Hideout just out of Sanibel & Ft Myers Beach traffic Private heated pool
Oasis privée de grand-mère et Grampa. Mon oncle Dean Hendryx a choisi ce duplex au 3/4 du cul de sac de Summerwinds Court (11332A) car il est proche de Ft Myers Beach (4, 3 miles) et de l'île de Sanibel (9 miles). Le boulevard San Carlos et l'intersection Summerlin Road sont à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Voir la vidéo de présentation. LES TARIFS D'ÉTÉ SONT INCROYABLES! Cela vient avec sa propre piscine privée chauffée, TV et WIFI. Mais vous n'êtes pas coincé dans un trafic de plage pare-chocs à pare-chocs. Vous pouvez vous rendre à quelques kilomètres de la plage ou faire du shopping, du golf et des attractions intérieures. Montez le chariot à la plage pour 50 cents. Marchez jusqu'à la boutique de glaces ou les restaurants de petit-déjeuner. Cet endroit fonctionne pour une petite famille ou peut-être deux couples. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés simplement parce que la piscine filtrée serait ruinée immédiatement.

Overall, it was great, older kids loved the pool! Location is perfect to get away from the downtown traffic, but close enough to the beach, plenty of stores near the house.
Bedrooms are outdated, but this did not bother us that much. Lots of ants inside the house! by the entryway and around the sink. Have to wash your dishes immediately or sink will be swarmed with ants.

This is a great house. Heated pool was a hit with plenty of AC inside.
Strategically located near Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

Try El Sabor De Puebla (past Love Boat Ice Cream (also Fantastic) but on the left hand side). Not only is it 110% Authentic, it’s 110% Delicious.

The house was as we expected, a bit dated, but comfy and safe. Having our own pool was a huge plus, plenty of in and out door space, and Gary was quick to respond to messages:)

Oh my gosh, where do I begin? It was awesome!! We had the best time and that house was perfect. I just hate that I didn't have the rest of my family there. It is a family fun type of place that doesn't disappoint. Thank you, thank you! Many times over!

Location was great
Day one. Front door lock that you enter the entry pin in was broken. Talked to Gary (everyone is backed up they can’t get out there until Thursday). Thursday was our 12 yr anniversary and we got to sit in the house all day waiting for someone to show up. They never did. Air conditioning doesn’t really keep up. Pool patio is covered in river pebbles. Looks good until you realize the epoxy that held them in has gone and tiny rocks jab in your feet. Smaller room had an open twisted tea can under the bed. Can was half full and we can only hope it was tea and not piss. Dryer heats but takes multiple times. Front door area when it rains the water comes in under door and runs out to garage makes tile slick in area. Sad part I could have lived with everything on here except the front door. Having no way to secure your belongings on a week long trip sucks.

Sufficient and priced right
The best thing about staying here is the pool and the neighborhood. for the price I can't really complain. Gary was very responsive to some initial issues we had, but then when we had a problem with the AC there wasn't great communication, although the problem was fixed. The locks on the entry doors and the garage door opener(?) did not work properly. It's not a super fancy place but we enjoyed staying there. Possibly slightly haunted....

Perfect spring vacation spot
This has been one of our best vacation. We would have stayed longer if we could. Maybe next time. The location was really perfect for us. 10 minutes drive to the beaches. All day parking costs $20 and there is plenty of beach space. It also close to the main roads so you can easily travel around. The house is perfect for a small family with two bedrooms. It is well equipped. Has everything you may need including beach chairs and umbrella, hats, fishing pols and so forth. However, the most important part was the covered patio and the private pool. This was the first time we rented a house with a pool and it was the best part or the house. We ate outside and swam in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely rent this house again if we have a chance.

Good central location to lots of areas.
Door lock was hard to use both inside and out. Had problems getting it to open when trying to go out.

Home away from home
This lovely get away is a great location by all the beaches. Went to 7 different beaches in 7 days and all nearby Lover's Key, Barefoot Beach, Sanibel....The pool was great. The house had everything needed even beach chairs and cooler. The owner was prompt to answer questions. Hope to return again.

Pleasant stay
Gary is very accommodating. The pool is great. We love that part of our stay. There could be a few updates that are needed but all the everyday essentials were available and Gary couldn't be nicer.

We had a good stay, enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect, In the middle between Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and downtown Ft. Myers. Nice quite neighborhood.

Perfect 10 Minute Drive from Sanibel
We had such a nice stay at this property. Felt just like a home away from home. The pool is the ultimate plus! Fun relaxing times in the pool and by the pool during our stay. Comfortable beds, lots of tv's with full channel line ups. Fantastic! Thank you, we will be back!

Exactly what we needed!
The house fit our needs. The pool was great for the kids. It was nice to be able to take a few days off and just hang out at the house by the pool. Although the pool was pretty chilly for my taste, the kids didn’t mind at all. Overall it was perfect for us.

An Excellent Winter Getaway
I had rented for a winter girls trip and we had a blast. Gary was very communicative and we appreciated all that he helped us with; if I could give more stars in that area I would. The location of the house is perfect, in a nice neighborhood, and nearby many beaches and attractions. It was lovely waking up and having coffee by the pool every morning.

Perfect location
My son and I were in town for a long weekend of baseball and mini vacation. The place was perfectly located for us with nothing more than 25 min from us. Place was clean as was the pool. Only downer was dishwasher was out of service, so getting a teenager to wash his dishes was a bigger chore. Overall would stay again

Just as advertised. Nice place with great pool area setup (floaties, other pool toys, grill, outdoor TV)! Great for families who want to enjoy the nearby beaches and sites, but also want to be able to relax around your own pool, grill and not have to eat out for every meal. There is tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment within 10 minutes. Multiple mini golf, ice cream shops and other fun activities less than a mile away. There’s also a grocery store and gas station blacks from the house. I’d highly recommend this property and would love to go back.

Awesome property
We stayed at this property for a short girls weekend and it was perfect. The pool and lanai area has a tv, Bluetooth speaker and mini fridge and there is a door that leads directly into the bathroom. We ended up doing very little sightseeing because we enjoyed lounging in the pool so much!! There is a Publix and Wal Mart very close and it’s 3 miles to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing
This is our second time staying here and we love it ! Such an at home feeling & atmosphere I never want to leave. We look forward to booking again within 6 months! Gary is awesome to work with & communication is never missed if needed. You won’t regret staying here :)

It really is just a typical Florida neighborhood. That can be good or bad depending on how you feel about people. If you are not going to stay right on the beach this property is nicely located so easy drives to Ft Myers and Sanibel.
