Beau, charmant et très joliment décoré sur le thème de la plage. Il a 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan d'eaux vives situées dans le célèbre quartier «Pier Bowl» de San Clemente. Honnêtement, ça ne va pas beaucoup mieux que ça. Détendez-vous, dînez et divertissez-vous sur le balcon de 23 pieds donnant sur la plage, la jetée, l'océan tout en regardant les surfeurs, les dauphins ou en profitant d'un magnifique coucher de soleil dans le sud de la Californie.
Le condo est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous, y compris des serviettes de plage, des chaises / parapluie ainsi que des livres, des magazines, des films, des jeux et des puzzles. Littéralement à quelques pas de la plage, de l'océan, de la jetée, des magasins ainsi que de nombreux restaurants parmi lesquels choisir.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautiful ocean view. Everything you would need. There are 3 remotes for 2 TVs. Yellow button turns on TV. Other remote for living room TV and 3rd remote for bedroom TV. Parking was easy and convenient.

Linda's unit was wonderful, ideally located with the exact view shown in her ad. The balcony is roomy even when we had 4 adults seated outside. Pier and beach very easy to access. Nicely appointed kitchen and sweet welcome gift!
Just a note, second bedroom has lovere doors, not for the lighter sleepers in your group.

We spent a week at this beautiful property. It was our first introduction to San Clemente and we were not disappointed. The property owner was proactive in getting us the contracts and information we needed. It is a very nice condo and we utilized the pool and jacuzzi nightly! The view from the balcony was stunning and the beach very close by. We will definitely visit this property again!

We stayed a week here and it was just awesome!! This is our 3rd time staying here. The place has the most amazing views & it’s immaculate. Love the new floors too. As always Linda the owner was so accommodating & helpful especially with our concerns about arriving when the Hurricane/tropical storm was going on. She was very understanding and made sure we were updated & felt comfortable arriving when we did. Thanks again Linda. We will definitely be back 😊

Three of us spent three nights at Villa Granada while attending a beautiful wedding in San Clemente. The apartment provided us with all we required and then some. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The living room was spacious and comfortable, although we spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the weather and the view. Our host, Linda, was extremely accommodating and helpful, even with a follow-up text after check-in to make sure all was satisfactory. All in all, a great place to stay.

We could go shopping, dining, the beach, anything without ever getting in the car! We could hear the ocean all night, and sip our morning coffee on the balcony or on the couch and enjoy the ocean view. It was super clean and cute and it is the only vrbo I’ve stayed in where the owner texted to make sure we checked in ok and asked how the trip was going and even offered tips about the farmers market. Fantastic view and location!
We had a great time at Linda's property. Everything was super clean and the view of the San Clemente Pier and the beach was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony watching the surf while having coffee in the morning and drinks at night. Very safe, secure and comfortable for the four of us. Location was close to walk to the beach and restaurants in the charming town of San Clemente! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Linda's place was perfect for our family beach getaway! Super clear communication, low key & easy host, thoughtful welcome gift for our daughter, and the view can't be beat. The condo is maybe not the most updated, but was very comfortable, well stocked with the kitchen essentials and felt homey.

I wanted underground parking, pool, jacuzzi, security, balcony with an ocean view close to restaurants and beach. What more could you ask for. Very quiet complex and above and away from any outside influence. Loved every minute.

Great beach getaway
Amazing place to stay to discover San Clemente. Short walk down the hill to the beach and Linda has everything—wagon, towels, chairs, toys, coolers. You will have an amazing beach vacation here. Big beautiful windows overlooking the ocean. Sleeping to the sounds of waves crashing and cool ocean air. So relaxing and a real vacation feel. Also an amazing pool to swim in. Short walk to restaurants and shopping or jump on the free trolley. Fun little beach town to explore. Linda has thought of all the details. Plenty of cookware and all the little things —spices, coffee, etc. —she has everything you might need or you forgot! You will love it. We will be back!

This was a very comfortable condo in such a beautiful and convenient location. Plenty of room for our family of 5 people. The pool in the condo complex was wonderful. Walking to the beach was so easy and quick. Plenty of beach towels. And its a lovely town with wonderful restaurants. Thank you!

A charming condo that had everything we needed and many extras. Walking to the pier for meals and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was incredible. Sleeping to the sound of the surf is one of my favorite things. Our host was there when I arrived and she was so kind and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It's All About The View!!!
Perfect location! Perfect view! Comfortable and clean condo. Spacious balcony. A considerable amount of our "at home" time was spent on the balcony. The feature I look for the most in a rental unit is to have a beautiful view and outdoor space...and this condo gets a 5+ rating for that feature!!!
