Notre maison de luxe à Placencia peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes confortablement et se trouve directement sur une plage de sable blanc, se déversant directement dans la mer turquoise des Caraïbes. This place is an absolute gem! It was our first time to Belize for our family of 4 (including a teen and pre-teen). We shopped locally and stocked the fridge and pantry with groceries for the week and the house had everything else we could possibly need. The views are outstanding and we felt like we had the entire peninsula to ourselves! We’ll have to come back another time to explore the ruins and waterfalls because this time we just enjoyed hanging out in the pool, on the private beach, and in Philville so much that we barely ever left the property! Thank you Phil and Angela for sharing your beautiful home, and a shout out to Tanya who was very quick and reliable to answer any questions that came up, we felt even safer knowing she was just two houses down.

We had an amazing time in Belize! Your beautiful beachfront house was the perfect location for us. The views were stellar, the private pool was over the top and the tiki bar set the stage for so many fun moments for our group! The home is just as it is described, on the beach and in a beautiful location. It would have been nice to know that the only way into the house was up a steep, winding staircase so up older folks could have known what we had to deal with. Angela and Phil were the best hosts and responded to every question we had.

Beautiful place! We swam in the pool and sea every day. You really do need a car to stay here. Angels landing is 30 min from downtown Placentia or 40 speed bumps. Since the majority of guests have spent most of the day traveling, a welcome basket of coffee and snacks would be great! Also, the beds are not very comfortable and could use an update.

This property did not disappoint. Amazing place right on ocean with a private pool for an incredible price. Angie and Phil wonderful host and hostess. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of water jugs supplied. Wonderful pool seating. Great space in house. The tower was great for sunrises and sunsets. Pool temp was perfect. Easy to find location with plenty of restaurants and stores within 20-30 minutes. A vehicle is a must. Easy to get around. Excursions to do snorkeling to laughing bird national park and monkey river and rain forest are must dos. Enjoyed our massages under cabana with Lori. She was amazing. Loved the island and people. The property and property managers (Angie & Phil) are great. The property exceeded expectations, it was perfect, very homey and quiet but not secluded. It's about 10 minutes from Maya Beach and 30 minutes from Placencia. The drive is scenic, we enjoyed it every time; had the roof of the Jeep off often. There was minimal beach foot traffic, only the odd neighbor, no sales people like in Maya Beach or Placencia. When we arrived Phil and Angie met us and showed us around the property then gave us recommendations for supper and a grocery store, which were spot on and reasonably priced. We swam in the ocean and pool every day. Our adult boys used the kayaks and snorkeled in the ocean. Philville (tiki hut) was our favorite place to chill. We had many cocktails there and played games protected from the sun; it's a wonderful spot (might build one at our own cottage). The only issue with giving a glowing review, that is deserved, is that it will be harder to secure accommodations when we come back. We definitely will, but for longer than the 6 days we stayed this time. It was a wonderful vacation.

The pictures are gorgeous but, honestly don’t do justice until you walk in and really get the feel of the property. This is my new favorite Vrbo ever. Privacy , beach and pool . Wonderful hosts who know how to live the Belize best life . Take advantage of the kayaks they have for your use. Restaurants close by and just a short drive to grocery stores and Placencia village.
Not one thing I’d change about this paradise in Placencia .
I’m already wanting to go back.

Our hosts Angela and Phil were great. If we had any questions they answered them right away. Having the pool and beach was wonderful (the both of best worlds). We could fish off the beach, having the kayaks was an added bonus along with the Tiki Hut and the tower you could go up on the watch the sunrise and sunset. Just beautiful. One thing to note which we did not find out till our last week was there is a baker who comes twice a week on the street, someone selling fresh veggies and every Saturday they also stop by to see if you want meat. They had chicken, lamb, pork and I think juice as well. We bought the chicken twice and it was very good and tasty. Maya Beach was close to buy some groceries and the Bistro had great food. For a little change we went to the Jaguar Bowling Alley for supper one night and bowled a game. If you are looking for a quiet area this is it. We were there for two weeks and we did not want to leave. You will not be disappointed.

