The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (towels, pots/pans, spices, toiletries). The location is really convenient- just a few steps to the beach. Melissa was really responsive, the check in - super easy. I have allergies, so i really appreciated that there was no carpet. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back soon.

Great location for exploring the immediate and extended area. We stayed here in the "off season" but still enjoyed how close it was to the beach! It was also convenient for our day trips to Boston and Salem. It was really nice to park right our from as the "Residents Only" restriction ended on October 15th.

We spent this past week at this location. We found it cozy, comfortable and most of all clean. Literally steps to the beach. Would recommend blackout curtains in bedrooms because if the motion detection spotlights go on, the blinds/curtains in the bedroom right off of the living room do not keep the light out, actually gets pretty bright at 2am.. Would also recommend a small basin to rinse feet off before entering when coming in from the beach. We swept the floors every evening to help combat the sand, but you are at the beach. Jessica emailed us to let us know that we would be able to get into the unit earlier than expected and was quick to report when there was an issue with the smoke detector/alarm that started to go off randomly Fri morning/afternoon and had someone out immediately to take care of it. We will definitely look to book here again if we come back to the area. Dave & Lori

For the most part we loved it. I would suggest a blind in the second window, the houses are too close together. There was a smell of vinegar in one the cabinets. Everything else was fantastic.

Wonderful property! I am a senior lady traveling with a friend. Place was very clean, beds very comfortable, and owner very responsive! Parking was about 400 steps away but felt safe and easy! I’d definitely come again!

I rented this condo for the whole winter. It was clean and warm and cozy, and everything was exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and throughout my few months there, the owner Jessica was very responsive, kind, and helpful. It's literally about 20 steps from the beach, and a short walk from all the "action" in Hampton, so couldn't be a better location if you're looking for a Hampton Beach stay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience, I would definitely rent this place again if I need a place to stay in Hampton again!

We enjoyed our stay within walking distance to ocean. It was off season and it was nice and quiet! The unit could have been cleaner. You do have to deal with the fine sand, which is challenging! Parking was an issue but owner was very quick to resolve issue. Overall it was a great memory!

Even with it being off seson, it was as relaxing as we could get with 2 trending tow. Had a couple of glitches that were handled quickly. Only truly weird thing is just how short the toilet is 🤣

Easy to book & pay. Adorable, clean condo. Great location....only 1 house between you and the beach. Owners are super accommodating & friendly. Parking is an issue if you cant walk too far. Its 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend this rental.

The property was clean, the beach was close, and the communication with Jessica was great. I would highly recommend that anyone book their stay here. I am hoping to each year.

This was our second stay and both times we have been pleased. The location is perfect for us and just steps from the sand! The condo is small but functional. The unit had a recent paint job and is reasonably well kept. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I have stayed at other Hampton Beach rentals that don’t provide any linens so having towels, linens and other items provided was very convenient! And the price was very reasonable. Things to note: With our 3 kids a few years older since our last stay, it was tighter this year. There are 2 full beds but it would be nice to have more versatility. Two twin beds would be great - but that’s just my personal preference. The pull out sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable in my opinion. The condo does not have any outdoor space, which is a bummer but not a deal breaker (for us). We would definitely stay again!’

This condo was perfect for us. So close to the beach. We were able to walk the strip. Enjoy the entertainment at the clam shell. Nice quiet area. Very relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

Jessica, just want to say Thank You the place was great, we were surprised how updated the condo was, also your neighbors @ #7 & #6 where great and friendly. The only thing missing was a small deck to sit out on at night having a drink. Thank You so much for every thing . Elizabeth & Jim

The price and location are unbeatable BUT, the condo is pretty old and dirty. Mold in the bathroom, sticky refrigerator and cabinet handles, dust all over windows and bed frames. A funny smell that we couldn’t put our finger on. We did contact the owner who was very responsive and immediately tried to remedy the problem. They did provide an air filter and cocked the shower. They were also understanding and willing to fully refund our money. We chose to tough it out. The location is pretty amazing! We stay in Hampton every summer, always at different rentals....This location is almost on the water! Overall, the owners are amazing, location is terrific, but the state of the unit and cleanliness really were very bad.

Jessica was wonderful to work with. This is our 2nd stay here at Jessica's place and we were just as pleased as the 1st time. She takes her tenants needs into account and is super responsive. The confo is perfect for a small family , the location is awesome both to the sand and to the center for food, drinks and entertainment. I highly recommend 12 Atlantic Ave. I can't wait until Sunmer 2021!
