SeaWatch at Middleton
Grande terrasse divertissante à l'avant pour capturer une vue panoramique sur la mer à l'avant et les collines derrière. Magnifiquement conçu maison de plage construit pour la détente et les moments de plaisir à la belle Surfers Beach à seulement 2 minutes à pied. Table de billard, table Air Hockey, 5 chambres lumineuses et sur le thème de la plage, 3 espaces de vie, 2 téléviseurs à écran plat et lecteurs DVD ainsi qu'une sélection de films et de jeux. Système RC / AC split et à seulement quelques pas de Middleton Beach, populaire toute l'année pour le surf. 3 chambres avec lit queen, deux avec salle de bain. Total de 9 lits. Parfait pour plusieurs familles. Cour entièrement clôturée et animaux de compagnie très bienvenus pour rester à l'extérieur. 53 Hero Ave Middleton.

3 lits Queen, deux à l'étage et un en bas, deux avec salle de bain à 2 voies. Le lit 4 (à l'étage) peut accueillir 2 (lits superposés) tandis que la chambre 5 (en bas) peut accueillir 4 (2 ensembles de lits superposés). Ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres. 2 salles de bain complètes, une à l'étage et l'autre en bas, avec un troisième WC séparé. Buanderie en bas avec machine à laver. Espace de vie / divertissement pour adultes à l'étage avec grande terrasse donnant sur la plage et Victor Harbor et au-delà, avec 2 autres espaces de vie en bas avec une grande table de billard / table de hockey sur air. Grande cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable donnant sur une immense terrasse donnant sur Surfers Beach offrant une vue à 270 degrés sur Victor Harbor et les collines derrière. Il y a un parking pour 5 voitures en plus d'un seul abri couvert. Dehors, il y a une douche d'eau chaude privée entièrement fermée.

Hero Ave est situé à 2 rues de la plage de Surfers Beach, Middleton. Non seulement un endroit idéal pour le surf et le bodyboard, essayez la pêche sur la plage à Middleton ou à proximité de Pt Elliot! Observez les baleines gambader depuis le pont creusé ou explorez les nombreux bassins rocheux. Les cantons de Port Elliot, Victor Harbor et Goolwa sont situés de 5 km à 7 km, où les visiteurs trouveront des terrains de golf, des restaurants et des établissements vinicoles de qualité, ainsi que des cafés et des boutiques. Il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants située à 2 minutes à pied le long de Hero Ave avec une zone humide nouvellement développée à explorer. La piste cyclable Goolwa - Victor Harbor est à une minute !!

Well suited to our needs. ( 5 ladies from Adelaide) A very good view. Nice decor. A well stocked kitchen. Had to supply our own linen. A little tricky trying to contact our host but when we finally spoke she was friendly and informative.

The property had a well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great for a large group. We had a wonderful time at SeaWatch.

The points that stood out for us were the host who very easy to communicate with and answered our queries very promptly and patiently. The location of the of the home is great, just a block away from the beach and not too far from Goolwa. We enjoyed our stay

Loved the furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. A little bit of updating of the appliances are needed however the location was perfect and the view from the balcony perfect for us. Thanks for letting us stay.

The size of the property was great if you have multiple families stay. We had some difficulty getting the downstairs TV / DVD to work as the equipment appears very old and DVD’s were poor quality. Upstairs shower has limited shower pressure but overall it was a good beach shack!

The property presented clean and tidy and was very comfortable to stay in. Overall our stay was extremely relaxing and enjoyable and there is a lot to like about the property. Unfortunately the listed stereo system was not there and if this had been made known to us, we would have taken our own alternative. We would also have expected that enough toilet paper for a 2 day stay should have been supplied. The hot water system also failed on the last morning of our stay, but that is something that can not foreseen, and although it was convenient for the person in the shower at the time, we would not try to discourage any others because of it.

SeaWatch
SeaWatch is the perfect getaway for Families and Friends to come together. With a homely feel, there was plenty of space for everyone (we had 2 Families totalling 10 ppl) and we still had room for a couple of friends that popped by and stayed for a night.
We had everything we needed and more, (BBQ, DVD player + movies, pool table, ice hockey table, board games, enclosed back yard) with the nearest supermarket only 7min drive away for all grocery essentials. The views were magnificent, and we were only a 3 min walk from the beach.
Our Hostess, Carol was wonderful, promptly answering any questions we had prior to our trip, which helped too.
Anyone thinking of taking a break, I would highly recommend going to the SeaWatch for your next getaway!! 👍

After initial hiccups with our booking the property manager did what she could. Would have liked to have been able to stay longer. Perhaps next time.

Kids had a blast and great for entertaining family and friends. Perfect location to the beach.

Good size and location
Ideal for family and friends. Not too far to walk to beach. Two family bathrooms (with access doors to two bedrooms also) and third toilet were all handy for our group. Owner communication was great.

Family Holiday
We had such a great time staying in this house. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a family holiday. Carol was also lovely and responded to any questions we had very quickly, also spoiling us with a late check out. Highly recommend staying here.
