The Best of Boa Viagem Beach/Protective Coral Reefs/Close to Everything
C'est notre maison au Brésil où nous venons pour échapper aux hivers froids et humides des États-Unis. Nous avons récemment acheté cet appartement et l'avons entièrement rénové et meublé avec tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers. Nous l'avons occupé pour la première fois en novembre 2016. Donc, si vous êtes à la recherche d'un environnement familial très confortable et entretenu selon des normes très élevées d'entretien et de propreté, situé dans la meilleure partie de la plage de Boa Viagem, cet appartement est fait pour vous. Les 1300 pieds carrés / 120 mètres carrés d'espace de vie offrent un grand confort.
La caractéristique la plus attrayante de l'appartement est la véranda du salon. Nous avons enlevé la porte de la véranda et une partie du mur, faisant de la véranda une partie du salon. Pour maximiser la lumière et la vue sur l'océan, nous avons fait installer des fenêtres en accordéon (janelas cortinas) qui, une fois rétractées, font entrer l'extérieur. Ensuite, nous avons soulevé le plancher de la véranda de 10 pouces / 26 cm, qui offre une vue magnifique sur la plage à travers la fenêtre de 12 pieds de large. Avec les grandes fenêtres, vous pouvez profiter de la brise douce et rafraîchissante des alizés omniprésents.
L'appartement est situé au 10ème étage de l'immeuble, offrant une excellente vue sur la plage depuis le salon et deux des chambres. La plage est littéralement juste en face de l'immeuble. L'eau est chaude toute l'année, et à marée basse, les récifs coralliens protecteurs permettent de nager en toute sécurité sur cette section de la plage. Il y a 4. 54 miles de larges trottoirs et des pistes cyclables dédiées le long de la plage de Boa Viagem. Les joggeurs et les marcheurs sont vus à toutes les heures de la journée et en début de soirée, dans leurs entraînements quotidiens. Il y a plusieurs stations d'exercice le long de l'Avenida disponibles gratuitement pour le public. Il y a aussi des courts de tennis, des terrains de football, des terrains de basket-ball et de volley-ball et un skate park. Il y a des stations de location de vélos situées le long de l'Avenida, ainsi que plusieurs très belles aires de jeux pour les enfants. Toutes ces choses sont à seulement 10-20 minutes à pied de notre appartement.
À distance de marche se trouvent de nombreux restaurants, supermarchés, boulangeries, banques, pharmacies, hôtels et bien plus encore. Le Bairro (quartier) de Boa Viagem est la partie la plus haut de gamme de Recife, connue pour ses restaurants de qualité, ses boîtes de nuit populaires et ses grands centres commerciaux.
Boa Viagem est clairement le quartier le plus recherché de la ville. Notre appartement est situé dans la meilleure section de la plage pour nager en toute sécurité et à proximité des restaurants, etc.

Spectacular views
Our family traveled a long way to visit Recife, and we were a little nervous about whether this home was “too good to be true”. Upon arrival, our concerns disappeared. It’s a wonderful, spacious home. I say home because it isn’t just a rental. We felt at home, comfortable and inspired by the daily views of the ocean and easy access to everything that we could have wanted to see or do. Plus the hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful Apartment
This apartment is beautiful. It is very open, clean, and has a fantastic view of the beach. You are on the beach, just steps away from the water. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need. The entire place is well kept, and is very clean, and comfortable. The views from the windows, of the other buildings and of the beach makes you want to gaze all day and night at the view. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night and eagerly getting up just to gaze at the view. You can clearly hear the waves crashing on the beach. From the blue green view of the ocean, and blue skies, to the glorious sunrise, or moon rise, you will find yourself falling in love with this place.
It is centrally located, close to markets and shopping. In my opinion, this part of the beach is nicest on the main stretch of Boa Viagem. I enjoyed walking along the ocean in the early morning as the magnificent sun would rise.
The building has security, and the staff is friendly. There are patio chairs and tables on the floor level in front if you wish to relax and enjoy the view of the beach and action on the walkway and street.
We spent many days just walking out to the beach and lounging on the beach chairs, under the large umbrellas where you can order drinks or food to be brought to you. A beach bums paradise. From fresh cut delicious coconut water, to Caparinha or soda, you will find it hard to remove yourself from the beach. Not to mention the beautiful emerald green to blue ocean right in front of you. The views make you take many deep sighs of comfort.
My fiancé and I admired how the people servicing you at the umbrella chairs , at your request, will bring you a kids pool and fill it up with ocean water so your child or children can have their own private pool to play in.
The owners of the property are very, very kind. My fiancé and I had the most amazing time, we could not be happier with the comfort and experience we had at this beautiful apartment. Thank you Bob and Dalva for everything!

Wonderful Place!
I stayed at Bob's and Dalva apartment in Boa Viagem with my husband and our family, and it was incredible! we enjoyed the amazing view of the beach, the perfect weather and the delicious food around. The apartment is very well located and it was everything we needed!

