Property was exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. I suffer terribly from insomnia, but I slept great every night at this place. The hot tub was a perfect end to a perfect ski day. Also - Kirk and Whitney were very prompt and thorough with communication. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay close to Snowbasin, which made it very easy for our ski trip. The unit was very tidy, and was perfect for the four of us to stay.

This was a great place to stay while we enjoyed Snowbasin Resort. The condo is just like the pictures - clean and in great shape. The master bedroom and bath were very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. Loved all the artwork. Would definitely recommend!

We traveled to Huntsville to celebrate his 60th birthday while enjoying the Autumn colors and weather. We have stayed at several condos there this year and they were amazing. We are sorry this one did not measure up. First, the check-in gate access code was given to us until 4 hours after check-in time, not setting a positive tone for our stay. Once inside, we wanted to watch local channels, but only found access to Netflix. I ended up streaming tv from my laptop. The internet connection was so slow, streaming tv would often lag. Next time we travel, we will always bring our ROKU from now on. Once settled in, we thought it would be nice to enjoy the gas fireplace, which didn't work. Also, the master bedroom tv was so tiny. If you stay here, expect to be greeted by an overly aggressive dog next door that barked every time we went out on the deck or out the front door. Overall, spending $630 for 2 nights was disappointing, this is not what we anticipated for accommodations for our weekend birthday celebration.

Property was better than described. Master is set apart upstairs so you have some privacy from the other bedroom. It was very clean and spacious making for a lovely weekend with family. Communication with the property owner was excellent and a brief issue with wifi was resolved super quickly. There were little extras everywhere like spices in the cupboard if you forgot some, games to be played, labels for lights, etc. Those things really added to our trip given that we had some bad weather and spent more time in the condo than anticipated. Would happily stay at Pineview and this specific property again!

This was perfect for our quick trip to Ogden. Hosts were great with communication and helped with our needs. Condo was clean and had a wonderful bath in the large tub in master room! Would recommend.

This condo was great for our family gathering. It is right on Pineview Resevoir in Huntsville, Utah. It was well-stocked with all the essentials one would want. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was completely dialed! We loved the place, the amenities, the location and the thoughtful treat basket. Best air b&b ever!

The condo was as described. Great location and immaculate. The guys skied at snow basin which was a quick drive. The hot tub was needed at the end of the day. Sufficient kitchen utensils were available for cooking. Very comfortable condo. Would have stayed longer if I could. Highly recommend!

We had a sister's weekend, and it was perfect! The check-in process was easy, and the space was perfect for us. We were able to visit, watch movies, enjoy the hot tub. We went for a walk one day, going to eat in the cute town of Huntsville. Overall it was a fantastic weekend. I would stay here again. The house itself was spotless; we had a very thoughtful welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. When we had issues with the hot tub, the owners answered our questions immediately. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to relax or ski. Great place! I can't wait for another sister's weekend to visit again!

I have had bad experiences in the past with VRBO. 3 times in the last couple years I have been double booked to show up and not have anywhere to stay. Within minutes of booking this place the owners reached out to confirm the booking with a personal message. On top of that they worked with my last minute needs getting me a reservation to park my boat and answered any questions I had very fast. Its such a great location where we could walk our kids right down to the beach as well. We will defiantly stay here again and we highly recommend working with these hosts!

Whitney and Kirk are excellent hosts. Welcoming, responsive and persistent and thoughtful. Although our balcony did not give us the greatest view of the beautiful surroundings, everything else was fantastic. The condo was comfortably furnished with a great kitchen, a cozy living room and what looks like a newly renovated upstairs bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. The view of the mountains at the top of the stairs is stunning and the reservoir, which is accessible from the condo is beautiful with lots of activity. If you plan to go to the marina and public beach area, get there early. Especially on a 90 degree weekend. We loved Antelope Island, the Bonneville Salt Flats, kayaking

We were very happy with the property, everything was clean, and spacious. We were 10-15 minutes from Snowbasin for skiing, and close to Ogden to visit family. We would stay here again!

