C’est toujours gratifiant d’avoir un endroit luxueux et pratique comme chez soi loin de chez soi.
PREMIER ÉTAGE: Hall d'entrée lumineux avec tapis étoilé. Grand double salon avec cheminée et coin repas. Cuisine Wolf / SubZero de qualité supérieure avec banquette en baie vitrée. Chambre principale avec salle de bains privée et salle de douche privée (une gracieuse commodité créée dans le but principal d'accueillir nos hôtes les plus vénérés et ceux qui ont un problème de mobilité. Bien que nous soyons favorables à la mobilité, nous ne sommes pas totalement conformes à l'ADA). Charmante salle de bains / salle d'eau afin que la chambre privée du rez-de-chaussée n'ait pas à partager sa salle de bains. Et un porche fermier enveloppant pour un accès facile à l'extérieur.

Siège de la fenêtre du petit déjeuner dans la cuisine pour les repas un-sérieux et vérifier les emails via wifi. Cette maison offre quatre (total) des chambres confortables avec des draps de qualité. Deux des chambres sont "en suite" avec salle de bains privative. Et le maître à l'étage a même son propre bar / cuisine le matin pour un peu d'intimité pour un couple (pendant que les grands-parents renouent avec les petits-enfants en bas). La rénovation totale nous a donné 3. 5 salles de bains avec des douches carrelées classiques et des comptoirs en granit. Et l'emplacement ... le tout dans une maison antan vous pouvez louer comme un hôtel de sorte que vous pouvez jouer aux touristes, sans rester coincé dans une chambre d'hôtel boxy fade.
Sortez par la porte et à 30 pieds, quelques fois par an, vous trouverez les célèbres défilés de Thanksgiving et du Jour de l’Indépendance. Un bloc au-delà qui est le port et les bateaux d'observation des baleines, des restaurants de fruits de mer, des restaurants, des restaurants, et même des fruits de mer pêchés à ramener à la maison et un grill. Les sites historiques abondent, avec des boutiques à ne pas manquer, des antiquités, des musées, des galeries d'art (pas comme Provincetown, mais nous y arrivons)!

Wonderful experience, house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the location was walkable to all of Plymouth Harbor. We stayed for a wedding with our family of 7 and it was perfect!

The house was even better than the photos show! We had 2 families - one couple and one couple with 2 kids. We all had our own space. LOVE the bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. We most loved gathering around the kitchen table. The kitchen is so nice we cooked a couple of breakfasts! The harbor is literally 4 very easy blocks away. Totally walking distance - even for us! It was a fabulous spot as our home base while exploring the area. I highly recommend!

Our stay at the Carriage house was perfect! Plymouth is a gem, about 45 minutes outside the big city of Boston, maintaining its charm and history. The house is walkable to downtown Plymouth and if you don’t want to walk, there is a service called Ride Circuit that will pick you up and drop you off all day around Plymouth. Plenty of things to see, places to eat, take the haunted ghost tour! The house was well equipped, plenty of towels- a beef of mine when staying for a week- spacious for 6 of us with a gourmet kitchen! Would stay here again!

Upon entering we fell in love with house, the furnishings and general warmth of the home. Kitchen is totally equipped with all one needs. To say the house was immaculate would be an understatement. We wished had had booked a longer stay and will defintely book here again soon. It was perfect in every way.

This home is perfect in every way. The communication was easy, the check in process easy. Amazing location just steps to the shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. You don't need a car. The home is stunning. Everything you need, and beautiful. Chef's kitchen, wonderful bed linens, space for everyone. We had 8 people and everyone had plenty of space. Super comfortable mattresses, perfect toouches like games and cookbooks. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Please imagine an extra star on this review. If ever a VRBO home deserved 6 stars, this is it.
We have rented places in many places in the US and beyond and I have never had such a well appointed home. The kitchen alone was fabulous, and included spices, plenty of serving dishes, cookware and all other necessities. I don’t like to cook, but the wolf range called to out to be used and it was a pleasure cooking in that kitchen.
This home has a Great location, is spotlessly clean, wonderful bedding and a wrap around porch with plenty of seating for family dinners outside.
I could go on… but just know, this place is very, very special.

Excellent Hospitality
We are currently building a house that is having delays nonstop so we were looking for a place to celebrate a stress free Christmas with our family. Robin was a delight to work with and the house was incredible and a stress free paradise for our family outing The property is well maintained and the kitchen is incredible. We would strongly recommend!

We had a great time staying here and also an easy walk to restaurants and the pier. Convenient, clean, beautiful, well appointed (all the spices for cooking!). Exactly what we needed for our first vacation with blended family with our three young adult children.