Amazing place, very clean, fantastic location, views are amazing! We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful apartment. It was a trip we will never forget . Passamos 18 dias na maravilhosa “ casa no Brasil” de Bob e Dalva.
Eu, meu marido minha filha , meu genro e minha neta amamos e curtimos muito aquele belo é confortável apto.
E o que falar da nossa vista pro mar ..? Inspiradora! De tirar-vos-eis fôlego de tão bela. E quando tinha lua… apaixonante.
Saímos de lá com vontade de ficar. Muita vontade!
Não tivemos problemas com nada… a não ser, não querer ir embora.

This property is located in the best area of Boa Viagem beach. We were surrounded by great restaurants, malls, beach, etc. It's a fantastic neighborhood overall. We felt safe and didn't have any concerns walking on the beach or to near by groceries, bakeries, and pharmacies. It was also a great area for Uber pick up/drop-off as we mainly used Uber to go around town.
The apartment has a great view of the ocean. The AC worked great in each bedroom and they have heated water in the showers.
The kitchen was well equiped as were the linens for the bedrooms and baths
Overall a great experience.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. The description is very accurate. We lived the location which was a walking distance from nice restaurants and grocery stores. The beach was fantastic. The manager was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back.

O apt é perfeito... imóvel muito bem cuidado e boa localização. A garagem deixa um pouco a desejar (muito apertada) e não há vaga definida. Os proprietários uns amores, pessoas especiais, muito atenciosas e super amorosas.

Passamos 8 dias no imóvel e encontramos tudo que precisamos.
Um exemplo de organização.
Fomos bem recebidos por todos do condomínio.
Uma localização fantástica. Com mercado, farmácia, restaurantes... etc. a poucos metros.
Uma sala (Varanda) com um sofá ótimo e com uma bela vista para o mar de Boa Viagem.
Fiquei extremamente satisfeito!

Alquile el departamento con mi familia (con 3 niños) y realmente estuvimos muy comodos, lo que necesitaramos el departamento lo tenia, muy bien equipado, con muy buen gusto y limpieza. La vista es fabulosa (a pesar de no ser 100% frontal). Mucha amabilidad de parte de los porteros y la administradora Emilia. Realmente nada para sugerir ni criticar.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub
In diesem Sommer verbrachten wir mit unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern einen dreiwöchigen Urlaub in Recife und wohnten im Apartment von Bob und Dalva Crites. Schon im Vorfeld hatte der Vermieter uns sehr nett kontaktiert und uns wichtige Informationen mitgeteilt. Im Apartment haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig, komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Nach unseren Ausflügen hatten wir immer das Gefühl, "nach Hause" zu kommen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wundervoll und man muss nur eine Straße überqueren, um an den schönen Strand zu gelangen. Die wichtigsten Läden und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Emilia - die Managerin, Reginaldo - der von Bob Crites empfohlene Taxifahrer sowie alle Bediensteten im Haus waren sehr nett und haben uns in jeder Situation geholfen. Sollten wir noch einmal Recife besuchen, würden wir dieses Apartment gern wieder buchen.

Amazing beach getaway with stunning ocean views!
This was my first experience in Recife and location of the apartment could not be better! It is right on Boa Viagem beach overlooking the ocean. The apartment is very specious, clean, with updated modern features, in close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies and great local restaurants. The living space is wonderful for a family to relax while enjoying beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The laundry room is very practical. The rooms are pretty large with comfortable beds and have full size closets in each room. All three bathrooms have showers and are nicely decorated. The owners, Bob and Dalva, take great care of the place and maintain a folder with local attractions, reliable drivers' information and insights to the area. It was very helpful to have this guidance when we first arrived. The management team of the apartment complex is also very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is great because you can enjoy the beach and be in close proximity to everything a big city has to offer. We enjoyed walking on the beach for miles in both directions! I highly recommend this perfect place for a memorable and relaxing vacation!!! My family would love to come back again!

Wonderful Boa Viagem beach apartment - great view and location!
This is a wonderful, recently updated apartment, with a great ocean view. Lots of room (3 bedrooms), and nice, clean, modern decor. The entire rental experience was wonderful, including the building staff in the "portaria" (main entrance) and garage employees. The owners are wonderful people, and offered lots of great suggestions in a folder that is available in the apartment. Those suggestions made our 2-week stay truly memorable. If you are looking for an apartment in Recife for a relaxing vacation, don't look any further. We look forward to returning to this beautiful place!

Comfortable apartment in a great location
We rented Bob and Dalva's place for a week while visiting our son who had spend the year on a Rotary Youth Exchange. We looked high and low for options that were spacious enough for five people, convenient to town, and a short walk to the beach.
This was a goldmine, all around.
From the initial communications with the owners to the communications with the property manager to the suggestions about where to go for dinner--everything was impeccable.
Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, laundry space (which we needed after a week of adventuring in the Amazon), awesome showers, and a well-designed seating area to allow you to look out the window at the great view.
We would definitely stay here again--no question. Nice hosts, great apartment, good value.

Wir (Familie mit 2 kleinkindern) haben ein sehr schönes Apartment vorgefunden. Sehr modern und renoviert bietet es sehr viel Platz. Besonders zu erwähnen ist natürlich die fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer durch die lange Fensterzeile im Wohnzimmer. Auch die küche ist bestens geordnet und ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
