Only here for 2 nights. Wish I had planned longer. We loved this little slice of heaven. Home was super clean, had all supplies needed. Walked the town, ate several great meals. Walked to river (1 block south). Sooo beautiful. A young doe visited twice. Felt a little odd with there being a permanent resident in basement as she sat outside the whole time we were there so did not use the back yard much because it felt uncomfortable. Overall wonderful.

This place was cozy and convenient to town. We walked everywhere!

This was our first trip with our little baby and it went so much smoother because of what a great space this was. Thanks for everything :)

We were in town for a family wedding. Best place as a central location. Absolutely charming place that is well appointed and so comfortable.

Very quiet and comfortable. Walking to Red Lodge was very convenient. Needs a bit more lighting in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed. The grounds outside were very nice. Has a very relaxed feel, felt at home!

This is our second year in a row at Moose Traks and we enjoyed this visit just as much as last year's! We spent a week here and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including a covered deck area in the backyard which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even during rainstorms. We're planning for a third year, since based on the progress being made on rebuilding roads after last year's flood we expect many hiking trails to be reopened. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Moose Traks was such an awesome home away from home for my husband and my short visit to Red Lodge. We had more than everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised by the home as we had made the booking so long ago and sort of forgot what we were in for. The outdoor patio was a dream, the kitchen and bedrooms well a-pointed. There were games, puzzles and plenty to do if you got stuck at home on a bad weather day. The proximity to town was perfect. If you're new to Red Lodge, as we were, it's a wonderful place to stay in the summer. The shops are fun to peruse and the restaurants are fantastic (if your Gluten Free there are lots of choices in town, as well as at the grocery store). We picnicked on the river out at Sheridan campground about 10-15 minutes away toward the Bear Tooth Highway. If you are doing the Bear Tooth for the first time, def stay in Red Lodge on either end of your stay. The Scenic Highway is amazing and puts to shame many of the mountains we have traveled out west. If we find ourselves in Red Lodge again, we'll definitely be staying at Moose Traks again :) ...one thing that was a little different and our first time encountering with this VRBO listing was the information for our access to the house was all in a confirmation and that was the last we heard . We had a quick moment of wondering if perhaps we made a mistake with the listing because we didn't hear anything closer to leading up to our stay. It was all fine, just first time experiencing it.

The Moose Trax was an excellent place to stay and unwind after a day at the ski hill. With main street being busy and hard to find a park at times it was nice staying close enough to walk to any of the great restaurants nearby.

Very nice/clean 2 bedroom. So close to downtown, we loved walking over for shopping and coffee. Nice neighborhood, felt very safe. A few deer in the area will we where there. Definitely returning to red lodge, and hopefully back at Moose tracks! Loved our stay!

This little place was perfect for us. We had 2 couples in town to ski for the weekend. The house was the perfect size and layout for the four of us. It was super clean and cozy, and the decor was beautiful. We never saw the host, but everything worked as described and check in and out was not an issue at all. And it was walking distance from town which was another bonus. 5 stars all the way. We will definitely stay here again.