Beautiful House in downtown
Our family of 5 and small dog really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully restored home. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is gorgeous. We walked everywhere from the house and found it convenient. Even the neighbors were all super friendly. 5 stars and A+ thanks to Robyn who was a joy to work with.

Love this house
This house was perfect for our family. We had our 2 kids, their grandparents and Aunt ... 7 people total and everyone was able to have their own space. The house is historic but with modern updates inside and all the conveniences to make traveling easy. Walking distance to downtown Plymouth. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful property, well appointed in great location.
This carriage house has everything you need for a delightful stay in Plymouth. The home is close to the waterfront, Plymouth Rock and many restaurants as well as landmarks throughout the town. There are many seating options inside as well as outside and the kitchen is a chef's dream. Each bedroom and bathroom is comfortable with perfect comfort mattresses and great absorbent towels.
A must stay for this area.

Fabulous Updated Antique in the Heart of Downtown Plymouth
Having grown up in Plymouth before relocating to the Midwest nearly a decade ago, our family of 6 have become connoisseurs of the vacation rental property market on the South Shore and Cape Cod. The Carriage House quickly became one of our favorite places -
everyone from the visiting grandmothers to the teenagers on their iPhones were utterly charmed by it.
The home is absolutely LOVELY, and the period detail from room to room will thrill you, but the modern amenities tucked in seamlessly will amaze you even more. Robin's knack for placing exactly what you need, exactly where you'll need it will remind you how wonderful a warm welcome by a gracious host feels.
I can't imagine a better location for seeing Plymouth, especially for one of Plymouth's big parades - Thanksgiving would be a marvelous time to be here! Cocoa or hot cider in steaming mugs on the porch with the kids running down the sidewalk to see the parade pass by? It would be like living in a Norman Rockwell painting!
The house has one fantastic bedroom suite on the first floor, great for anyone who can't do stairs. The other 3 bedrooms (one en suite) are on the 2nd floor. FYI, there are two sets of stairs in the home; the front stairs have a carpet runner and the back stairs do not. There is a baby gate which we used to block off the back stairs so our 4 year old wouldn't try to sneak down them at night and inadvertently slip and fall. (Q. How many summer vacations would I have sold my rental car for a baby gate in the middle of the night to stop a toddler from escaping some room or another? A. All of them!) There is also a high quality crib (not the kind of cheap porta-crib you get at a hotel) which we did not need but were very impressed to see on hand.
I imagine that families and friends of most ages and stages would find the Carriage House welcoming and enjoyable for a stay of any length, and we hope we are able to return.

What an amazing stay we had!!!!
This is a very charming well maintained home in walking distance to town. We absolutely loved it! The owners were amazing and we really felt well taken care of! I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting more space than what a hotel room offers and also to experience some of the old world charm Plymouth has to offer. It's important to know that this charming home has been completely renovated and decorated in very excellent taste!

Carriage House Christmas
Since all of our children would be celebrating Christmas this year with their in-laws, we decided to have our family's Christmas the week before and start the tradition of renting a house big enough to accommodate all of us in a cozy New England destination.
Upon our arrival the cheerful yellow front door greeted us with a festive wreath and candles twinkled in every window. There was even a duralog in the basket by the fireplace, which I promptly lit while we decorated the tree that we had brought along.
The house itself was gorgeous, spotless, and well stocked with everything we needed for a cozy Christmas. I will also say that the house is bigger in person than it appears in the pictures on line. There was plenty of room for us (7 adults, one toddler, and 2 small dogs) to really spread out. We cooked delicious meals in the beautiful kitchen, watched Christmas movies in the huge living room while the fire crackled. Played games, saw the historic sights, ate out, strolled around the downtown and just about fell into the comfy beds at night happy and exhausted from all of the fun. We even woke up on our "Christmas" morning to a gentle snow fall and the front walk and sidewalk had already been shoveled. Picture perfect!
This was our first time renting a home on line and the experience was perfect from start to finish. Everything far exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be back to do this again. My only regret is that we didn't book for a longer stay. Thank you Robin for your hospitality! 🎄

