Venez profiter de cette maison privée récemment rénovée! Il est propre, lumineux et situé au centre avec un accès facile aux plages, restaurants et magasins.
Le South Venice Ferry (disponible uniquement pour cette communauté) est situé à environ 1,6 km et vous transporte en quelques minutes vers une belle plage privée! Un pass ferry est disponible pour nos clients sans frais supplémentaires.
La maison a un très grand écran dans la vie en plein air qui est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre. Il y a aussi de nombreux sièges sur le Lanai, y compris une table à manger pour 6 où vous pourrez dîner au bord de la piscine. Un nouvel ajout est un barbecue au propane Weber pour cuisiner sur la terrasse. Il y a aussi un coin salon extérieur couvert. Le jacuzzi n'est pas fonctionnel. Les équipements de la piscine comprennent plusieurs nouilles, 2 grands tapis flottants, des serviettes de plage et 2 chaises longues pour que vous puissiez travailler votre bronzage. Également inclus 2 chaises de plage et chariot de plage avec parasol à emporter à la plage.
La cuisine est moderne et entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La vaisselle et l'équipement de la cuisine sont neufs et comprennent une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain et un presse-fruits.
Les matelas de la maison sont de haute qualité et sont également neufs. La chambre principale a un lit queen confortable, un tout nouveau téléviseur Samsung et beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de rangement. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux XL et une pièce pour accueillir un lit gonflable Aero queen size (inclus) si nécessaire. Il a aussi un grand placard et un espace commode.
Le salon dispose d'un nouveau canapé surdimensionné très confortable et d'un nouveau téléviseur intelligent Samsung de 55 pouces. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et rattraper son retard sur vos émissions de télévision préférées.
La buanderie est équipée d'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse ainsi que d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser.
Cette maison dispose d'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit (100 Go) pour que vous puissiez diffuser vos émissions préférées ou surfer sur le Web en vous prélassant au bord de la piscine.

Great property. The neighborhood was quiet (please be warned cars do go quite fast on the road if you plan on walking your dog, however we were able to take daily walks without a problem). The property itself was clean and great for our family vacation. We would gladly go back.

The house was exactly what we needed. Dog friendly with a fully fenced in yard... Screened in pool area with outdoor ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner is extremely responsive. We chose the area to use the ferry to the "private beach". Note that you need to stay 30 days min to use the ferry - this is a new rule. Note that there is not a kitchen table inside. We were fine with this as we ate at the counter (two stools) or the TV tables required, or ate outside. Overalll a great place to stay.

Amazing
We have gone here 3 times and will go back next summer. The house is very clean, the pool is sparkling clean. And 5 minutes to an amazing beach equipped with showers and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet. We always have a great time.

Venice Vacation
I do want to say the owner is excellent and right on the ball with issues. The problem we had, we could not swim in pool. Let me explain; the pool is not heated and the weather in mid November was cool for Florida, so if you stay during snow bird months you won’t be able to use pool. The house had a one car garage which we could not use, owner had his belongings in it. Next time I will be sure to ask when there is a garage attached if it is available for use. The yard had no grass, some type of clover full of bees. Thank heaven for tile floors, easy to clean. I had to clean bathrooms and floors. The cleaning service was not top notch. That about sums it up. Wasn’t one of our best Florida vacations.

Love the home and the area. Close to the beach but I wish I would have known about the red algae. I came for the beautiful beach and it was horrible. Dead fish everywhere and it smelled like death. Kind of a waste of a trip. Not the fault of the owner but could've went to the beach a few hours from home instead of 11 hours :(

Dog friendly
It was a really great experience. We were able to bring our dogs and they enjoyed the fence in yard to run around in. The house was clean and very cute for a family. We would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful getaway to this property. Tom was quick to respond when we had questions. The house had everything we needed and having a fenced in yard for the dog was an added plus! Wonderful get away beach location
Our stay was wonderful! Everything was great. The house was perfect for the family to relax by the pool, short drives to multiple beaches, and communication with Tom was awesome. Grilled out, kitchen had everything we needed and when the coffee maker went out somehow Tom was able to have a new one at the door same day! Still not sure how lol! If your looking looking for a great place to stay this is your place. Thanks for a great stay we will for sure be back!

My family and I loved the house and the location. I wanted a home with a private pool and was happy with what I found. House was not far from any of the beaches or downtown. I would have loved it even more if the pool was heated but overall great stay, great price, and very clean.

Great house
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Tom was quick and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. Closest beach was a quick 7 minute drive away. The pool was incredibly well maintained and great for hanging out and barbecuing on the nice Weber grill. We intend to return.

A week in between
Spent a week at this comfortable unpretentious house. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Past guests left a few comfort items which was great and we did the same.
Checked in with no problems, pool was clean and refreshing! Overall, a great trip in between selling our home and moving into our new one.

Great house for an unforgettable vacation!
Tom’s house was perfect for our week long family vacation! The house had everything we needed, from beach chairs down to kitchen amenities. Everything was as described/expected. The location is conveniently located a short drive from the beach. We used the shell rake and sifter from the house to find and collect hundreds of sharks teeth from Manasota beach. The kids loved the pool! Highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed here several times. We love it! Comes equipped with most everything you need. We love the pool/lani area! Close to anyplace you'd like to go. We love South Venice Beach and ferry. We're happy that the ferry pass is supplied! Tom is very helpful if you have any problems or questions.

Great home rental
We loved this house so very much. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything a cook want. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable! The television was huge and we loved that. The pool and screened backyard make the home perfection. We spent so much time swimming and cooling off.
A quick 5 minute drive to Manasota Key, then we would come home, use the outdoor shower to rinse off then spent time in the pool.
The weather was into the 90°-95° every day we were there and the AC had a hard time keeping up, but it was HOT outside.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Sunny getaway
This property was so perfect in many ways. Clean, comfy, well equipped and a beautiful respite from the hustle and bustle of Venice island but close enough to enjoy all the island has to offer.
There is plenty to do in Venice,played pickle ball everyday both indoors and out, dog friendly beach which we took advantage of, Local theatre shows in Venice, sunsets at sharkeys restaurant, a trip to beautiful siesta beach. When Coronavirus restrictions were put in place, the lovely pool kept us “socially distanced” yet wonderfully cool and comfortable.
Tom was quick to respond to any of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his lovely home even in the worst circumstances. Thank you Tom !

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great vacation house. It's nice that all of the soap & cleaning supplies, beach towels are supplied. Very nice pool & lani area. The new appliances and grill are nice. We love going to the ferry beach to look for sharks teeth. Our favorite place to eat is Luna! Tom is very accommodating.

Everything was as pictured and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many options for beaches and nature walks nearby. We had 2 small dogs so the fenced in yard and Shamrock Park kept them content.
