What a stunning view!!! Right when you walk in top floor is the large open double panel windows. In additional to the resort feel of all the high-end finishing of the bathroom, standbup shower and bath tub over looking the view of Hood Canal🙌 Walk to the main lower floor is a gourmet. kitchen and the endless large open windows!!! The list goes on, this is a must to visit/see inperson!!!

Beautiful home and experience even with a bit of a snow storm.

My wife and I had 4 awesome nights at this beautiful house. Everybody talks about the views and they are correct. Best we have had and we have stayed in a lot of VRBo’s. Really enjoyed the area, the park, and some good seafood. I even got lucky and caught a fish. We really loved sitting on the deck around the fire and staring at the mountains. We have talked about coming back.

We had the best stay! The location is stunning and it is close to everything you need. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Awesome place and they allow small dogs. Impeccably clean and if you like crabs and oysters they are plentiful. Amazing view. Only issue I had was walking dog. The beach is a little too small to walk the dog so you do end up walking the dog along the highway. Love the place. We will be back.

We frequently use Vrbo to book our vacations and this stay was by far out favorite that we have ever done. This property is truly something special and we wish we could have stayed longer. The views are immaculate from every room in the house. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenware was all very high quality and had everything we needed to do some light cooking. The check out instructions were more than reasonable. 10/10 would come again and encourage all of my friends to do so as well!

Check in was easy. The place was perfect. Everything you need. Tranquility at its finest.

This is an excellent property. Our family loves any adventure that includes the outdoors. One suggestion we would offer is to update amenities available: (e.g. there was no wood for the fire pit, no kayaks/paddleboard. Pantry items were missing)

The view is absolutely gorgeous. I loved to just sit and appreciate the view, the changing light, moving clouds, the tides; it was amazing. The property itself is also gorgeous. Really clean, high-end property and furnishings. And so many windows! So you can enjoy the view no matter the weather. I would frequently see Harbor seals in the evenings in the water right in front of the property. I watched a Kingfisher catching fish by the dock. Hood canal was quieter than I expected for a July weekend and that was nice. Do be aware that you will be sharing some of the amenities with the "big house" next door. I was surprised and concerned when I checked in and there were 5 cars parked next to the unit! I thought it was probably a party and was going to be loud, but it wasn't. The property has everything and it is extremely comfortable also. You are very close to the road, but the sound proofing is very good, and it didn't bother me at all. It is a great location, you can watch the sunset from the deck or balcony, and at least in summer, you can watch the sunrise from the dock area. I would definitely stay again.

We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful house after visiting the national parks. One of our favorite activities was kayaking in the morning when the water was smooth as glass. The water is so clear we saw hundreds of crabs, starfish, and my husband was thrilled to see so many fresh oysters! They were delicious!! We also loved sitting in the hot tub and enjoyed the spectacular view of the water and mountains. Wonderful house, we highly recommend it!

We stayed here while we hiked in the Olympic National Park. The place was extremely clean and had all the supplies we could ever need. They even went above and beyond making special accommodations for us when I proposed to my girlfriend! The entire experience was excellent!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our host was very responsive, and check in was super easy. The home was very clean and organized, and there are lots of areas to hang out (at the dock, on the lower patio, the upstairs deck, living room, etc!). We lucked out with the weather and enjoyed 80 degrees in April(!) out on the decks. The view is magnificent, with lots of good birdwatching. Add in the kayaks, paddleboards, hot tub, and a comfy bed, and we were smitten! This was a great place for us adults, but kids would have a blast here as well. The location is also close to some great hikes. We highly recommend all around!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beach house! So beautiful and comfortable to stay! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is situated right on the water as expected. The views were breathtaking in person. Although there is another house directly on one side of the rental it felt completely private with the vegetation walls separating the two. The beach was private and we really enjoyed walking around and collected a few oysters (there were so many to pick from right at our feet). The hot tub was larger than expected as well as the bath tub upstairs with incredible views from both. The heated tiling was a nice surprise. The house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The mattress and all of the bedding was extremely comfortable (comparable to a Westin). We stayed during a rainy week in winter, but it was gorgeous and well worth it. The upstairs balcony off the bedroom had a large automatic awning and we enjoyed our breakfast up there. Most impressive rental experience as everything was as described or better and we would love to stay there again. They also had a thorough book of things to do around there. High Steel Bridge is definitely worth the 40 min drive.

As we pulled up to the property we saw the amazing views. The home itself is very clean and cozy. We took advantage of the hot tub. You are literally on the water and when the tide comes in you can look down out the window in the water. Phillip and Tove were great with helping us out with figuring the TV and at one point advised us they had reset the modem (just in case we were affected). The property is beautiful and to the left of the home there is about 1/2 mile of beach area to yourselves. I will definitely be returning here it was one of the greatest experiences near the ocean. An excellent place for a mini honeymoon. We enjoyed hiking on the Olympic Peninsula, followed by a nightly soak in the hot tub. It was so much fun to relax with a morning cup of coffee while watching the seals and seabirds.

The house is beautiful, incredibly well appointed, with everything you’d need, and it was perfectly located right on the water! The hosts were so lovely and responded quickly to all queries. It was the perfect place to rest and relax. Wish our three nights could have been a week! The road noise (the house is right on the road) was a bit loud at times, but didn’t at at all deter us from enjoying every minute. Can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful home. We had a great time relaxing, enjoying the sun while we waited for ‘snowmageddon’ that never arrived. Staying in January makes me want to come back in the summer. An unexpected find was the great artwork thorough out that was created by the owner. And for sale at reasonable price. Our only issue was getting the key from the lockbox on arrival. No porch light which made it tough to get the key box open. It all worked out. Also, make sure you go to Alderbrook and have their margarita shrimp. GF & amazing. My husband and I spent a long weekend cozied up and watching the view out the big picture windows. We found the furnishings and house to be high quality and the house was well equipped! Morning hot tubs and walks on the foggy beach we’re exactly what we needed. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Such a gorgeous setting. Even though you are right next to the road, you don't hear the traffic with all the windows closed. By the time you head to be, traffic is virtually non existent. We slept with the bedroom doors wide open. The night air was lovely. The hot tub was heated to a perfect temperature. There were plenty of pans and cooking utensils (not like some places I've been). I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a place to relax and recharge.

My family and I had an amazing stay for our end of the summer getaway. The house has absolutely everything you would need and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We had so much fun on the water in the kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes. We seen multiple sea lions and different wildlife during our stay. The owners seem wonderful and very diligent about their guests being comfortable and have really thought of every detail to make your stay perfect. I’m so glad that I found this house on VRBO. It’s a total gem and we look forward to future stays.

The house and location were incredible! It was perfect for our family of 4. The views are breathtaking from inside and out on the deck and dock. The owners stocked the house so nicely with shampoo, conditioner, detergent, pots, pans, etc. Seriously, the best rental experience we have had. Take advantage of the kayaks that are there, we saw seals when we were out on them - we may not have seen them otherwise. You will not want to leave this place, I wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!

My family and I spent 3 nights here and thoroughly loved our experience. We hated to leave the rental to go exploring because the views of the Hood Canal and the mountains were spectacular right where we were. Phil and Tove were great to work with and gracious with their time. We will definitely be back.
