PRIX 2020 NON MIS À JOUR ENCORE. Les prix sur VRBO sont pour un côté de ce duplex en bord de mer de 16 chambres / 16 salles de bain. Il dispose de 8 chambres / 8 salles de bain de chaque côté. CETTE LISTE EST POUR LES PLAISIRS (CÔTÉ DROIT DE LA MAISON). L'AUTRE CÔTÉ EST LES TRÉSORS (CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE LA MAISON) LISTE # 1253791. Un côté est une image miroir de l'autre. La disposition des deux côtés est exactement la même, bien que les tissus / couleurs puissent varier. Vous pouvez louer un côté ou toute la maison selon la taille du groupe. Le salon spacieux (environ 2800 pieds carrés) a des portes vitrées mur à mur qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse avec accès direct à la plage. Everything was just as advertised. Eight nice bedrooms each with a bathroom. Right on the beach. Two very nice decks with a beautiful view. Two kitchens in one so a fridge for food and a fridge for drinks. Living room area perfect for a large group to sit around and chat as was the lower deck. We will definitely return!

Our large family stays in a house together at the beach every year. Every year there is something that someone does not like about where we stay so we have only stayed in the same location a couple of times over the years. Finally, this year, there were no complaints and it was unanimous to try and stay at this huge house again next year. Very convenient access to the beach, lots of activities and restaurants nearby, nice area, clean house, great little pool. Did not hear the other occupants on the other side through the walls. Great communication with the owner. Absolutely great stay!!

A few fellas went on a golf outing in the Myrtle Beach area and were looking for a place to stay together that was convieny located to both the courses and the beach. Look no further than Maureen’s duplex. Absolutely fantastic stay, great location, great house (very spacious and nice amenities as advertised) and great communication from Maureen. Couldn’t recommend it any higher. Absolutely 5 star stay!!

Just stayed here, for the RUN 2 SUN car show with a large group of friends. This house was great!! Only thing that would have made it better would have been if the pool was heated!! Already looking at next years price!

This is our 2nd year staying at the property and we love it! There is the perfect amount of bedrooms/bathrooms for our large family and the view is unbeatable. Maureen is also very responsive. Only a few opportunities for improvement - one of the bathrooms toilets would not stop running, the kitchen sink water pressure was very low and we had a little trouble getting hot water downstairs. We will definitely stay here again, it's becoming our new family tradition!

House was perfect for my friends and I. We all had a nice room and bathroom and the view was amazing. So close to the water you could hear the water crashing. One of the best parts many over look is the owner. I had some shirts ordered to the house that came before we got there and she made sure they were picked up from outside the house and put inside for us. We left some stuff behind and she went out of her way to make sure we got that back too. The owner was just amazing. Thank you again for everything. Stay here and enjoy the house and location. Great rental here.

This beach house offers so much. Plenty of room and space for all of us. Little kids had a great time because even though it rained we were able to keep a race track set up for them without giving up any space. Kitchen was stocked and made it easy to cook. Plenty of seating inside and out, beautiful views of the ocean and covered balconies that let us be outside during the rain. Ms. Maureen was an excellent host and was very responsive to all our needs and questions. She even apologized for the rain, nothing she had control over. Great place and we recommend renting this beautiful property from her.

Pros..location, location, location. So close to beach..also loved the pool. House was spacious. Loved 2 fridges, 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Cons...both dishwashers were missing cover to hold wash pod. So we put them in the silverware compartment. Dishwasher on right worked really well. The other one did not wash. Just sprayed some water. So many steps inside and out. Apparently floors only get vaccumed or swept. They really need to be scrubbed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at P's Pleasures. Maureen was easy to contact prior to arrival to make sure we had the right address for golf cart and grocery delivery. We had a few maintenance issues, but the response was quick and the maintenance guy was great. We loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and comfortable living room furniture. The internet and cell service was spotty and didn't cause issues for me, but one person staying was trying to work remotely and it didn't work out great for him. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. The only thing I wished was different was that it would have been great to have bunk beds in one or two rooms for the kids, but the queen beds in all of the rooms would be perfect for a golf getaway or if all adults are staying at the property.

Overall it was a great trip. Location and layout was good for the whole family. Might want to tell cleaning crew they should be checking balconies as there were cigarette or weed butts in the gap between the floor boards. We suggest washer door downstairs be left open at night to dry out. Mold had formed and we had to run the washer cleaning cycle 3 times and dry the rubber seals. All in all it was a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend to friends and their families

We had 8 guys stay here for our annual golf trip. First time to Myrtle Beach. The house was perfect. Each guy had their own bedroom, and bathroom. The current pictures on vrbo do not do this home justice. Its mostly all been updated. The exterior, interior, and outside decks have all been updated. Nice big living room and kitchen with new furniture. Big TV's in all the bed rooms and living room. 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves. 2 wash machines and dryers. 2 dish washers. Both floors have a nice size deck to enjoy the view. You are literally just steps away from the ocean. The house was very clean and has all the amenities your golf group or family and friends will need. Maureen our host was spectacular. Very easy to get in touch with if needed and always very responsive. Do yourselves a favor and book this home. You will not be disappointed!

