Would I visit this location again? Perhaps... but I would look elsewhere first. The location was great - very walkable; steps from Lift 7. Though small, the bag of local, complimentary coffee was a nice touch and smelled wonderfully. Accommodations were largely comfortable and the windowed nook provided great views of the trails. So where does this property fall short? 1. Be forewarned that the unit is tight at 480 ft (expected given the location). While it sleeps 5, the table sits only 3 and accessing the 3rd seat requires a rigorous game of musical chairs. 2. The unit felt slightly dated and well-worn in certain respects. I feared breaking off the cracked handle of the refrigerator and it took some force to close the dishwasher door. 3. The hot tub and pool were not functioning. For context, on Nov. 24th, we selected this location because of its pool & hot tub. On Jan. 14th, we were informed of a crack in the hot tub's boiler, which had already been drained & visited by a technician. Per the rental agency, delays resulted from storms, COVID, & supply chain issues. It also stated that the pool had not yet been filled & heated. We immediately reconsidered our options but the comparable properties had since been snapped up, leaving us no recourse. When we left, more than 3 weeks after the alter, the pool & hot tub remained closed. While the rental agency indicated that they cannot be held responsible for state of property amenities, someone should be up in arms that repairs are taking so long – where is the HOA fee going? Perhaps they should offer some sort of adjustment to inconvenienced guests. 4. At least they have a jetted tub in the room, right? When the hot tub didn’t work out, I suggested my son enjoy it. Soon after, I heard shrieks – mold/dirt came out of the jets. I refilled the tub & it happened again. Perhaps the 3rd time would have been a charm but my son was reluctant to set foot in the tub, even for a shower, for the remainder of our stay. Outreach to the rental agency resulted in little more than “I’m sorry. This has occurred before.” Perhaps they should update cleaning protocols. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Telluride & look forward to returning. The rental itself was fine but did not live up to expectation based on the state of amenities. More proactive communication/accommodation would have been appreciated & made us feel more valued as guests. Right now, we feel a bit misled.

We booked this room for the RIDE Festival, and the location was perfect. The property was quiet with gorgeous views, and we walked along the river into town every day. The room was comfortable, cute, and well-stocked with everything you or your family would need for an extended stay. It's better than the photos can show, and we'll definitely look to stay here again next time!

Beautiful apartment. Great location, quick walk to chair 7 and right in the heart of town. The "sky bridge" was being renovated so there was no access to the elevator but was only a minor inconvenience moving in and out. Only issue with actual unit was the wifi was spotty at times, which made working from home difficult on occasion. Overall we absolutely loved it, extended our stay, and would love to stay again. Highly recommend staying here.

This is our second time staying at this property and we are already looking on the calendar to book our next visit. Telluride is amazing and we love the ease of this property.

The location of the property is great..on West end of town and right next to Galloping Goose stop, so easy to get everywhere in town. Spacious bedroom and nice kitchenette that came in handy for breakfast prep. However, the best part of the experience was the attentive and responsiveness of David, the Guest relations manager. We had to address some issues during the week ( broken blind from previous guest, humidifier not working) and both issues were addressed as soon as we alerted the Lodging In Telluride staff. Great experience

Lodge was good although pricey as is most of Telluride. No one in our party would use the top bunk as there was no safety rail and it was a little difficult to access. The dishwasher started leaking when we tried to use it and I'm sure that can be fixed. Otherwise everything was good; we slept one on couch and three in King bed and one on the bunk.

Nice unit, well maintained and quiet. A couple of things needed fixing but overall loved it!

A couple of things need to be checked prior to next lease. The shade on right window in bedroom was broken. TV in living room came on but no picture.

This condo is small but does a great job at utilizing the space. It's very clean and has everything we needed. Walking distance to Gondola and restaurants in town. Beautiful surroundings. Good price point. We will stay here again.

Location and management company were excellent. The unit was less than we expected. Sofa (main sitting surface) was uncomfortable, it was worn and pitched forward so hard to get comfortable. Windows were finicky, were only able to adjust two of them and a stated warning for damage ( $150) kept us from trying to get them open enough for comfort on warm days. We would select another unit next visit.

We had a truly great experience with Lodging in Telluride. Easy to contact, super friendly assistance, great location, we couldn't have asked for more. Our unit was super clean, it had everything we needed, the decoration was contemporary and the condo was set up with great taste. Our stay was a success and we had a blast visiting this wonderful, beautiful town and surrounding areas. I would recommend Lodging in Telluride to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Viking Lodge. It is very clean and nicely updated. I really appreciated the Puracy natural and organic products offered throughout! We did have some issues during our stay but the owner David was very responsive. There are some things to note that the built in tv's in the bunk beds (which my kids were super excited for) don't actually work. Also the window are very hard to open and when open don't create much airflow creating a very hot and stuffy room. That being said...I would stay again...and bring a window fan.

Our first family trip to Telluride was AWESOME! Viking Lodge is in the perfect location - we never used our car (we arrived and didn't use it until we departed 5 days later!) because everything is within walking distance. It's a very short walk to the Telluride Gondola (for visits to Mountain Lodge), the immediate access to the San Miguel River (we enjoyed a view from the bedroom window) was a true highlight, we enjoyed walking along the river trail to Baked in Telluride for daily coffee and donuts and the pool is seconds away from our doorstep! The communication from the Property Management Company (David) was prompt and kind. Unit #313 was a great option, our family of four (our girls are 9 and 6) enjoyed the spacious condo and amenities. Thank you for supplying pool towels (we had forgotten ours at home!). We look forward to returning to Telluride again,! We had an amazing visit, made a ton of wonderful memories and will definitely look to stay at Viking Lodge again! Thank YOU!!

You can't go wrong with this condo! The location is phenomenal. Just a few steps away from Siam and There! Check in was a breeze. Georgina was very quick to respond to all communication. The condo was very well appointed with plenty of towels, extra pillows/blankets, coffee (yay!), toaster, blender, and really great quality shampoo/conditioner/soap. There is also a hot tub and pool steps away and the huge picture window overlooking the creek provided a great place to sit and read a book. I would definitely recommend and hope to get the opportunity to stay again!

Located on the edge of the historical downtown district. Park your car and walk to everything in Telluride, ride the gondola up to Mountain Village. Easy access to hiking trails also. Unit has everything you need.
