A absolutely wonderful stay! It was spacious and was less than a 7 minute walk away from the Village. Jim was extremely responsive in answering any questions I had during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, we had a beautiful view of deer right outside of our balcony. The place was cozy and just a short walk to the slopes or free shuttle service.

I highly recommend this property. The owner is quickly responsive and highly attentive to our needs. Instructions are precise. The seasonal decorations were beautiful and the other decor, right down to the thermometer was very interesting and added to our entertainment. We brought joysticks and enjoyed games during adverse weather. Deer came to the back balcony to graze, where we cooked dinner on the grill. We found everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. It was nice having the washer and dryer. The fireplace gave a romantic aurora. The climate was controllable throughout the condo with baseboard heating dials and ceiling fans. The windows gave an awesome view of the mountain beyond where the deer graze and the window in our bedroom gave us a way to keep an eye on our truck in the parking lot. This condo is inviting and cozy.

this property was awesome.... conveniently located , very clean, everything worked, no problems except for the conditions on slopes.... they sucked...!!! lots of dirt and rocks... but we had one of the best trips ever...!! The boys just loved it... we'll definitely stay again... summit bldg "D" was a bright spot , thanks soo much....

We stayed with a group of 6 adults and had plenty of space for everyone! The unit is set up well for large groups and in a great spot for mountain biking. Everything was very clean and the hosts made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay.

Property was just as advertised. It was nice to be able to cook in a stocked kitchen after a day of hiking and the grill was an added bonus. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck.

Extremely convenient location and incredible value
Easy check-in, easy out. Clean condo inside. Fully furnished and ready to rock. Might not be the most updated/ renovated but everything is there, the place is clean and you will not find a better value on the mountain, period. Great communication with the owners and property manager. Close to wild cat grocery and village. We will be back

Great Value for a large family
We had 4 adults 2 kids and a toddler. The unit was perfect for our needs. Loved the fireplace and grill. Directly across from Village so good location. Many deer came to the back porch every day.

Summit - good option with beautiful views
We stayed at this property March 7-11, 2022. The owner was very responsive to questions prior to arrival. The unit is dated but quite comfortable and the gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy. The shuttle bus was a big plus. We called them prior to walking out and most of the time shuttle arrived immediately. You will need to take the shuttle if you have all your ski gear on because there are approximately 50 very vertical steps up to the parking lot and you need to cross the parking lot, road, and village to get to the slopes. Overall a good experience.

The condo was the perfect home away from home! We so enjoyed the views, the deer, the snow!!!, loved the cozy fireplace and everything about our stay. Very comfy accommodations! Jim, the host, was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Thank you for helping our family have a wonderful, new experience. The boys couldn't have had a better time!

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed ourselves. I loved seeing the deer off of the deck. We were there to bike the Greenbriar trail which we enjoyed. Over all the supplies were good. We had a few concerns but the response back was great.

Fantastic location
Great spot just down the hill from the Village on Summit Dr. Great to have three bedrooms and also room for gear/bikes on back deck as well. Washer/dryer is also clutch for a rental property. Jim was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Will definitely be back.

Nice place
Easy walk to the main part of town with restaurants, shops and lifts. Building itself is on the older side, but condo was nicely equipped, beautiful view out the back and lots of deer which my grandson totally enjoyed.

Great time with family
Short vacation with our son and his family.
Road the train at Cass. Saw the GreenBank telescope. Little disappointed that there was not much open in the village but had a good time on the ski lift and at the boathouse. Grandson road his mountain bike. Had a great time!

Older but nice
This is an older property that is close to the town of Snowshoe. It is an uphill wallk to get to the town. The unit is older and could use some upgrades but it was fine.

Relaxing getaway
Property is in a great location, just a short walk up the steps to the village. This property is perfect for a small group. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife off the deck every night.

Loved the View
The property was excellent for a small family or group, and the host was very responsive to questions. The view was gorgeous, the temperatures were awesome, and there were alot of fun things to do in the area. We did hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and off-road segways.

Perfect Place!!
The condo and location of it were perfect!!! The view was magnificent!!!! There is a gas grill and plenty of room for a family! There were 5 adults attending a wedding over the 4th of July. The little village is fun and fireworks were beautiful! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Great find!
This property was such a great find! My husband and I traveled with our 2 young boys (2.5 years and 6.5 months). Each babe had their own room, and we had our own room too! We had so much space, and it was cheaper than a lot of the smaller options. I'm glad we were here in the summer, as the 77 steps up to the village might have been rough in the winter, but it was a great way to get our 2.5 year old some exercise. We brought all of our food with us, and I'm glad we did. The restaurants have funky summer hours and the breakfast options looked limited. The condo was exactly what we needed. Thanks to the host for quick responses and an excellent property.

Great Location and spacious
Property was very clean and spacious! Could walk up the hill to the village. Village was very cute and fun. Restaurants were very good! Condo was perfect and spacious.. was very nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Would stay here again for sure.
