This property was described perfectly and had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time. The location close to Lee’s Ford couldn’t be more convenient and you’re only 10 minutes from the major hub of grocery stores and restaurants. The little gem Sorrentos is right up the road. The house was clean and the one issue we had was corrected IMMEDIATELY by Jason and his communication was always quick and effective. We will be back!

We loved our vacation home! Fabulous location. Docked our boat at Lees Ford and on the water in less than 5 minutes!

We had a terrific 3 night stay! The townhouse was nicely furnished and right across the street from the liquor store! One king and three queen beds was perfect for our group! Beautiful view off both decks! Nice open concept and all the little touches a renter might like. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus! Highly recommend this rental!

I rented this townhouse over Thanksgiving for my adult children while visiting. The place was very clean, functional, and well located. 10 out of 10 would rent this unit again. Owner was very good about informing us of access and checking to make sure our stay was going smoothly.

Second year in a row of staying at this condo. Very nice condo with two levels and plenty of room. The location is outstanding, being right at top of hill from Lee's Ford Marina and liquor store directly across road. Will stay here over and over!

Check in process super easy, location spot on if you are keeping your boat at Lee’s Ford Marina because it is really walking distance to the marina! Town of Somerset is close by for meals out, groceries, theater- which we enjoyed because we got sunburned and needed some indoor entertainment . is

Very clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the lake from the upper and lower decks. Location was great. Kept our boat down at Lee's Ford and it was perfect! And very convenient to the Liquor Store!

Our rental went very smoothly and the unit was well appointed and more than sufficient for our needs. Proximity to Somerset and Lee's Ford marina was very convenient. Only two negatives, which should not be a deal breaker for most people: noise from the adjacent units, and noise from the nearby highway and bridge. Highly recommend this rental!

The house was well equipped with everything we would need as if we were at our own house. Communication with Jason was excellent he answered all questions promptly and was great to deal with. Nice parking in drive for boat trailer and truck. Great location. Beds were comfortable. We can not say enough about the place and experience. 5 star.

Perfect location and condo for boating from Lee’s Ford Marina
Absolutely perfect place for friends and family to stay when boating from Lee’s Ford Marina. 4 BR, 2 baths, 2 decks, nice kitchen and grill on the deck for the steaks. Rent a slip at marina and take shuttle up the hill or your vehicle. Literally 2 minutes from the water. Harbor restaurant on top of hill is really good too! Liquor store 100 yds away as well. Owner texted me upon our arrival and the day we left, just to check and make sure everything was going good for us.
We will definitely stay here again! Love us some Lake Cumberland!

.... that was the water temperature of Lake Cumberland while we were there. The accommodations were fantastic, very comfortable beds and convenient to our boat that we left on the water in one of Lee’s Ford transient slips. The large kitchen area allowed multiple cooks in the kitchen to spread out as they liked for food prep. This is a great place and easy to get to.

We would highly recommend this place for it's comfortable living setup and convenient location to Lee's Ford Marina. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything you need. It had decent views of the lake from the 2 balconies and comfortable beds. Would stay in again next trip.

Excellent Stay
This is a beautiful property to rent. Highly recommended from this family of 7! So much better than a hotel room! Jason's communication was great! He responded to my questions quickly. It really was a home away from home. Plenty of seating. The kitchen has everything you need. The margarita machine was a hit! The big crockpot came in handy. There are stores close by in case you need anything. And most importantly, the beds were SO comfortable! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Fantastic Spot
I would highly recommend this location! Condo was very clean and was located just a minute away from Lee's Ford Marina. Our family enjoyed the Labor Day weekend with plenty of room to spare. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay!
This is a very nice location that is close to the lake. It has all the pots ,pans and utensils you could ever need. Jason checked in on us to make sure we got in ok and when I needed an answer to a question he responded quickly. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of parking space. I have rented at many different locations at Lake Cumberland so I can say this is one of the nicest places so far.

Super getaway
Super townhouse! Big rooms and enough space for everyone. Owner was super to communicate with. Location is perfect on east end of lake. Lake was not busy at all. Rented a brand new tritoon from Beavercreek marina.

Family time on the lake
A very nice property close to the marina. We had a water issue, ( city repairing a leak down the road) and Jason got an answer right away. Very nice to deal with. We would stay again.

Very roomy
We loved the place we stayed in. Owner was very tentative but the Lees Ford Dock was awful and we will not dock there again. The house was clean and welcoming!

Outstanding
Super clean and very nice townhouse. My family spent a week here. It's very close to Lee's Ford Marina, with boats and watercraft to rent. The house is just as advertised, actually better. Large rooms, large modern kitchen, all 4 bedrooms are plenty big and two outdoor decks. The check in process was all laid out simply as was check out. The owner is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for access to Lee's Ford Marina
This is a lovely, spacious condo that was a perfect location for a mini family reunion with easy access to the marina. Jason was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. He came to our rescue when our original rental canceled last minute. The kitchen was well equipped and a great place for a large family meal after a day on the lake. We will definitely be repeat customers!
