* Deux chambres de maître à l'étage, chacune avec leurs propres salles de bain complètes, avec des lits queen et placards en mode plein écran dans chaque. Une chambre a son propre balcon et un coin salon, et l'autre a un futon supplémentaire. La propriété peut dormir 5 personnes.
* Cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit. Électrique gamme, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur. Petits appareils inclus, ainsi que des plats, des ustensiles et casseroles / poêles.
* Weber charbon, pleine grandeur laveuse / sécheuse, foyer au bois, et d'une télévision à écran plat avec câble Suddenlink et Wifi.
* Parking privé en face de l'unité.

Such a great place!
We enjoyed our stay so much. The pictures do not do it justice. It is such a cute condo in a great location with access to awesome amenities. Kathy was so nice, quick to respond and made the check in/out process so easy. I was there for a conference and if we repeat the location, I will definitely be staying here!

On The Lake
Place was very comfortable and quiet; back yard view of Lake Conroe was great. Most of our business was in The Woodlands which was 30 miles away but we found a non-congested back was on McCaleb Street off Hwy 105. Neighbors were very friendly.

Perfect place to celebrate our twins 11th birthday!
This property was beautiful. It was a very relaxing week. My husband, our twin boys and my father in law enjoyed the week we spent here. We spent several days relaxing poolside and having lunch at the Breakwater Grille. Everyone was very friendly. It was close enough that we were able to go down to the Space Center for a day. I would definitely stay at this property again if we are ever back in the area. Kathy was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had before coming to the area.

Amazing townhouse!
Everything was amazing about our entire stay, from booking the reservation, communication with Kathy, checking in and checking out. We were thoroughly impressed with Kathy’s hospitality and her amazing space. She thought of every detail a traveler might need and was very responsive. The townhouse was decorated so perfectly, was in a fabulous location and would definitely love to return! We had an amazing stay!

Kathy is an awesome host and we loved our stay. It’s a great condo with plenty of room inside and out. It really felt comfortable and Kathy was so accommodating. The tree over the patio provided shade in the afternoon. It was never too hot to sit outside. We parked our boat just out front for easy access to go fish and wakeboard/wake surfing etc. This was our 2nd stay in this Walden cove on a holiday weekends. Although it can be busy on a holiday weekend, we enjoy all the activity. We would definitely stay here again.

My family, two legged and four legged, and I had a great time at Kathy’s beautiful home. It had all we needed at a great location on the lake. Appreciated the squeaky clean condo. All the neighbors were awesome as well. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

Our temporary home
We sold our home but our new home was not completed. This was our interim housing solution. We didn't realize it would be such a gift to us! The townhome is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The area is quite, even tranquil. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. The owner, Kathy, is great and accommodating. We are thankful for Kathy and the memories we made during our extended stay in her townhome.

Wonderfully decorated townhouse!
We enjoyed our almost three week stay at Kathy’s townhouse at Walden on Lake Conroe. Kathy was great to work with and very accommodating.
The only negative had nothing to do with the townhouse, but with the distance to my sister’s house with whom we spent time each day which was 21 miles away on the NW side of Conroe.
I would recommend staying at Kathy’s townhouse, especially if you have a boat & plan on lake activities.

The perfect townhouse to stay in on Lake Conroe, it’s very comfortable and nicely appointed. The home is located in the quiet Walden community and has great access to restaurants, etc. By far the best location on Lake Conroe. Make sure to dine at the Walden Yacht Club during your stay.

Location was great - close to Yatch club (which is amazing)! Pool, right on the water and fitness center. Décor is very neat and clean. Had everything you needed or might have forgot. Must stay if looking in the Conroe area.

The condo is beautiful and super clean.It towels, spices, complete kitchen. we cooked hamburgers outside and its was great. Pack up ur family and enjoy this lovely condo.

Love this condo on Lake Conroe. It's a central location on the lake, you can walk out to your boat from rear yard and the place is so cozy if you just want to stay at the condo for the day. This place has everything you need, plus the decor is so tasteful and organized.

Amazing Stay
The owner, Kathy, reached out the day before our stay with a very warm welcome! The condo is very clean, well stocked and felt like home. We were able to park our boat just outside the back door which was really convenient. We had a nice dinner at the Yacht Club which was a 3 min boat ride from the condo.We will definitely stay again!

Location was great. On the lake with lovely trees to shade you while watching people fish. It had everything we needed and more. Clean and comfortable. The pool at the Yacht Club was very enjoyable as was the dining. We had a great time enjoying our family in Conroe.

Great property!
For anyone needing interim housing this is the place for you. Not only is it waterfront but it is furnished with everything you need and then some. They have thought of everything from kitchen gadgets to toothpaste. "FULLY" furnished 2 bedrooms/ 2-1/2 bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

This was my first visit to Lake Conroe, and this property was is the perfect location! I walked to the marina and rented a boat, which I then took right back to the property and loaded up. I didn't have to haul any supplies or heavy coolers to the marina. I just walked it all out the back door and put it right on the boat! The house is just a few blocks from the nearest liquor store and gas station, and just a mile or two from the nearest grocery store.

We had made plans to visit family and do a little mini-vacationing while in the area, but the condo and the amenities it offered enticed us to spend one of our days taking advantage of all that it offered. The lake, the pool, the workout facilities. Wow! It was truly a resort experience. A bonus we weren't expecting is that we saw a family of deer upon our evening arrival. The condo was beautifully decorated and offered us a home away from home feeling with a nice kitchen, outdoor deck with grill, full size washer and dryer, comfortable furniture. We felt pampered. We look forward to doing this again soon! Oh, and the owner (Kathy) was helpful, answered any questions we had, and responded quickly.

Kathy was very helpful right from the beginning of the rental process. Property was very spacious with extra accommodations not mentioned. Family of 4 had more than enough room with 2 master suites. Would recommend this unit to anyone and will stay here again on the next lake Conroe visit.

Very nice updated condo in a great location. We spent a long weekend on the lake with family. Being able to tie up our boat in the back yard was great. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Kathy was very helpful and responsive to our questions/requests. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back.