Our family of 4 with 2 boys (age 7 & 9) stayed here during Spring ski season. This rental fit my main criteria - comfortable beds and couch, clean, quiet, good water pressure - and also so much more. Kirk and Whitney have outfitted this townhome with everything you could possibly need. There were a variety of spices and lots of cookware. We ate in about half the evenings and every day for breakfast. I remember something about the master bedroom being warmer than downstairs in another review and wanted to address that as I don't think it's a central air issue it seems related to the fireplace. We had the fireplace on most of the time to dry our gear and the upstairs did get a lot warmer. So we cracked a window up there and it was very comfortable. On our non-ski day we didn't have the fireplace on and I didn't notice the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs. As far as area attractions go, we loved the ski school at Snowbasin. For whatever reason most kids were learning to ski but mine were learning to snowboard so my kids got private lessons most of the time. Every single instructor was awesome. We also took a daytrip to Antelope Island which was seriously amazing. Saw lots of bison and walking the salt beach was an experience you can't get anywhere else. Favorite restaurant was eating outside by the firepits at Slackwater Pizzeria in Ogden. Taggart's Grill (near Morgan) was also really good.

Everything was great, nearly perfect. Just a couple of minor things: the master room upstairs is much hotter than everything downstairs. The only thermostat downstairs didn’t help much. Also, it looks like they were in the middle a floor repair in the master as well. Other than that, no complaints! Love the location!

Easy to find, large (4 of us), well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and functional bedrooms and bathrooms. Quick drive to Snowbasin and to grocery store. Would stay again!

loved everything about the property and the process. Kirk was great to work with. Everything we really dialed in right down to the friendly gift basket waiting for us. The property is right in between Powder Mountain and Snowbasin which was perfect for a long weekend trip. Just about 45 minutes from the airport which great as well. I'd stay again and would recommend to anyone.

We (family of 4) came for a post-Christmas Ski trip and loved it. Felt very safe - condo was very clean, hot tub clean, I liked their policy of 2 days between stays & little things like ice maker/water from fridge, extra dishes and silverware. We cooked all breakfasts and dinners in and kitchen was excellent for cooking. Enjoyed the view of snowy trees (not other buildings) from the living room and master. We had an unexpected maintenance issue and owners were quick to respond & gave us a discount for the inconvenience without us asking for it (although there was no way they could have prevented it.) We loved Snowbasin even though half the resort was not open due to lack of snow, they have excellent snow making and the slopes open were very enjoyable. We made reservations for lunch each ski day at Cinnabar before we arrived which was perfect as other lunch/food lines were very crowded (Covid haven) whereas we had large, high ceiling room with tables spaced out & food was excellent for about the same price. We ordered our groceries online from Smith's in Ogden, paid online, and they brought them out and loaded them into the car for free. Loved the Christmas Village in Ogden as well one evening. Thanks for a great, much needed vacation!

Location is great. This condo was perfect for our family of four. Super clean and tidy. Games and hot tub were nice extras. Communication and instructions were excellent. Highly recommend to any 4 pack.

This was our summer vacation. We stayed for a week. Condo is spacious, clean and walking distance to the beach. We will definitely come back!

Great place! Extremely clean, which right now is everything. The house had everything needed, and more. The welcome package and note was a super personal and warm welcome. Walk to the beach front is short BUT not easy! With 4 kids and our stuff, we had to make MULTIPLE TRIPS. That was the only bummer. Hot tub on deck is awesome!! Would recommend the place to anyone. Thanks Kirk & Whitney!

My sisters and our daughters and I had a wonderful time staying here. The place is clean with extra blankets for snuggling on the couch. The hot tub was inviting, and the community pool is awesome. Hunstville is a short drive and so is Eden. Both towns offer coffee shops, dining, and grocery shopping in Eden. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the beds are comfortable and clean. The owners were really helpful and making sure we got in and settled ok. I would certainly recommend a visit here! You will love the town and the scenary!!

This condo is in walking distance to Pineview. We enjoyed a fun day at the lake, the community pool, and the private hot tub was great. Communication with the owners was easy. Thank you so much for the welcome basket - our kids especially enjoyed the goodies! This is our second stay in this condo and we look forward to returning again.

This is a great property and walking distance to the lake. They only issue we had was the shower in the 2nd bathroom did not have hot water. That was frustrating for a family of 6 to all use the same shower. Other than that it was a great property.

Stayed here for three days while skiing Snowbasin about 10 minute drive away. Very comfortable condo, well equipped with kitchenware, gas grill, hot tub, washer/dryer, everything on we were looking for. Well maintained and clean. Nice welcome basket with goodies was waiting for us on the table when we checked in. Communication with owner was easy as was checkin via the lockbox code that was emailed to us a few days before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family ski trip and loved this condo at Lakeside. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the hot tub was a great way to end a hard day of skiing. Great communication! Would recommend and would stay here again!!

Everything was perfect, especially enjoyed having nice Sharpe cutlery. The kitchen is great for cooking.
