Absolutely beautiful property! On the Northside it is nice and quiet and having the beach to yourself is wonderful. The villa is equipped with everything you may need except food, LOL. The snorkeling directly in front of the Villa is wonderful - we snorkeled every day we were able to. We did several activities this week including renting a Catamaran, going to the Turtle center, Botanical Gardens and other things. The Over the Edge restaurant just down the road has wonderful food and having a small grocery store close by was so convenient. When we traveled to Rum Point we noticed how the villa's got closer and closer to each other. During our stay we only saw people staying in the other 5 Villa's. There is no way to explain how beautiful the area was - we would have loved a second week to keep enjoying the beautiful snorkeling. Only negative is the mosquitos - they were plentiful but nothing bug spray didn't fix.

This villa is amazing! The view is incredible. The villa is very well stocked with everything we needed. Frank was very attentive and responsive and provided a lot of information to make our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Grand Cayman.

Every aspect of the rental was top notch. We loved being on the quieter side of the island.

The property was as advertised. Everything worked and we had no issues. The location is peaceful and calming. I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee and walking direclty out on the beach. We had a great vacation.

Frank was so responsive and helpful, we really appreciated that. The unit itself is very clean and as listed. It’s the quiet end of the island which we very much appreciated. Listening to the waves right out the door is fantastic. The only negative I can say is the current on that side brings in seaweed which can be unsightly, and trash that washes up on the beach. Even with that one negative I would stay here again for sure. Owners, location and serenity are all great. Great vacation, we will return to this spot!

This was our first visit to Grand Cayman, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We are so happy we stayed on the North Side - so peaceful and away from all the traffic & roundabouts. My husband and I miss waking up every morning enjoying our coffee on the patio soaking in the views of the ocean. Talk about taking all stress down to 0%. Literally, just off the patio is a nice sandy area with comfortable lounge chairs then the ocean. The snorkeling was great too - in fact the morning before we left, I snorkeled 2 more times. We also enjoyed walks along the beach looking for cool coral and shells. The villa had everything we needed - lots of beach towels, well equipped kitchen, laundry, snorkeling gear, and we grilled one night and had a wonderful dinner on the patio enjoying the sounds of the water - no need to dine out with a view like that! The owners were very helpful - especially since we arrived late on a Saturday night - they told us where to eat and get groceries before driving to the villa since grocery stores aren’t open on Sunday. Communications with the owners were top notch - quick to return emails/calls. Before our trip started, they sent us information on restaurants, things to do in Grand Cayman, and other helpful information that help us plan a great family vacation. We hope to return to Grand Cayman soon and would stay at this beautiful & comfortable villa again.

Beautiful setting on the beach-very quiet & peaceful.

We had such a relaxing stay at North Side. For most of our stay we felt like we had the private beach all to ourselves. Morning coffee outside, snorkeling in the ocean right in front of the house, watching sunsets was all amazing. We took at boat trip to see stingrays, what a fun experience! We also stopped to see star fish at RumPoint. The house was well equipped, we had everything we needed for very relaxing stay!

This vacation was just perfect from start to finish and in a large part due to our wonderful accommodations and hosts. The location was ideally situated in a quiet, low key neighborhood and still close to the activities we loved. How wonderful to be able to walk out the back doors, step onto the beach and in less than a minute be swimming out to the reef. Postcard perfect! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Lucious white sand with so many sea shells, cute hermit and ghost crabs, birds and beautiful sunsets. We could enjoy our morning coffee on the back patio, read a book in the festive Adirondack chairs and lounge on the relaxing, adjustable chaise lounge chairs. Although we spent most of our time outside, the interior of the home was so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. We took a fishing charter early in our trip and enjoyed preparing and eating the fish for the rest of our stay. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare scrumptious meals. The addition of a basket full of spices and other pantry supplies was a real bonus! There is also a charcoal grill and tools to go with it. I'm sure the surrounding restaurants are awesome, but we didn't want or need to leave for meals. As recommended by the hosts, we picked up the majority of our groceries in the George Town. In addition, there was an excellent fruit/veggie stand about 3 miles away (yummy mangoes!) and a small, surprisingly well stocked store about a mile away for extra beverages, ice cream, sundries and groceries. We were so close to many outdoor activities we loved. Of course we enjoyed the snorkeling right off the shore with beautiful coral and fish to see nearly every day. There are several conservation areas with walking paths that were excellent for bird and butterfly observing close by The Mastic hiking trail was more rigorous and an excellent morning activity for more bird watching (and watching your step!). There are beautiful starfish to see just off the shore less than 10 minutes away up, around Rum Point and Crystal Cave to explore less than 5 minutes away. Everyone we met was so nice and our hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating! What wonderful memories we bring home with us. We cannot wait to come back and definitely would want to stay here next time. Many thanks for sharing your home and knowledge about the island!

This was one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in. It was very clearly taken care of, the kitchen was well-stocked (including a generous amount of spices, condiments, and other "take some, leave some" food items left by previous guests), and the location was fantastic. It's right on the beach and has the best snorkeling we experienced on the entire island 80 feet or so from the property. It's also only a 15 min drive to Starfish Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club where you can catch a boat to Stingray City!

