Room was very comfortable as well as the bed. Great shower. Owners were always there to answer any questions. Yard was beautiful with pool and cabana. Wish we could have enjoyed it more but spent most of time with family.

Very nice property that is safe and secure. Centrally located to Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Miami. Great host -- Ray was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a hotel type frig, microwave, and coffee maker. The bath has a nice size shower. There's a covered porch in the private backyard, plus a heated pool, a lanai, lounges, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ, etc. All are nicely maintained, decorated, and landscaped. About 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Had bikes and backpacks. Nice to sit by pool with coffee and biscotti from Publix! Really enjoyed the solitude. Awesome to have the pool after riding home from a day in Pompano Beach!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your room. Everything was perfect and even the cold weather we loved the heated pool. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. Can't wait to rent again so I can visit the poodles.

We had a great time ..it was a nice quiet neighbor ..felt like home away from home ..the pool and weather was perfect ..and the beach was 10 min away and we found all these great resturants amd things to do ..

I arrived by myself first, because my fiancée had to work and would be joining me later. Ray greeted me and welcomed me and gave me some suggestions on where to take my fiancée! Great private entrance, code provided to open door. Pretty neat. Fiancée arrived and she was pretty amazed on how ease of access it was. Very clean room. Pros: Easy access and access to your room any time of night, your privacy is guaranteed, clean, access to basic TV apps like YouTube, quiet, access to basic amenities such as a microwave, a mini fridge, coffee maker, full bathroom. Cons: If parking with two cars, the second car will be ambushed by the foliage on the driver's side which could use some cutting, although it doesn't do any damage whatsoever to the car, it is annoying trying to fight through the foliage to get inside the driver'sside of the car. The room was a little warm to our liking despite having a fan. OVERALL: This is one place that I would highly recommend if you are by yourself or with another person. The pros heavily outweigh the cons and we would definitely book again. Ray and Gavin are wonderful hosts with cute small dogs, me and my fiancée were very happy with the room we got. 4.5/5

Really convenient location owner was helpful on the first day. On the second day I stepped out in the morning for coffee while my fiancé stayed back in the room. When I initially left the place, the deadbolt did not secure. The owner stepped out he noticed the door was ajared, he then proceeded to internally combust with offensive language for several minutes. He complained that we intentionally left the door open, which was not the case My fiancé heard everything he said, this made her feel very uncomfortable. But the pool was nice.

The host ray was unbelievable help in accommodating you showing the neighborhood really nice pool.it was like been in paradise pool was alway clean and always warm.place was really neat and clean.ray was a gentleman fun .he wasn't the hosts he is my friend now thank you ray for such good vacation can't wait to go back

We really enjoyed this little getaway backyard paradise ! Ray was great- so accommodating to our needs- knows the local sweet spots to visit. Comfortable room and outdoors to relax and really enjoyed the salt water pool Highly recommended for a low key stay
