Spectacular Ocean-View Home /1 minute walk to beach
Ceci est une maison personnalisée de 3 étages dans un beau hamac de maisons de plage. Il ya 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, avec une magnifique salle de bonus avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan. Il ya beaucoup de chambres dans cette maison avec vue sur l'océan. Il ya un garage pour 2 voitures avec zone partielle mis en place pour se prélasser. Il est situé à 300 pieds de l'océan.
Les parcs à thème d'Orlando sont à un facile 1. 5 heures de route. Tous les parcs Disney, Sea World et Universal Studios pour ne nommer que quelques-uns.
Daytona est juste 1/2 heure au sud pour tous les fans de NASCAR.

We had a wonderful time. The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Enjoyed the easy of getting to St. Augustine for mini golf and eating. Would stay again.

Had the best time at this home for a week at the beach with family. Kitchen had all utensils and amenities you could ever need. Plenty of beach toys for kids (& adults, lol) to have fun at beach. Grocery stores and restaurants close by if you don’t wanna go far and just be a beach bum! Thanks Rhonda for a great family vacation.

It was so near to the beach that we walk to and from within minutes. It was quite even on forth of July. The house has everything you might need for the beach. We had an amazing trip and recommend.

We came down to celebrate a 16th birthday and go to the pirate museum in St Augustine. This house was perfect for us and 5 kids. They had everything you could need and were very responsive to any questions! We are already trying to plan a time we could come down again.

Our second time staying here and it was amazing . Home has everything you need, we woke up early for the sunrise everyday and spent the days at the beach. Thank you Rhonda for being so amazing and always keeping in touch. We will be back soon !!

Came here for a girls getaway and Rhonda’s place did not disappoint!!!! Only a light stroll to the beach that felt like a private beach since it’s not designed for public access was perfection. There are a few patios to enjoy sitting outside as well as a living room and sitting room with ocean views. This place is very spacious and can accommodate a large family, a couple families looking to travel together, or a large group of friends. I also love how it comes with access to all the beach equipment you would need (toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas etc)
While the house is located in a quiet neighborhood it is close to nearby shopping, food, gas as well as other great tourist attractions such as Marineland and St Augustine!
Rhonda was an excellent host. Easy to get ahold of, checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly, and was easy to book with as well.
I will absolutely be back and can’t recommend this gem enough!!!!

Needed some down time after being at amusement parks for 4 days. This is a perfect location with easy beach access and quiet neighborhood. This is our 3rd time staying and have enjoyed it every time.

Rhonda was an excellent host, her beach house is fully equipped with everything from beach chairs, sun screen, bikes, sup boards to cook ware. This beach house is about 4 houses from the beach with ocean views from several rooms.

It was an amazing location to enjoy the beautiful beach, the nature walking trails and the bike paths throughout Palm Coast ~ so relaxing. Very close to several local and delicious restaurants. The house was spacious and comfy, well stocked with lots of beach towels and beach gear, bikes and kitchen items. The home was nicely furnished with several items similar to our own home ~ we really felt at home the moment we arrived! We highly recommend and would come again!

My husband and I, along with another couple, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rhonda’s house. Having stayed there before (at least twice) we already knew we’d enjoy this house. The owner is very responsive to any concerns and we found everything we could possibly need already stocked. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. There were some charming antiques as well which gave the house a welcoming atmosphere. There was some construction on the street which involved putting in drainage aids to offset excess water when it storms, but the workers were very considerate when we were leaving or coming back to the house. The beach was a very short walk at the end of the street and the neighborhood was exceptionally quiet at night. Our stay was very relaxing and we look forward to going back next year.

We traveled down for the Dayton NASCAR race weekend and this is was great location to stay. It wasn’t too far of a drive to Daytona and everything was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Convenient location to ST Augustine and S to Flagler and Ormond. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Many beach items available at the house for kids and adults. 1/2 bath located on ground floor connected to the garage. Nice area inside garage and out on the driveways for kids to gather and play. Beds were all comfortable, Kitchen was well stocked. Views are nice from middle and top floors. Gathering areas on both of those floors also which was nice for folks to spread out with their morning coffee. Pictures are accurate. I would stay again for sure.

The listing was accurate and location was perfect. This is a beautiful home with terrific guest amenities. We had a terrific week and wanted for absolutely nothing. We were able to enjoy family meals together and had plenty of accessories available for beach time. Highly recommend and know we will be back.

This home was more then we expected. We took our son and a couple of his friends for a beach weekend and the owners had everything we didn't even know we needed lol. It's a beautiful home right next to the beach. We will most definitely book your home again and very soon. Thank you for having us

Amazing Rental
This property is amazing! The house was super clean. The location and beach were amazing. Bing's Landing down the road was so nice! We could not have asked for a better stay. Rhoda was super attentive and a great host! The house was stocked beyond belief.

Me my wife and five children, along with my mother in law and two aunts had a perfect tim and experience. The house was ole ty big enough for all 10 of us. We will be staying her again. The house was clean and very home feeling!

Great Experience

So Much More Than I Expected & The Most Beautiful Memories Made
This place was perfect for our family. I only wish that we could've stayed longer.
The place had everything for the beach and was packed with more than expected. We didn't need to make an order and spend alot of extra money on beach supplies as the house was fully equipped with more than enough for our family.
We were able to order delivery from Walmart, Doordash. Kids loved the Five-star Pizza which delivered the largest pizza that we've ever seen at a very reasonable price. There are many restaurants nearby.
The ocean was perfect in the afternoon and wasn't crowded at all. We felt so safe.
We loved the style of the furniture and decor. Watching the sunrise in the morning from the 2nd floor is a view that I'll never forget.
The beach was different in a neat way. If you like seashells, this is the beach for you! You can visit Washington Oaks State Park that' just about a 15 minute walk up the beach.
To top it off, my sister got married on the beach by the house. The pictures were stunning.
I hope we get to make it back one day. I would certainly book a much longer vacation here again!

Awesome vacation at the beach
Literally less than 150 yards to the beach - can hear the surf from the front porch! Everything you need is provided and Rhonda is readily available for and questions/ concerns. She is kind and helpful.

Wonderful Stay
The house was everything we could have asked for. Location was perfect with a very short easy walk to the beach. The decks were great for sitting out on any time during the day. The house was well furnished. There was more than enough items available for use at the beach. The beach is our favorite that we have been to. It is not busy and easy to enjoy walks on . Rhonda was an excellent host and responded promptly with any inquiry. Will definitely try to stay here again.

The Boyle Family
Beds were clean but not much else was . Dead bugs in a few of the rooms and spider webs everywhere. A/C did not work well. Ceiling fan in master bedroom can’t turn on high might fall. Blinds through house don’t work/open. Door in living room hard to open. Living room furniture very small and uncomfortable,outdated and one of the recliners my son fell out of and hit his head . Upstairs tub Jett’s don’t work, could not get cable to work upstairs tv. The owner told me to call cable company myself. Carbon monoxide detectors went off all through the house owner told us to change the batteries, The front door lock needs to be replaced we could not lock the door the owner told us to put WD40 on it. It did not help it. A lot of things need to be addressed so next person won’t have to deal with them. We only stayed 3 nights. The location was the only thing good about this house. I was very surprised that the reviews on here had not one negative review. Very disappointed with this stay as it was not cheap.