Angela and Phil have an absolutely perfect vacation property! A nice size pool, right on the beach, kayaks for use, close to 2 great restaurants- Maya Bistro and Umaya resort has a restaurant and a separate wood fire grill pizza restaurant. We got massages at the Umaya resort- outstanding, dove with Splash, and toured the Xanantunich ruins followed by a refreshing river cave tube tour. The house is spacious, great views of the ocean with entertaining pelicans. Lots of chairs, chaise lounge chairs, a bar down by the water and more! Just gazing at the beautiful view from the rising sun to the full moon will cure one of all stress! Bravo Angela and Phil!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the property. The hut on the beach was fun and our boys loved playing football on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and nice walks. All around great location if you don't want to be directly in Placencia but within minutes and have your own car.
A few notes:
- DO NOT FOLLOW GPS! There is a rough dirt road that it may take you down, go passed that and you can take a paved / gravel road to the location.
- The bedrooms are not closed off as the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear throughout the house. If you have a snorer, bring earplugs!
- If you have bad knees you may struggle with the steep circular staircase that you need to walk up to get to the indoors.

We LOVED everything about this property! The location was off of the beaten path, which we love, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do.
The pool was lovely as was the beach. We made great use of the kayaks to explore the nearby reef.
Everything was clean and the property manager was So helpful!
We hope to visit again!
The only reason for the 4 stars (and not 5) on accuracy, is that there wasn't a hot tub as noted in the description.

It’s a wonderful place and Angela/Phil were super hosts. Very helpful!
It rained for most of our trip (I mean A LOT of rain) however we still had an amazing time. You can see some fish and occasionally a stingray snorkeling right there at the beach at the house.
Great location not far from some decent restaurants. Placencia is a wonderful place to visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

This property is the perfect vacation rental!
Your own beach, pool, kayaks, cabanna, BBQ,and the views are amazing!
The house was comfortable, and had everything we needed (or forgot to pack!).
Angie and Phil were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, welcomed us upon arrival, gave great recommendations for grocery and restaurants, returned texts messages quickly, and left us to enjoy the property!
Checkout was very easy, except we didnt want to leave!
We had the most amazing time here, and look forward to a return trip!

Our stay was amazing, we had so much fun in the pool. The beach is beautiful and the house had everything we needed to make some great memories. I love that the location is close enough to fun sightseeing adventures yet private. We rented a car which gave us the ability to do some sightseeing on our own and head to town when we wanted to. There’s a grocery store about 20 min away that had everything we needed and some great restaurants near by for when we didn’t want to cook.

Angel's Landing exceeded all expectations. Angela and Phil were wonderful hosts, the property is well appointed and perfectly located.
On the property, we felt like we were the only ones in town, kayaking, relaxing under the palapa, laying by the pool or reading a book under the trees next to the sea.
Angel's Landing is an easy commute to local bars and dining (which we took advantage of, a lot) and easy commute to many excursions (Diving, Waterfalls, Ruins & Hiking).
We cannot wait to visit Belize again and hopefully we can come back to Angel's Landing.

House was exactly as pictured with thoughtful touches throughout to make us feel welcome. Phil and Angie were wonderful hosts. Beds were comfortable, everything was squeaky clean, good wifi, good AC, well apppinted kitchen and everything in good working order. Pool was refreshing. There is sargassum throughout the entire Caribbean/Gulf of Mexico, but we never noticed a bad odor nor did it detract from the beauty of the the house and its location. Highly recommend this property!

Let me start with wow! Guest communication was great. The owner will meet you upon your arrival to show you everything and answer any questions. The home was well stocked. Any family will have enough towels kitchen supplies and Spices for your cooking. I really can not say enough about how much of a great choice this property is and was. The pool was so awesome and beach front owner keeps very clean. The seaweed was on the beach but was only what was washing up and this is unpreventable with any of the beach houses owners can not control Nature!!!! My husband and I will be back to rent this home again!!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Angels Landing! My husband, myself, and our two daughters (10 & 13) took full advantage of the beautiful beach and pool, the wonderful patio and decks, the tower where we watched sunrises and sunsets and the palapa where we had some lunches! The home was well equipped! We left all the windows open during the day and got the most wonderful breeze and at night we took advantage of the air conditioning and many fans and it got cool enough for us to all be comfortable! The property owners were very responsive and helpful! This property is a little ways away from the hustle of Placencia village but we found it was perfectly between there and all of the wonderful waterfalls, horseback riding, hikes, and activities that are further north up the road. We enjoyed this location and especially the property!

