Everything was fabulous. I think 2 shower’s instead of 1 shower and 1 jacuzzi tub. Otherwise I highly recommend!

The house is clean and beautiful. Scenic backyard. It is on main road, but that had no impact on your relaxation.

My family had a great relaxing weekend on this property. The house was very spacious and clean. The house had a large deck and a huge backyard. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the rushing water from the creek just steps away. Our hosts Jennifer and Michael were great and very helpful. We can not wait to come back!

This house was so amazing! The house was spacious and clean and the bedrooms were big and comfortable. Plenty of room for kids to play and adults to hang out. The backyard is also an incredible private space with a fire pit and water access. The property owner was very nice and accommodating. We had such a perfect vacation at this house, we will definitely be staying again.

The house is spacious! We had 3 families staying and had no issues. The backyard and the stream is great, and there’s a beautiful lake beach/park area just 2 minutes walk away. Jennifer was very quick to answer our questions and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

This house checked all the boxes for meeting our every need. It was spacious, clean, well equipped, with comfortable furnishings and great ambiance. We loved the art on display in every room! The grounds were well kept, with a huge back yard abutting a beautiful stream, which our 3 year old granddaughters and dog loved splashing around in. Big beautiful trees, just wonderful. The house was quite near to Route 28, which did not present the noise problem we thought it might. One of the four bedrooms is on the road side of the house and had some noise from traffic, so was not ideal, but also did not interfere with getting a good night’s sleep. We stayed only 3 nights, Fri through Sunday, attending a wedding nearby, and traffic was most noticeable Monday morning. The weekend was surprisingly quiet. Overall, it was perfect for our needs and we would not hesitate to rent it again.

We all enjoyed our stay at The Birch Tree Mountain House. It was very spacious, clean and well appointed for our stay. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We hope to return again.

The house was a lovely place for my family to spend a 3-day holiday weekend. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, etc for eating in. We did not check out the local restaurants this time. The location is very easily accessible to Belleayre Mountain for skiing and there are many hiking trails to explore.

This property was very clean and met all of our needs. Easy check in and close to Belleayre Mtn. My family and our friends made some great memories here that will last a lifetime! We are hoping to visit again soon!

The house is clean and well stocked with amenities. Lots of room inside and out . Furniture is in good shape and comfortable. Jennifer was easy to reach and quick to respond. If you’re looking for a roomy place for a bellayre or full moon resort event, check it out.

Fantastic communication with owners. House big, roomy, well maintained, clean! General area beautiful, rustic, lots of great hiking and breweries. Only (minor) negatives would be the house sits right on a very busy state road. Cars pass at high speeds and create some unexpected traffic noise! Also, restaurant choices are limited and unremarkable. That said the Phonecian Diner had awesome breakfast! We would definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing house. Cozy, super clean, spacious and beautiful. Near the water with big and beautiful backyard, big driveway, near little river. I highly recommend to take a walk to lake that literally 10 min walk from the house!!!

We loved our stay in this quaint Catskill lodge where we celebrated our son's sixteenth birthday. The house had everything we needed and communication with our host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place!

The home was perfect! Very spacious both inside and outside. Lots of room for a large group (we were 7 adults). The house was immaculate, and well furnished with plenty of fresh clean towels and linens. The kitchen had lots of dishes, pots and pans and serving pieces if you want to cook any meals. Jennifer the host was quick to respond to any questions, and we all felt very welcome in her home. Would definitely recommend this home and the host and will look to rent there again when vacation travels take us to the Catskills again!

Renting a house is never easy. It’s a chance you take and hoping that the pictures and descriptions are accurate. Jennifer’s house in Big Indian Catskill didn’t disappoint one bit. It was a perfect place for my family and I. The big open dining/living room allowed us to have dinner together and chat. The big family room allowed us to play games and do some karaoke and dance contest until 4:00 in the morning. We grilled a lot and enjoyed the spacious back deck and the nice cool breeze. In the afternoon, we played games in the backyard or walked to the beach. And at night we would make s’mores at the firepit in the back by the creek which was one of our favorite thing to do and part of the house. Jennifer was a top notch host. She reply to all my emails and answers all my calls instantaneously. My family and I had such a great vacation at Jennifer’s house that everyone is asking me if we can come back in the winter time. My family and I found our forever vacation home and that’s Jennifer’s house in Big Indian, Catskill. I couldn’t have found a perfect house to a perfect family vacation than Jennifer’s house in Big Indian, Catskill.

Great experience

My family and griends stayed during the Memorial Day Weekend and we had a wonderful time. The property is located within walking distance of Belleayre Day Use Area and Pond, which is a great place to spend a sunny day. The property was very clean, organized, and modern. The owner was fantastic! We had a great time and a big THANK YOU!!!

The house was clean and roomy. Having clean linens and towels provided makes is so much easier. Jennifer, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions. The house is close to Belleayre ski area, my family enjoyed a day of skiing there. A great way to break up the winter doldrums!

Family ski weekend was a blast! Upon entering the home there is a perfect sized mudroom style entrance which has plenty of space for the many snow boots and coats. This was a huge plus for all the kids we had in tow. The beds were so comfortable we were late for our ski lessons. The two living spaces provided the space we needed to all be comfortable and relaxed! We absolutely loved the fireplace! 5 minutes from the mountain and great restaurants! The owner responded immediately if we had questions. The cleanliness was outstanding! I am allergic to some pets but the air purifier helped with that. Kids loved it so much they want to try it again in the summer as the backyard looks like fun! It is close to the road but you don’t feel it once you pull in and unwind. Would love to rent again! Thank you!!

Attended a family wedding at a close by venue...the house was very convenient...the owners are extremely hospitable and communication was outstanding...house is fully stocked and everything we needed was at hand...beautiful stream in the backyard, nice seating area to build a fire and enjoy being outside...all in all a very pleasurable and comfortable house...

The host, Jennifer, is a lightning fast responder and met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. She gave some great hiking suggestions!

We were siblings celebrating our brother’s 70th birthday in the area where we spent our youthful summers. The house space was perfect for the six of us, and would be good for even more people. All open and tons of seating. And we absolutely loved the outdoor space! Birch creek gurgling by as we roasted marshmallows around the campfire! The house owner responded quickly and pleasantly to any questions. We had a really great time at Birtch Creak House!

We had an amazing time on this property. The front yard faces the yard but there’s a giant driveway where we fit a camper and three cars and still had space. Then there’s a beautiful backyard with a half covered porch, backyard, fire pit and stream. The inside is spacious with ample room to eat and relax. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. Our only suggestions would be a microwave to reheat coffee (we were working from home most days). As a note the second bathroom is a tub with a moveable shower spout if that matters for your group. Jennifer was so gracious and communicative and an excellent host. We loved having fires and being to just spend time with our group
