Absolutely loved this house, perfectly placed in Crested Butte…a quick walk to everything! The house was clean and had a bonus loft upstairs with two twin beds! The kitchen was NICELY equipped making cooking at home easy! The floors were warm…the fireplace was hot…the hot tub outside was NEW and welcomed after long ski days!! Loved this house and we will definitely be back!

The property is perfect to explore everything in Crested Butte. Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking needs, the property was clean and well maintained. The Host, Josh, was attentive and friendly to all our questions, etc. We will Definitely stay there again!

Great location one block from Elk Street and very close to Chop Wood, the store owned by our nephew and his wife. Really enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on the balcony watching Crested Butte wakeup to a new day!

Excellent communication with our host. Everything worked well, including the hot tub. The summer garden is just beautiful so it was a treat to be inside and out at this house. And we could easily walk to town any time.

The convenience is amazing. 2 blocks from the mountain express makes it super easy to get to the ski lifts. House is very comfortable and clean. Josh is awesome and easy to get ahold of if you should need anything. The steam shower is amazing!

This home has everything you need for your perfect ski vacation. The home is just a block from the bus stop that takes you right to the slopes, a very easy walk! It located in town, close to bars and restaurants. The home is very cozy and inviting and lacks for nothing! Josh, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Well appointed property.

Location is great. Just a block off Elk, which is the main drag with lots of restaurants and shops. Bedrooms and beds are comfortable. Main floor is OK. Kitchen had everything needed and a nice big table with sufficient chairs - I think for 8 guests. Living room area is small with comfortable seating for only 4 guests, so you need to bring over dining room chairs to seat more. TV was limited. We brought our firestick, which would have helped, but TV is set into a cabinet where it would have been very difficult to plug it in. Nice yard. Hot tub as advertised, though it is new and some issues with the controls. Josh was able to come over and help. Biggest negative is the showers. 3 of us are in our 70s, and there were no grab bars in any shower, and very slick floors without shower mats. Master bathroom shower stall is huge, but only 1 shower spray, right in the middle, directly over the drain, so you had to stand on the drain to be under it, and no wall close enough to grab if you slipped. We ended up using the small shower upstairs, as it was tiny enough that you could hold to the walls for balance. I would NOT recommend renting this house if you are at all unsteady on your feet in the shower! Even our youngest person, age 28, was unhappy with the showers. I will say that the steam option in the master shower was a nice touch. Also, hot tub steps have no railing. A railing on 1 side would be good or getting out on slippery steps. We will not rent this house again even though we enjoyed many aspects of it.

We loved the location, communication with owner, hot tub, overall decor and feel of the place, wonderful backyard and patio. We will definitely be back!

We only came in for one night but the place was perfect for walking to dinner and a dip in the hot tub after! It was clean beautifully decorated and plenty of room for all of us. The yard was amazing with all the flowers! Great place would definitely go back for sure!

Our family group of 5 loved this house. Great location, comfortable set up with lots of windows to catch the cool breeze. Hiking trail just down the road, nice outdoor balcony and patio, and it was very clean. Thanks Josh!

First time to Crested Butte and we enjoyed everything about it. Great skiing, restaurants, mountains and the house was very nice and one block off the Main Street where there is lots to do! Will do it again!!!

Great, clean cozy space in an awesome location!!

This house was amazing, just steps from the center of town with lots of cute shops and restaurants. The town bus to take you the ski slope was right around the corner and very easy. Josh was great, had lights on and door open for us and was readily available with any questions. The house was so cute plenty of room for 6 adults and does have a cute loft where more could sleep. Very well equipped with a nice hot tub. Will be back thanks

This is the second time we’ve rented the yellow house, and it is perfect for us. It’s great location is just a block from down town, but quiet and peaceful.

Lovely warm and cozy

Couldn’t have asked for a better home/location/property manager for my group of friends celebrating getting engaged on our hike over from Aspen. We even had a small snafu with tripping a fuse in one of the bedrooms at 9pm and Josh immediately answered the phone and was at the house within 2 minutes to have it fixed. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience. House was clean, adorable and accommodating in the perfect location within steps from Main Street.

Renting this property was perfect for us. We attended a wedding in downtown CB so the location could not have been better. The property manager was delightful and right there with our questions.

Wonderful house in downtown Crested Bute - walking distance to pretty much everything, very comfortable, and the hot tub was glorious! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our summer vacation to Crested butte. It is one block off Elk street, which is the Main Street for shops and restaurants. 300 feet from an ice cream shop, a block away from a bus stop up to the resort, and a block away from the woods walk trail, which is a gorgeous way to start or end your day with a sunrise or sunset hike. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked well and was well stocked Josh was a great host too. The refrigerator broke down while we were there and he dropped everything, packed the fridge with ice, tried to repair it and then personally drove 4 hours to buy and deliver and install a new one so we wouldn’t be too inconvenienced. I highly recommend this place.

This property has a perfect location--one block from Elk Avenue and easy walking distance to all downtown Crested Butte has to offer. It's also about two blocks from the Walk in the Woods trailhead, which we took advantage of several times while we were there. The drive and/or ride up to Mount Crested Butte is also quick and easy. If you're travelling with mountain biking in mind, there are many trails you can ride to from this location. This home is cute, charming, & well decorated. The masterbathroom shower is also a steam room! Josh is easy to get ahold of and a super welcoming host. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars on everything is that there is an incredibly strong incense/patchouli smell in the upstairs part of the house. If you are sensitive to strong smells or have scent-induced asthma or migraines, this could be a challenge. (However, if you like the smell of patchouli...then this house is for you!) Also--the loft above the kitchen, as shown in the photo, had a "Keep Out" sign on it. My kids would have loved to bunk up there, but it was apparently off-limits. We respected this while staying at the house, but were disappointed it was not accessible.
