The property itself was very nice.

We booked last minute due to a cancelled flight. After booking online and confirming arrival details by phone when we arrived there were no keys in the lockbox. It appears the care taker, ‘Clairina,’ was inside with another man and smoking marijuana, as we found marijuana on the coffee table in the living room. They obviously were not expecting our last minute booking and surprised them when we arrived (they shouldn’t have been there). They must have been frantically cleaning up the house because they didn’t let us in for about 15 minutes. Not acceptable.

the reason I pick this house because it offer Air condition. . I so happen to to have an heart condition. all the rooms were hot but the Master bedroom which was set at 76. Belize City was hot and humid. . My family did not sleep well at night. Could not open the window because their was no screen windows. The area was once a swamp area so when it rain the mosquitoes come out. I had to keep the trash inside because the trash was full. Did not have an extra set of bed sheets. I did call to complain about the air conditioning and they sent me a housekeeper. ??

Location, air conditioning, updated bathrooms and kitchen.

Dryer didnt work, hot water heater didnt work properly, rude customer service.

The information was clear and precise

If you left windows open Mosquitoes came in

It was a nice home.

The beds had no bedding on them. The dogs next door barked all night. Kind of in a sketchy neighbourhood. There was no water in the house provided.

It was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed.

It was mentioned I would have access to washer and dryer but I didn’t.

This property was excellent. We originally wanted to check in early but we showed up later and the keys were there secured in a lock box which made it very convenient. We did not have to wait for anyone to bring keys and it was the same at checkout. The wifi was excellent no lag or dropped connections. The parking is gated and secured. Quite during the day and night. Free use of netflix which was awesone. Ease of access to highway and main roads. Will absolutely rwcommend to friends.
