Well decorated, lovely view over the breakwater, warm robes, clean, well kempt, biscuits!!! Accommodating check in time! The breakfast was such high quality and so much choice.

Location only a few minutes walk to habour area where you will find all the local sights. Owner very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great.

Owners are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is high quality and service efficient and personal with nice touches. Lovely place would highly recommend and would stay again. Parking really nice to have.

Bathroom was v small but owner apologised it's a listed building so are limited with what can be done. Ok for one night though.

Breakfast was okay and the bed was comfortable. The view was lovely, and the location was good for exploring Brixham. The owner and staff were very friendly.

The deluxe room we stayed in needs updating, as decor was tatty and not very clean. Peeling wallpaper, marks on the headboard , stains on the sheet and sellotape covering a crack in the glass window pane and cobwebs on ceiling. Dirt and bits on the carpet.

Pip, the owner was just a great gentleman, he and his wife were very helpful. It felt like home to be honest. Kind, friendly people. I will stay there again should i go back to Brixham.

Wonderful room, great location with car parking, super host and a wonderful cooked breakfast

A friendly welcome and check-in, clean, comfortable room, tasty, freshly cooked breakfast (with a surprisingly wide selection of items), cheerful, friendly and efficient staff. Well fitted and appointed public areas too. Close to the harbour, marina and town centre in easy walking distance but just far enough up the hill to avoid most of the noise. We will certainly return the next time we visit Brixham.

Nothing! As it is a grand old (Victorian?) building there might be some issues for people with limited mobility gaining access to some rooms, so it would be advisable to check when booking, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location with parking. Beautifully decorated house our room was gorgeous with the most comfortable bed slept well it’s so quiet and relaxing. Charming hosts and fantastic breakfast can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay

nothing it’s perfect

A beautiful house with a wonderful vibe. The room was comfortable and pretty, the views from the garden lovely, the food excellent and Pip was very accommodating.

Close to perfect. The bathroom is small, but that wasn't a problem.
