The photos advertising the cabin were very ambiguous & we didn’t get the type of cabin we were expecting.

It wasn’t an unpleasant place to stay and it was available on a Festival weekend
The Park as a whole was not up to Big4 standards and needs a makeover. The cabin was clean and tidy, bed was good but bathroom tiny and cooking pots, pans and utensils need replacing urgently.

All of the cabin setup was exceptional to our needs, large size fridge the breeze was lovely and the park was quiet and the pool was nice to cool off in!!
It may be a princess and a pea situation just had a rough night sleep, not too sure why but would like to suggest a new mattress perhaps :)

Very helpful when Warwick was cut off by floods and we needed to extend our stay. Suggestions for lunches at the Dairy Lounge and the Garden Centre were great. Yummy food and good service. Upgraded to cabin with carport so we could unpack out of the rain. Greatly appreciated.
Towel rail fell off the door. Blinds dusty. Could not work out how to turn the cook top on. Lounge was unstable and rocked quite a bit.

I expected a Big 4 park to be a higher standard, however I discovered that Big 4 CLASSIC is a more basic park

Very friendly staff, very clean. We were in an ensuite family cabin. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was awesome. The cabin had everything you could need. The BBQ was sparkling clean. Other reviews have complained about the road noise but we barely heard a thing.
None really. If you have things to do in Warwick it's perfect, just not somewhere you would go just for the Big4 park like some Big4s.

We stayed in one bed ensuite cabins. The cabins were spotlessly clean, neat and beautifully presented. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and full of great ideas for things to do in the area. Whilst the park is not located in the centre of town, it is easy to drive from park to CBD and nearby shops.

Friendly staff, edge of town location, cabin was functional clean & had all basic amenities. Laundry on site so checked camping facilities - clean & adequate.
Electricity outages a couple of times & this happened on previous stay 3 years prior. Quickly fixed by on site managers but annoying when cooking dinner. 2-seater lounge needs new seat cushions as rather "lumpy".