PERFECTION IN PLYMOUTH AT THE CARRIAGE HOUSE!
Four of us; my 94-year-old mother, daughter and granddaughter and I converged on the Carriage House. To our surprise our first night in town was Plymouth’s Holiday open house, with beautifully trimmed windows, carolers, and a marathon through town. The Carriage House was a perfect refuge from the chill after our brisk cool walk through town over to the statute of Massasoit then down to Plymouth Rock.
The colors, furnishings fireplace that greeted us were the makings of a Hollywood Holiday movie set. A fully stocked, spacious eat in gourmet kitchen served as a gathering spot, as local family members dropped by to say hello to the families Matriarch, my mother. We cooked, laughed, celebrated family and the Holiday throughout our stay. It was truly magical, and I am certain never to be duplicated.
Robin, was kind and helpful throughout the entire process, extended courtesies to help me manage this cross-country trek with a wheelchair bound women. The first-floor bedroom was a God send. I was asked often why would we leave sunny California in December for Plymouth. It was because there is nothing like Plymouth in the winter. First; fewer tourists, more community, beautiful landscapes, (still got my fried clams with bellies thank you), and an authentic Holiday atmosphere. I loved it. I woke like a 10 year old, each morning. I’d jump out of bed pull up the shades and peer out looking for white powder outside. We got a bit of hale, which my daughter dubbed snow pellets, and so we counted it as snow…
All in all everything from making my reservations, to entry, departure and my stay were perfect. If you are looking at the Carriage House as a possibility for a stay in Plymouth, stop and go no further. This is the place you want to stay. I promise you will be satisfied. I loved it.

Pure Perfection!
Words can not begin to express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay in this charming house! We rented the Carriage house for my daughter's wedding. We wanted somewhere beautiful for her to get dressed in, take pictures and have her bridal party surround her for her big day. As soon as we walked in, it felt like HOME!! It was the perfect home in EVERY way! It was warm, inviting, beautiful furnished, immaculate and fully equipped with every detail. I wish there were more stars to rate this property! It is definitely a 5+++ rental!!
Robin, the owner, is awesome to work with. She was very accommodating. She always answered all my questions and returned my calls and emails promptly. I had the pleasure of meeting her and she was as lovely and charming as I expected!
I, of course, HIGHLY recommend this home and would love to return one day soon!

Family Friendly
The location, size and furnishings were perfect for our immediate family which came from three states for our son's wedding week. The neighborhood was quiet, but just a few minutes walk to the interesting downtown Plymouth shops and a wide variety of waterfront dining sites. It is a classy home with beautiful touches and was very comfortable and inviting. The home's details were endless and a lot of thought went into providing for all of one's needs and more. The pictures on the website gave a true description of the Carriage House.

Perfect Vacation Home
This home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy on our family vacation in July! The look and charm of the house is to die for. Robin did an excellent job decorating and everything was of top quality. The wrap around porch was the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee!
The house was very clean, which is always very important! And the house was stocked with any extra necessities your house at home would have.
The location was perfect, a nice stroll away from the heart of the Plymouth waterfront.
This home allows dogs, it is always so wonderful when owners allow the renters to bring their pets and be included in the family vacation too!
Robin was a great owner to rent from, very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with.
Will love to stay in one of Robin's rentals again in one of our future vacations!

Great get away
My family and I rented the house for a week as we were in town for a family wedding. The house is beautiful, warm and inviting. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to the wharf, Plymouth Rock and all the great restaurants. We had lots of activities planned but were happy to get back to the house, sit on the porch and pass the time talking. Robin is easy to work with and really helps to make this a home away from home.

My sister and I recently spent a long weekend at this property. It was a birthday gift and It was a fantastic gift. This was the second property of Robin's that we have been able to stay in and once again, were so pleased. As soon we opened the door, we felt at home. The living room was a wonderful space, and a great room to relax in with a glass of wine with the fire crackling in the background. Actually we couldn't wait to get home after a day of activities, to do just that. The furnishings are so beautiful and charming, matching the era of the home perfectly. The kitchen with the impressive wolf range was a treat to be able to cook in. Definitely would love to stay here again.

I give this wonderful house a 10 out of 10! The home is beautifully furnished and perfect for small or large groups. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The location is perfect for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. The common rooms and bedrooms are furnished with comfortable, yet stylish furniture.It truly is a home away from home!

Plymouth's Finest
I don't know where to begin. There was no part of this experience that wasn't absolutely exceptional! When I reached out to Robin to help me make arrangements she flooded me with great ideas. She was nothing but helpful! When I saw photos of the beautiful accomodations I fell in love. In person it was even better! Nothing but luxury everywhere! The great room was a large size and fit our group comfortably. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were so comfy we fell asleep as soon as our heads the pillow. The wrap around farmers porch was perfect for breakfast and for star gazing. Just a short walk away was famed Plymouth harbor with its cute shops and fine dining. Looking forward to returning very soon.
