Deux niveaux et plus de 1000 pieds carrés de terrasse permettent à la fois le soleil et l'ombre tout au long de la journée. Vous pouvez également utiliser le garage 2 voitures pour vos voitures, motos, etc ... We had a really nice vacation. The house is lovely. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities: fishing, parks, trails and a great dog park. And only 5-10 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plus, we really appreciated being able to bring our furbaby (it wouldn't have been a vacation without her)!

Such a great time! Location was perfect. Close to Ocean City, Assateague Island and downtown Berlin! The house inside and out had everything we needed! After a fun hot day at the beach it was great to come back to the pool, hot tub and decks to chill out and get cool. The house had all the amenities needed for our stay. Great, quiet neighborhood to enjoy a walk and relax!

Our week at the Recovery Room was everything we hoped it would be! Cute house with all we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool right in the backyard and the location in Ocean Pines was quiet/relaxed but close enough to Ocean City to get to all the activities there quickly. The Ocean Pines Beach Club pass was another perk of this house. Thank you Tim and Cheri for being amazing hosts!

This home was amazing! A short drive to both Ocean City and Assateague Island, the owners provide everything you will need for an amazing day at the beach. There are an assortment of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, rafts and so much more. The only things we needed to bring was sheets, pillow cases, clothes, and food. We have rented multiple VRBOs and have never had a house so well stocked. The house was extremely clean and the pool and hot tub were a big hit after a day on the beach or boardwalk. I highly recommend this rental

I’m not sure where to start. The Recovery Room is a cozy little house, perfect for a “home base” as it’s close to everything. A few minutes from very dog-friendly Berlin, MD with quaint shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as Assateague beach (pay the extra for the OSV permit — totally worth it! But I digress) and Ocean City. The Recovery Room is neat, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. Nice walking trails nearby. We didn’t use the bikes, but there was a nice array for humans of various sizes. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough good things about our hosts and their lovely property.
I do feel compelled to make one important note for parents of itty bitty furbabies. The yard and porch are fenced in, with 3” spaces between the fence pickets. I didn’t immediately realize that my 7 lb Chih mix could squeeze between them. It was not a big deal and I just needed to keep a closer eye on Her Royal Fuzzybutt. Did not detract from the overall experience at all.

We had a great stay at the Recovery Room in early August. We all enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The parking pass and beach club access was a hit too. Everything in the description listing is spot on. The house was very clean for us, and Tim's communication with us was A+. Tim and Cheri are great hosts. I would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.

My husband and I took our 3 month old baby and we all had a great time. The house has a beachy feel to it and the backyard was beautiful. The pool was very convenient for the days we didn't want to take our baby to the beach.
We had everything we needed at the house. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They updated us on everything and were very accomadating. We will definitly like to return next summer.

The house was excellent. We stayed for two weeks. It was nice having your own pool and hot tub on days you just wanted to relax. Owners of the house were also great for communication and having everything for going to the beach right there at the house. House is perfectly located between Ocean City and Assateague Island.

Close to all the shopping, restaurants and the beach is a short drive. Having beach access is great!! Tim is always very responsive for any questions. I look forward to vacationing here next year!

House is very clean and has most comforts you would want away from home. Yard is fenced in for pets but there is no grass so plan on walking pets for bathroom. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. Good eats in town if you don’t want to drive far but only 20 mins to OCMD. Pool and hot tub set this rental apart from others and offer relaxing fun even on rainy days. Very satisfied with the experience from a family of 4 ( kids 9 and 3) with two dogs. Thank you Tim and Sherry for sharing your home with us!!

This was a beautiful property. Quiet, comfortable, wildlife everywhere. I saw a lot of butterflies, song birds and hummingbirds. The pool was lovely.

Everything from the booking experience to the end of our vacation was amazing. Tim and his family do an amazing job and the place is beautiful. Very clean and had lots of extras hot tub pool bikes grill we needed inothing more. I will book with him again.

Our family had an amazing time staying at the recovery room! It was exactly as I’d imagined. The pool was awesome and it was only a short drive to OCMD. We took our 18 month old who absolutely loved the pool and the quiet atmosphere of Ocean Pines was great for bedtime. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Home!
We love this home and this is our 4th year in a row. The owner is very responsive and answers all our questions during our stay. Our family loves the privacy with the pool and hot tub. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the beach - which you get to use a pass for parking. It’s perfect. If you are considering this home - book it! You won’t be sorry.

Awesome stay :)
Everything was perfect for our family. It was very cozy and quiet. My pets loved everything about the house. Our dog Princess loved her walks everyday and sitting up on upper deck with me or hanging in the yard with us :) my son Vinny loved going bike riding every morning and my husband loved going down the slide in the pool lol. The neighbors are nice and the Yacht club knows how to have fun on weekend evenings with the bands they have. Everything is close by to visit where we are located. Very impressed with cleanliness upon check in! Pool and hot tub made this a perfect place to stay. Location was near to anything you would want to do- Assateague, Ocean City, amusements, dining, etc. highly recommended!

Great stay
We had a great time at the recovery room. The house was very clean when we arrived. Having the hot tub and pool was so fun. There were days we didn't even make it to the beach, the kids were having too much fun at the house. The parking pass for the beach was also appreciated. Pool floats and bikes were also provided. Owners were easy to work with. We have no complaints. This house is perfect for a small family who likes to chill on vacay. Kitchen was also well stocked. We made most meals at the house. We would definitely stay again.

This is our fifth time staying at The Recovery Room. A 5 star review would not be enough, I’m calling this a 10 star review! Tim and his wife are so very easy to work with. Great communication throughout and a great property. It can be difficult to find a property in OC that is clean, bug free, and well maintained but I’ll tell you, this is it! Add in the private pool and hot tub and it’s a 10 star vacation!!

Great vacation home
Let me start off by saying that this was a much anticipated vacation since Covid….and the owners were very accommodating and communicative. A pleasure to deal with.
The home is adorable and comfy and has absolutely everything you could ask for, especially the awesome pool, where we spent most of the time floating around in it frozen drink in hand!
Thanks to Tim and Cheri for opening their lovely home to us for such an enjoyable vacation.
We would definitely recommend staying here, only 10 minutes to all the action too, just PERFECT👌

Better than I Imagined!
This was the first time that we used VRBO, and I was not disappointed! The owner, Tim, was so responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and cozy. We really felt at home! The neighborhood was great and my son enjoyed riding bikes in the cul-de-sac. We loved having our own grill, pool, and hot tub to use at the end of the day! We can't wait to stay again next year!

Peaceful and quiet & close to beach
Lovely A-frame home nestled in Ocean Pines just five miles to Coastal Highway & 62nd Street of Ocean City. Just outside the development is Food Lion grocery, Chinese food, Mexican and a pizzeria. Home has lots to offer with built in pool, large gas grill and hot tub. Safe and private community. The big plus was bringing my dog with fully fenced in property.