I rented this property for a few nights in March and shortly before the trip I was contacted by the host directly by phone and text. She claimed that there was a mold problem discovered in renovations(summary). And she could not allow us to stay there. I kinda panicked as this was a big group of people I was leading and it was so close. I asked her if she could find me something else the same size and close by or if she had something like that in her portfolio. Well she gave me 1 option that was a good bit smaller and didn’t have nearly as many features. I was mostly happy with this until I realized it wasn’t going to be big enough but it was so close to arrival time at that point I just had to get something additional which of course added costs to the trip which I ate because my friends already paid me. Anyway, we made the most of it…. But my host here didn’t cancel or refund me and as far as I know just double booked it and made some extra money. Had I gotten a refund and booked the house she used in replacement I would’ve spent $400 less or so don’t have the math in front of me. Anyway this whole thing really has me upset and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

The best part of this house is the kitchen with two refrigerators and dishwashers. The deck was also a selling point. Eight bedrooms with their own baths. The negative is that it can sleep 16 in the bedrooms and the other 4 to make up 20 are guests that have to sleep in pull outs in the living room. Overall a nice place to stay but could need some

The location is amazing! First time we stayed directly on the beach and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Walking right out the door onto the beach was fabulous. Sit all day on the beach and then come back for a dip in the pool. We spent most of our time enjoying the back deck. With 16 people, there was plenty of space for us all in the house and on the deck! Although not overly “fancy” it was perfect for our group...basic, clean and spacious. If I had to give one negative, the dining room table is very “sticky” because the painted surface is chipping and rough. Although the deck chairs were also in need of an update, they worked just perfect for watching the sunrise. We had a blast and would stay here again.

This property was excellent! Communication with the owner was great. The location on the beach is incredible and having a pool was a big plus. We had 16 adults and the house never seemed crowded. The dueling dishwashers were a plus! I highly recommend this property!

This was a super location on the beach with sufficient room. Good value for the money for this size family. Don’t expect frills, very basic but clean. Our disappointment in the property is that it isn’t loved/well kept. A spinal missing from the 2nd floor balcony was problematic for us since we had young children. The landscaping in the courtyard is not trimmed/ maintained, could not even get out the gate to get to the beach without ducking and pushing palm branches out of the way. Even our 4’9” members couldn’t walk under them. Zero outdoor outlets work. Again, nice place for the costs, the owner/ management doesn’t love on this property.

Good choice for our family gathering of 18 from ages 73 to 2. Convenient location. Plenty of beach space and pool was perfect place to gather and relax. Great that 6 of the 8 bedrooms had private baths. The large living room area was kid friendly for small children to play and the dining table just right for the family card games. As our guests arrived, they were impressed with the openess, large well equipped kitchen and the wall of windows showcasing the ocean views. We loved it.

Our experience was very pleasing. The property was very nice, and accommodating for a group of 17 that we had. The ocean view was beautiful, and the private pool was very convenient. It was a very relaxing experience and we would all definitely rent this property out again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! The pictures do not give the home justice. We were pleasantly surprised that the accommodations were better than they appear online. This home is modest and simple, no high end luxury television or furniture, Perfect for sandy feet and family fun. Ample room for family to spread out, more than enough en suites, which was a PLUS. The balconies were a great place to chill and wake up to the amazing views. All I missed was a hammock!! The proximity to stores and restaurants was great, the location of the home is on the quieter SurfSide beach away from all the chaos of Myrtle! The grill/picnic area was enjoyable. I would have loved if there was extra lighting out there, Overall, We loved it! If I had one complaint it would be fluffier pillows, but a Walmart run fixed that easy!! I would recommend this home and book again!

House was perfect for 8 guys golfing for a week in the Myrtle Beach area. Everyone had their own bedroom/bath, with central location to all the area courses.
What a great way to relax after a long day by overlooking the beach from the balcony. Pool is a great way to cool off.
House showing a bit of "wear and tear", but it's a beach house afterall. Everything was neat, clean, and in perfect working order.
House manager was extremely responsive and helpful for a few very minor questions we had. Would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay and loved being steps from the sand and waves. The property was well "seasoned," surely from a great summer season, and could use some refresh handyman work. However, it was comfortable and we took advantage of the open space kitchen and dining area.
The property owner was very helpful and always available to answer questions if we needed.
