This was our first time renting a home and everything went as planned. Brian reached out to us after we arrived to see if we needed anything and also contacted us prior to checkout. The home was exactly as advertised and was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent it again when we return to visit family and friends in Arizona!

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner, Brian, was attentive to all our needs. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a good stay here for our yearly vacation to AZ for NASCAR week. Nice place and had everything you need. We took the garbage can out when we checked out as it wasn’t empty when we arrived. Hope that was ok as it was full by the time we were checking out. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay. Weather was awesome and the pool was fun! We did not talk to the property manager anytime during our stay so that is why the score is one star.

We were there for a baseball tournament for our son. We were gone most of everyday but the house was just what we needed! The temps were over 100 everyday and the house stayed wonderfully cool. We enjoyed the pool at night to cool off before another day of baseball in the heat. Thanks!

Everything you need to have a great stay in surprise, Arizona. The house is as described by the owner in the VRBO listing. everything works. Everything is clean. The location was perfect for my visit. The backyard and swimming pool for an added bonus. We used it nearly every day. The neighborhood was quiet, which I like. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses.

Had some minor issues i.e. toaster didn't work, ice maker and cool water wasn't working either and had to fill the propane tank. Pool was great and location met our needs perfectly. The closeness of the air force base makes it a little noisy during the day.

Very nice property ... good space and a sparkling pool ... very comfortable and private. Parking in the garage was a plus. A few lapses in cleaning and lighting, but not unexpected given Covid and post-Spring Training, but it didn't detract from our wonderful week. We'll be back.

We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The added bonus was the heated pool. Our kids loved it. We would definitely love to stay here again.

House had a nice layout. Pool was the highlight, although initially too cool for comfort, eventually warmed up making for lots of fun in the sun. Quiet neighborhood. Left wishing we had booked more time.

Very nice home and location for a family or group to stay at. Easy access to everything. Well stocked with general supplies. The pool was a big hit for our kids.

We just returned home after 9 days in Surprise. We were happy to have Brian share his home with us. I wanted to leave a review to clarify the previous review left by a December renter. I had read it right before we left and was a little concerned. When we got to the home it was easy to find and to get into. The carpets had just been cleaned and we found the house to be clean and well maintained. It was well stocked and we felt at home. When we picked this home to rent we did so because the pictures and description fit our needs while the price point was right what we were looking for. We have rented a lot of VRBO homes and sometimes we look for for vacation homes that are professionally decorated with lots of frills. However, this time we wanted to to stay for a longer time and not break the bank. So we found Brian's home to be the perfect fit. It was well taken care of and Brian was very attentive checking to make sure we got in okay and found everything okay and nothing needed to be fixed. If your looking for something professionally decorated out of a HGTV show this is not the right home for you. However, If you are looking for a rental that is clean and well taken care of to enjoy the Surprise area this will be a good rental. In addition I wanted to explain the pool heater as we learned something new this time. A pool heat pump which is what this home has. Means that the heater pumps the heat out of the earth to heat the pool. It does this when the pool is being cleaned at night and the sun has had the time to heat the earth and the ground. This is why when it is cold during the day and night the pool does not heat. When we arrived we put on the solar blanket but the air temps were still cold. So the heat pump did not really work.. However, towards the end of the week the weather warmed up and the evenings were not as cold and the pool heated right up. So, if you are planning on swimming and the weather is cool you may be disappointed. In my opinion and experience on the days it was cool we had no interest in getting in a pool but walking around the neighborhood in the sunshine was sure pleasant. I thought I would add this in the review as I was confused with what a heat pump is. Thank you Brian for sharing your home.

This house desperately needs a good cleaning. Floors were grimy with sticky spots, carpeting was badly stained; especially in the master bedroom which had an 8" mystery stain. Throw rugs smelled sour. Oven was so dirty when we turned it on it smoked-we turned off and did not use the oven our entire stay. Garbage thrown behind the TV. Heated pool was a fiasco. We spent 6 days following directions to a "T" with no results. I finally got up a 4am (heat pump is set to run at night) and discovered it in defrost mode. Pulled up the owner's manual online and basically this heater doesn't work AT ALL below 52F. You need to run it during the DAY, not night. Pool was a big deal for us, and not telling us to run the heaters during the day blew up over half of our vacation where we couldn't swim. Would not rent again.

We stayed almost a month at this property, the home is beautiful and Brian is very helpful. We had an amazing time in our stay. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have children. The kids loved the pool. Thank you Brian and Kristen for lending us your lovely home, everything was exceptional.

We loved staying here. The house is so welcoming - beautifully decorated and warm. Everything about the house was comfortable. Probably my favorite place we have stayed in Arizona. Will look forward to booking this again the next time we come!

Home was perfect! Beds were soooo comfy. Great place for two sets of parents to visit, and a few sibs to visit for the day & dinner. Wish it had regular height chairs at dining table. Ok for the young not seniors The home was well supplied with everything you would need. Heights are all super nice as well. Pool was nice just took a few days to get to temp for swimming. Will refer & will stay again if available.

We had a family emergency in Surprise, AZ and needed a place For our family to stay. This home was a blessing to us. Quiet, very comfortable beds, plenty of clean linens and Brian was very responsive with all communication. The heated pool and hummingbirds we such a treat. Thank you Brian!

this is a lovely, well maintained home. Nicely furnished and with many amenities. Only thing I would suggest, is that you let future renters know that the home is located near the AFB and 5 days a week the jets fly over the house in the morning. Rather annoying to say the least.

Wonderful clean home with a warm welcoming feeling. Perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. Bright open spaces yet still private. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. The owners were very accommodating and friendly, answering any questions I had.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week. We found the home to be exactly as shown in the pictures. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. I had a question for Brian before our stay and another one during our stay and both times Brian replied promptly. We got to use the pool during our stay and it was wonderful!. I felt very comfortable and safe in this home--- it is a very nice, well maintained area. I would highly recommend staying in this home.

Good house, great pool area, close to everything you would need. The house and the pool were easy to manage, Brian and Kirstie were quick to respond to every need. We loved the stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy comfortable home in Surprise. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Location is great for enjoying baseball games! Nice outdoor area, only wish the weather had been more cooperative!