This property was wonderful! The location could not be better from our standpoint. We woke up every morning to coffee on the beach, and spent every evening watching the sunset to the west. It is a good distance from the 'hustle and bustle' of George Town / Seven Mile Beach, which we appreciated; but also close enough that we could easily drive to the 'tourist' areas if we were feeling adventurous. Snorkelling right out front was quite good. We even saw a nurse shark! We could not keep our 8 y.o. out of the water. The beach out front has a good deal of sea grass, but this home in-particular had a nice little area with no sea grass for swimming/sitting in a chair in the water. The location was quiet and convenient. You do hear a bit of noise from the road/school across the street, but it is minimal, the road is not busy, and much of it is drowned out by the waves crashing on the reef off-shore. The home itself had everything we needed; dishes, towels, beach gear, etc. We did most of our large shopping trips at Foster's Countryside approximately 30 minutes away, but Chisholm's Grocery just down the road was extremely convenient for ice, necessities, etc. They are more expensive overall but actually had better prices on bottled water, toilet paper, and even beer/liquor. Frank is excellent to work with. We had a medical emergency 24 hours prior to our booking start and he was very empathetic, understanding and flexible to our situation. We can't say enough good things about working with Frank. Overall this home and our experience with Frank made our whole vacation wonderful, and we would absolutely stay there again next time we are in Grand Cayman!

We had the best experience with this property and with the owners. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures online don’t even do it justice! The backyard is an absolute paradise and nothing compares to waking up to the ocean view each morning. Not only was the owner was prompt in communication, but he went above and beyond by providing us with documentation that helped us throughout our stay (favorite excursions and restaurants, details about the house, etc.). We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to go back to the beautiful Cayman Islands!

This was an amazing property. Words can't express how much we enjoyed our stay. The closeness of the private beach and the wonderful views. The pictures and description are all accurate. The owners have decorated this villa beautifuly and the closet is filled with everything you need to enjoy the water and beach. Frank gave us a lot of documents to guide us thru our stay and we used them almost every day. He is a 5 star host. It is very quiet over here and you are away from all the traffic and bustle of the SMB area. Good restaraunts and activities are just a short drive away. We had no issues during our stay and Frank stayed in touch with us. The Washer/Dryer were a nice touch and we packed way too many clothes !! Just remember it is their home and treat it like your own.

This was a great place to stay on the North End of Grand Cayman. We weren't too far from the N-S road, the East End, and the Kaibo area. So it didn't take a lot of driving to go out to eat, grocery shopping, etc. The snorkeling outside the house was great once the winds died down. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms didn't work, but the owner was quite responsive and provided a couple of alternatives. We had a lovely time here, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved our stay at Azure Breeze. It is conveniently located on the Northside. Quiet and private. The snorkeling in our own backyard was AMAZING! We loved the white soft sandy beach. House had everything we could possibly need. It was like being home!

We had a wonderful week at this villa on the North Side, which was the perfect space for our family of four. Everything was just as described in the listing and the beach is right outside the sliding glass doors, with a great breeze off the water. Frank is an excellent host and was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions leading up to the trip, as well as while we were there on Grand Cayman. The North Side seems to be the quieter side of the island, which is exactly what we wanted. Most of the main attractions were only a 20 or 30 minute drive away, and it was great to see most of the island while driving around. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return!

Our family of five had a wonderful vacation staying at this villa. It has its own private beach outback filled with beautiful sand and access to snorkeling on its own reef. It’s a short drive to rum pointe, which has lots of activities and restaurants so this was the perfect place for us to stay. None of us wanted to leave.

The check in process was very simple. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. Vacationing there was like being in your own little private retreat.

The property was perfectly located for us. It’s a quiet area with a secluded beach. Great snorkelling on the reef outside and easy access. The house was absolutely lovely and fully equipped, we couldn’t have asked for more. It felt like we were in a home rather than just a rental. Location is great for a family/group when you want some quiet and privacy, away from the crowds and cruise ships. Beautiful views out the back porch, great snorkeling when it was calm. Short drive to starfish point so you don't need to buy a tour from Georgetown. Also close to Rum point where you can catch the Stingray City tour boat, and it is cheaper to leave from there. The stingrays and the coral garden were world class awesomeness! We also drove into town one day and snorkeled for free at Eden Rock, which was amazing. That has got to be the best free snorkeling anywhere in the Caribbean! The villa was exactly as pictured, bright and clean and spacious. A few very minor issues - the vacuum cleaner didn't work well, the dryer took a long time to dry, and the AC was a bit unevenly distributed to the bedrooms. Overall I would stay here again if we had another group of 5-6 people. Some might prefer staying in town, but we really enjoyed the quiet and privacy. There are enough nearby restaurants, activities, and stores that you don't need to go back to the west side unless you want to see a movie and get out of the sun. One tip - we could not go on the Bioluminescent Bay tour because it was full and they don't run it on certain days of the moon cycle. Plan in advance and book it before you arrive, this was one activity that is supposed to be unique and amazing.
