Property worked well for our group of 4 plus 2 more for several days. Beach towels and chairs a plus - large TV and plenty of seating another plus. Home is not 2700 sf as listed (2130 sf Zillow) beds and pillows are comfortable - plenty of dishes and glassware.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The floor plan would work well for 2 families actually, with a parents wing and a kids wing. As a single family of 4, we had way more room than we needed. The beds and linens were all very comfortable, and the entire property including the pool and patio were exceptionally clean. I loved that the laundry was inside the house, rather than in the garage. Also loved the huge primary bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The neighborhood is also safe, quiet, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Overall, this house had everything we could have asked for and everything worked as expected. We didn't have to reach out to the owner to ask for anything, and the pool was already heated when we arrived.

My family (6 adults and 2 teens) spent our Christmas vacation here. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed! All of the beach towels, chairs and coolers were really nice. Yvonne was very nice and communicative.

I booked the pink flamingo as part of a trip for my wife to see siesta keys beach for her graduation gift from grad school! We went with 4 of our close friend and son it was a great home and great host! The house is beautiful and conveniently located! Thanks for a great experience Yvonne will definitely book again!!!

The property is amazing, lots of space! We enjoyed our stay. We had to contact the property owner a couple of times once for the screen door lock not working and then I accidentally broke the outside fan blades while skimming the pool, she had her maintenance person right on it. Wonderful to work with.

Enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo very much. We were there 40 days. The pool is very nice and we spent a lot of time in and around it. The house is well kept and the owner is always available if you need anything. We give this property and owner an A+

We so enjoyed our weekend stay at the Flamingo house. We were a group of 9 and there was actually beds for each person! Many rentals advertise they are big enough for a large group, but only have 3 or so beds and not even enough plates and utensils for everyone to use, but Flamingo house had more than enough of everything!
Great communication, lovely home, great location, it was perfect for our family.

The kitchen need to be cleaner especially coffee cups and silverware. Not enough wash cloths in the bathroom and towels. Table out by the pool needs to have a good cleaning.. I couldn't fine a tablecloth to put on it.

Very nice house located in a convenient location, close to shopping and beaches. Yvonne was great to work with. We will definitely book "The Pink Flamingo" again the next time we come down to Sarasota.

The house is full equipated, you just need yourself and your bathing suit to stay. That made our vacation very relaxed. They have everything, from towels, Beach equipment, appliances, kitchen tools, everything. Really clean and nice place.

The Pink Flamingo was a nice place for us to stay for the weekend. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was nice. Tho only negatives to report were the internet didn't work at all during our stay. This affected the TV as well. And the couple in the second master bedroom felt that the mattress could be replaced. The house was nicely furnished and Everyone said they enjoyed their stay.

Great time at the Pink Flamingo
We were 4 women participating in the world club crew Dragonboat championships at Nathan Benderson park. The pink flamingo was perfect for us. A quiet neighborhood and a beautiful clean spacious house with a room for each of us and 3 bathrooms. I felt safe going for early morning runs which often started in the dark. It was a quick 15 min drive to the paddling park. On our practice days we had time to visit 3 beaches and do a mangrove kayak tour - all located under 30 minutes from the house. Publix and Walgreens were a quick 5 minute drive. We had minor problems with batteries expiring and Yvonne was quick to send her excellent maintenance man to fix the issue. Pool cleaner and yard maintenance came while we were there and did their jobs quickly and unobtrusively. We would highly recommend this location.

This my family’s second time renting the Pink Flamingo. We absolutely love the location of the property, very accessible to the surrounding attractions, restaurants & stores. This beach house has an open concept that we really enjoyed. The managers have been very accommodating to our requests. We greatly appreciate their thoughtfulness!!

Wonderful
This property was wonderful, it was just what we expected from seeing the pictures. Very equipped with everything we needed for our 6 night stay, with plenty of room for our bigger family and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home owner Yvonne was very nice and just a message away if we needed anything. We had a great stay/vacation and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Sarasota area!

It’s the hap-happiest time of the year!
Our family had a great stay here over Christmas! We particularly enjoyed using the pool every day. The kitchen was spacious, and there was lots of comfortable seating for everyone. The house is very well stocked with towels, blankets, sheets, and baby equipment like strollers, a highchair, pack and play, pool toys, etc. We loved staying at the Flamingo House!

Very nice property!
We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo. We had a family gathering there of all age groups. Yvonne was very helpful and even obtained a second pack n play for us. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly want. The pool area was lovely. We would stay there again!

BEYOND PERFECT & EASY
We arrived on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, left this morning. This is the first time that we never had to communicate with a property manager. Everything was as described and in perfect working order. When we left it felt like we were leaving a home we loved. We will definitely stay at this home again!

Perfect place!
The house was perfect! Very clean and adorable. The neighborhood is wonderful; a family friendly neighborhood. Conveniently located is shopping and dining. We golfed at several different golf courses around the area, all located within 10 to 15 minutes of the house. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. For fun, within five minutes is a beautiful dog park that we took our dogs to every day. Also, It was very nice for the property owner to supply those items that are often forgotten such as shampoo, tissue, etc. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great stay at the Pink Flamingo!
We just returned from a week stay at the Pink Flamingo! It was wonderful! With 5 adults and two children, we had plenty of room for our family vacation. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located within 5-10 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, coffee shops, etc. The house was very clean and most things were stocked well. Yvonne was very quick to respond when we decided to have the pool heated. The pool was amazing after a long day at SeaWorld or other activities. We will definitely be booking the Pink Flamingo house again!

One issue
House was nice, manager communicated well however pool was cloudy when we arrived. Turned green so we only swam the first two days of our stay. They didn’t show up until Wednesday to maintain pool so that was a great loss especially having children there

Great Girls Getaway
There were 8 female family members staying in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us! The Siesta Key and Lido beaches were within 20-30 minutes depending on the traffic. The grocery stores were within 5-10 minutes, very accessible. We didn't pay the pool heating fee since it was the middle of July and the water was plenty warm, refreshing! If you plan on swimming at night, I'd pay the extra to heat it. Plenty of seating on the patio for everyone. This house was well stocked with beach towels, cooking utensils, plates and cups. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great weekend.
