Walls a bit thin, could hear mid-level talking from the room behind, but no big deal really.

Great location to enjoy all the downturn events of the Jumpers and Jazz Festival just a stone's throw away. Good access to local restaurants. Communal kitchen provided great opportunity to DIY meals.

There is no on-site management which I guess could be a problem occasionally.

The new owners were very hospitable and good company. The room was recently refurbished, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus.

It wasn’t easy to locate the property as it was completely covered by plants and has no visible signage from the street. There was no indication that this is an unmanned property nor was prior contact received to arrange access to our room. I had to phone the number once we arrived to ascertain access information. The walls between rooms are super thin. We could hear snoring clearly from next room.
