Clean, spacious
Location was far from walking tours, had to drive around 45-60 minutes for mountain walking tours.

huge apartment, easy entry, clean, nice 5.1 BT sound system for music, nice balcony, parking lot, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, fruits, comfy beds, all. i usually don't give 10 points, but this is place is epic for 6 people. we will come back for sure.

Very clean with nice host.
the kitchen is well equipped and the living room has smart tv with sound system. The apartment has ski boot dryer with storage. elevator will pick you up from the roofed parking spot

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation for our skiing group. The furniture was modern and sleek-looking, and everything seemed to be of high quality. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable, so the place was perfect for 6 people.
The check-in and check-out could be a lot simpler. Everything was set up for contactless check-in and check-out, yet we had to get all this info from the hosts through texts and phone calls. They could automate it and make the process a lot smoother in the future. Also, parking rules weren't properly explained in the beginning (we had no trouble or anything, but it would've been nice to know in advance).
There was no recycling bin in the apartment, and even though we collected our waste selectively, we couldn't find any way of disposing of it adequately.

Very nice and spacious apartment with all the equipment a family/group needs for their stay. Having 2 bathrooms were a huge plus.
Close to Chopok Ski Center, 2 minutes drive by car.
They allowed our dog to stay.
The host does not speak English, which makes the check in a bit difficult.

Check-in / check-out could be simplified as the communication is sometimes difficult in English.

Very comfortable, fully equipped apartment. The apartment is very close to the hiking trails and cable car terminal. Our host was very flexible, friendly, provided precise information at arrival. The place is more calm, silent than the northern side of Chopok.
The only one thing that caused a minor inconvenience was finding the apartment at the first time. A small sign-post could be great to show where to take the bend, but it is just a really small issue at the first time.

The staff were very unproffessional, they barely talk in English. They weren't the most helpfull either.
