachy, and RELAXING!!!
We loved this place in Palmas Del Mar. although we do not golf, we enjoyed the convenient restaurants and amenities the community has to offer. The unit itself is spotless and very comfortable. The atmosphere is fairly quiet, with a bit of excitement here and there with pool goers. We loved how close the pool is. Humacao and other metro areas are just a short drive away so you can purchase meat and food to grill on the gas grill on the patio. The beach is a 2 min walk and was very clean and just a little rough tide while we were there. Stuff is pricey in the resort, but the value of the dining is wonderful. Our favorite part was the pond right by the pool; it was full of turtles, fish, and hungry sea birds. Very fun to sit and relax and watch. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing!
This was by far the best VRBO rental we have stayed in. Perfect location on ground floor with a beautiful patio for morning coffee! Extremely clean and had everything we needed and more! The location near the beach can't be beat - a simple five minute walk! The beach and pool were practically deserted while we were there, which wAs very relaxing! There is a beach restaurant which was fun to eat at as well. we loved how close everything was and how private it was! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet family get away with all the comforts of home with the pool and beach as added amenities!

Home away from home
This was our second stay here. We love how at home we feel.The owners are very attentive to our needs if any problems arise. Palmas is a very lay back relaxing place.

Beautiful condo
My husband and I spent a week here and really liked this condo. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated. We had a little trouble figuring out the tvs but after one phone call Magda and her husband helped us sort it out quickly. There was a pool and hot tub just outside the door and the beach a very short walk away. Palmas Doradas is right next door to the Wyndham hotel and very centrally located in the Palmas del Mar complex.
The condo was well equipped with such things as bug spray, sunscreen, shampoos and lotions. There were towels, beach chairs and beach toys if you should happen to bring a child to sleep in the second small bedroom.
We didn't actually cook much but the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, basic spices etc.
