Couchers de soleil incroyables viennent avec cette maison de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain située sur les rives sablonneuses du lac Brevort. Le lac omnisports de 4300 acres dans la péninsule supérieure du Michigan offre des possibilités infinies pour tous les groupes d'âge: pêche, canotage, kayak, etc.
Shawandasee offre un lit queen size dans la 1ère chambre, et un grand lit avec une couchette double ci-dessus dans la 2ème chambre. La cuisine ouverte avec salle à manger de l'île coule parfaitement dans le salon, et à travers la salle de soleil où vous ferez l'expérience de la vraie beauté brute du lac Brevort. Cette maison est parfaite pour toute escapade, que ce soit en famille ou romantique. Faites une excursion d'une journée à la célèbre île Mackinac, ou la ville historique de St. Ignace pour essayer un peu de fudge, et profiter de l'ambiance de la petite ville. Les dunes de sable (principale plage de baignade sur le lac Michgian) est à seulement 5 minutes, ainsi que de nombreuses pistes de sentiers de randonnée et pistes de VTT.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet spot on a gorgeous lake. The house was wonderful and had every amenity. A short drive to U.P. attractions. I spent a perfect week exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. I will be going back!

The cabin/cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The yard was well kept with nice plantings. 2 nice size bedrooms. Kitchen was nicely equipped with most anything appliance you would need. Screened in 3 season porch was very nice for watching the sunset.
The location was secluded but at the same time very accessible to the sites we wanted to visit. Only draw back was the weather did not cooperate for fishing, was extremely windy and rained several days.

Property was nice and cozy, very comfortable stay. Front door code did stop working, management didn’t get back to me till the next day so we did have to drive back into st ignace and spend the first night at a hotel

We used this as a homebase for our fall color trips. Loved everything about it. Cottage was clean and comfy. Sleeps four fairly comfortably, sunroom is really cool. Ideal for a group of four. A bit off the beaten path.

We enjoyed our stay. House is small but is perfect for a small family or a couple. It would be nice if they would add air conditioning. We stayed in mid September and it was still very stuffy in the house. It would also be nice if the lighting (especially) in the bathroom was updated. The neighbors are close and friendly but one of them had a very loud dog that barked in the middle of the nights waking us. You are on a large lake so they views were nice but it was a bit of a drive on a graveled road if you were going to go sightseeing or just needed to run to town. All-in-all a nice little place.

Beautiful spot for a quiet get away for the family. Lovely sunsets and a very safe lake for the kids to swim and aplash around. Great location as a central hub to go visit the main attractions near by as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location on an amazing inland lake, near to I75 and town when needed. Quiet neighbors, great experience with property management. The home and its amenities were just right for 3 adults and 2 small children, just be sure to note that there is no air conditioning if that'sa deal breaker for you. It was only hot enough 1 night that we would have liked it, but it wasn't unbearable. Great stay, would stay again!

Short but Sweet
Rented for a week and used as a home base while sightseeing across the UP. Actually only stayed 3 nights at the property, but they were great. The peacefulness and views were unbelievable. Our son even slept in the screened in porch. All amenities were there as expected. Nice washer and dryer. A new dock was added which we used. Only thing missing was internet, but we were told it was being installed a week later. We travelled all over the world and stayed in many places. This place felt like home for the short time we had.

Fishing trip
My family has owned property on Brevort lake in northern Michigan for decades. I wanted to get a place to take friends. This house is on an end street with full view of the lake. It has an outstanding view with all the comforts. My guest’s were elated by their experience this week. Genuinely a five star experience.

A perfect stay
This home is cute and comfy. The lake view is incredible. We stayed in late October so we didn't play in or on the lake but it was beautiful to look at. The beds were very comfortable. The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we could have needed.

A perfect UP get-away
A perfect home for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary aged kids.) Check in was easy & the property was very clean when we arrived. We cooked most meals at the house, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The screened in porch on the back of the house provided great views of Brevort Lake. We had a minor maintenance issue & communication with the property manager & maintenance person was excellent. Great stay!!

Best location ❣
We stayed a week with our daughter and our 3 grandson's. We had the best time . The excellent swimming right outside the door was perfect for the boys and the short walk to the dunes amazing. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend
