Wonderful Home with HEATED Spa and Pool in quiet neighborhood

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at your property over Christmas. The house was clean and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them each day. As others have noted, the TVs are connected to antenna and also have smart capabilities. What we didn't watch on local stations, we screen casted from our devices thanks to the capable WiFi. The only thing to note is that this location is bit of a drive from most "tourist" attractions - beaches, museums, etc. Thanks for a great getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying with my young children and parents while visiting my sister who recently moved to Florida. Our time was spent mostly outside under the lanai and in the pool and hot tub in the evenings after our day of adventures. The host, Alisa, answered all of my questions right away and was kind enough to have the pool fencing set up for our children when we arrived. The house was a great set up for us and we enjoyed having a beautiful kitchen to cook in and eat most of our meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, like the listing states. We took care of the house and appreciated all of it. We are thankful for such a nice family vacation and a perfect spot for all of us to get to be together.

This was our second time staying at this house. We love the house and the location, it feels like home. The quiet neighborhood is a plus. And if we want to eat out, a number of restaurants are not far away.

We enjoyed the property. The pool was great! The home was in pristine condition. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice for walking and the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda area has lovely Harborside walking trails for walking or biking. My only negative comment would be the television channel availability. The house does not have cable or satellite so finding channels was a challenge because the broadcast channels were only available over the air with no channel guide, and you needed your own accounts for streaming the apps that were listed. We have never experienced that before but live and learn. Overall, we were very happy with the home and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area.

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable
My husband and I along with our 4 year old grandson and 2 dogs stayed here for a week. Our stay was way too short. We would have loved to have stayed here longer. It was very clean, convenient to everything, and just a short drive to Stump Pass State Park. The house was very lovey and clean. We enjoyed the pool after trips to the beach. All in all, it was a great vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to make another trip down soon.

Excellent Rental
We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were in the area visiting my husband's 83 year old father. The house was extremely clean with a wonderful lanai, inground pool and spa. This rental was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6 plus 2 fur babies. I really appreciated the fact that we were able to take our dogs along with us. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Quiet stay
Nice home that offers everything you need. Port Charlotte further south than most of our Florida stays. It is quiet and close to everything you need. I made the trip more challenging by flying into Tampa rather than Ft Meyers, but it wasn't a big deal. Wonderful pool, comfortable home. Owners have done this quite some time and have thought of everything you might need. Bought some extra paper products to leave for next guest and 1 pool floating seat. Great stay. Just give the property the respect it deserves.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the house looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Heated pool is a big plus and pool area is amazing ! The neighborhood is very conveniently located close to shopping malls and although it’s a 15 min away from Warm Mineral Spring Park . Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Perfect getaway
It was wonderful staying in Port Charlotte at the Dabroski’s house. It had space and was perfect for our family. The area is not touristy and we had plenty of restaurants, stores, and the beach was a short drive away. The home itself was clean and had a lot of consumables so it was nice to have that taken care of. Having the pool for our family was great during the hot Florida summer- especially after or before the spontaneous rain showers. We really enjoyed the property, location, and the owner’s prompt communication. We hope to come back again!

Lovely home and pool!
We stayed for 10 days over Christmas. It was wonderful! The house looks just like the pictures on line. We had 2 hiccups with the house, but the owner and Jerry (maintenance) were very quick to respond and fix our issues. The pool and hot tub are amazing, we used them every day! Great property and exactly as listed! Hot tub & pool were just what we needed and made staying on the property an easy decision on those cold days. Just make sure you bring / buy paper towels and toilet paper as it is not provided. Owner responded very quickly to any questions.

Great Home in Wonderful location
We rented Alisa’s house for 2 weeks. The home is beautifully decorated and includes all the amenities you need. The lanai with pool and hot tub are absolutely gorgeous! It’s like being in your own tropical paradise. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet but easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, etc. within a 5-10 min drive. We had a couple of questions and Alisa answered them very quickly. We were unable to successfully use the gas grill because it didn’t appear to be cooking the food well but there was a small charcoal grill in the garage so we simply cleaned it and used that one with no issue. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Quiet and private
This is in a clean and quiet neighborhood and only a few miles from restaurants and shopping. The house is so clean and comfortable, with a kitchen that had all the amenities we wanted. The lanai was perfect for any meal of the day and having the pool was lovely! We would not hesitate to rent again.

This place was AWESOME, had everything that could be wanted and needed and then some. Very easy to access, comfortable, and relaxing. We will definitely looking to return here again in the future. Another great stay!
The pool is absolutely amazing and feels like a peaceful retreat with all of the plants and palm trees. The owner’s communication throughout the rental process was excellent and she was quick to reply to questions. Supplies were provided for COVID-19 extra precaution. We were comfortable staying here because of those extra measures taken and provided for us. We had a question for the caretaker Jerry which was also responded to quickly.
This is a wonderful property that is close to shopping and restaurants and near many beaches. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet Holiday getaway.
This place was spotless when we arrived. Even the pool cage was clean. The house is very comfortable. Jerry answered a couple questions quickly when we arrived. Half of the pool is in the sun in the afternoon. The other half is always in the shade of the house. We were in the pool almost constantly. It's well screened at the back... a little less on the sides, but not enough for me to care. It was a very relaxing week.