Phil and Angie's property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was quiet and comfortable away from the hustle and bustle of Placencia Village, just what we were looking for. The pool was an added bonus for us to cool off in. Both Angie and Phil were super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend their place!

This beautiful home is exactly how it is described. You have a private pool, tiki bar and your own personal beach to sit on and enjoy the waves. The house has everything you need in the kitchen even bottled water. AC is also provided if the humidity gets too much for you - although it is nice to lay in bed and listen to the waves. Angela and Philip are great host and answered all our questions. I highly recommend staying here. Just FYI - it is about 40 mins from Placencia village so you will want to rent a car if you plan to frequent the village like we did.

Angela’s Landing was everything we hoped it would be! Angela and Phil are knowledgeable hosts and are very attentive of the property. 2 Queen beds wouldn’t be our first choice (both couples have a large man to accommodate) but the location away from crowds along with private pool was worth it for us.

Very clean, great views, sits back from the road to Placencia on a private road so it is quiet but easy to access the main road. Owners are great and very helpful if needed and the WiFi supported several devices at one time. It was a great week at the beach and pool.

The property is great, really loved the pool & tiki hut. The sea kayaks & horse shoes were an added bonus. The location is far away from town so a rental car is a must. This is in a retirement community so you have to be aware of your surroundings & keep things fairly quiet. If your looking for some R & R this is perfect but if you want night life I would suggest another location.

Property is beautifully maintained and such a nice quiet ocean beach front location, not far from amenities of the local Maya Beach village and Placencia Village. Stunning morning sunrises and sunsets over the lagoon.. Fabulous hosts that were there if you needed anything or had a question and very responsive!! My wife and I enjoyed our week at Angel's Landing in spite of a rare hurricane strike on Belize. The villa is perfectly situated with the pool leading to a clean, level private beach area.
Angie was very responsive to all of my questions and met us at the villa to give us a tour when we arrived. As we were unable to get flights out in advance of the hurricane, Angie and Phil allowed us to ride out the storm in the villa and did a tremendous amount of hurricane proofing prior to the storm's arrival. Fortunately, the storm tracked North and there was very little impact to the peninsula allowing us to enjoy our last day lounging in the pool with beautiful sunshine.
The villa has a well equipped kitchen along with some pool floats and ice chests that we took advantage of. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the main living area, providing privacy for both.
We will have Angel's Landing at the top of our list on our next trip to Belize.

Relaxing slice of paradise
Very easy to navigate your way here! Beautiful drive in, check in was a breeze. Hosts were extremely helpful in getting us situated and settled in. We are a family of 6 and everyone slept very comfortably. We loved the pool with an ocean view! Highlights were: Family of manatees came for a morning visit, all the lizards/geckos everywhere. Butterflies migrating, beautiful flowers everywhere and no one in sight! So sad to leave!!

Private paradise
This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Complete privacy while we were at the house, but close enough to drive to everything we wanted to do. We spent a ton of time in the pool and under the palapa. Did some cave tubing, went to see Xunantunich ruins, and did a snorkel trip with Splash Dive Shop… also very fortunate to have had amazing weather. The occasional rainstorm would roll through, but usually at night.
Phil was a fantastic host - always available to answer questions and provide recommendations - And he had some good stories to tell! Thanks for sharing this amazing space with us and providing the basis for a truly memorable family vacation.

We snorkeled on a tour to Silk Caye with Splash Belize per Angela’s recommendation which was amazing! We enjoyed just sitting outside (great outdoor living space!) and watching pelicans dive. We also uses the kayaks and the pool. There are 2 AC units in either bedroom which we liked at night. It’s super quiet and peaceful. The mattresses were very firm and pillows were thin - so just fyi if you prefer something softer. But the house is very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Phil and Angie are fantastic hosts and were very helpful and hospitable. Our kids also loved the tower and seeing the lagoon on the other side of the peninsula - along with the resident iguana who lives under the house!

Paradise Found
Loved our stay at Angel's Landing. The beachfront location was beautiful! The ocean view through the windows and from the tower were spectacular. Being able to swim in the pool was relaxing. Phil and Angela were helpful and responded promptly to our questions. We had everything we needed when we arrived. If you are looking for a place to unwind and and be inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds you, this is the place. The kayaks were a plus! Would definitely stay here again!
