The condo was perfect - great layout for our family (5 adults and 2 kids) and everything we needed was there. Owner was unresponsive to a question before we arrived, which I sent both via the app and email. It ended up not being an issue but a response would have been appreciated. No other communication was needed.
Our only complaint was with the property, not the specific condo. The company used to rent beach chairs and umbrellas takes over the majority of the beach, leaving little room and lots of rules for those who have their own chairs and do not want to pay extra when already paying for a beach vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Cynthia’s condo. Condo was spacious and clean and she provided everything we could possibly need! Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Would love to stay again!

This condo was amazing! The view of the beach was beautiful. Close to elevators, not a far distance at all to beach, very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. Kitchen table was almost too big for space but fit all six of us comfortably. Only issue in middle bathroom was tub draining very slow and toilet not flushing well in middle bathroom. Plus toaster only toasted on one side. Needs to be replaced. Other than those few issues, we will definitely consider returning and highly recommend this condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We all had a wonderful time. The water and beach was so nice and clean. We plan on doing more rentals. Highly recommend!

The only complaint we had about our stay was the parking. We had a party of 7 for a fishing trip. There was only parking for two vehicles. We had to park two (of our four) vehicles unattended in a shopping center parking lot 1.8 miles down the road. I do not understand how 2 or 3 BR rental places can advertise “Sleeps 8-10” or more, yet only provide parking for two vehicles? In addition, not everyone in a party can leave or return on the same days so they must bring additional vehicles. The security guards at Hidden Dunes were very unyielding and unprofessional on top of it. The condo and beach access was very very nice, but you won’t be seeing us again at Hidden Dunes due to the parking. The spaces were EXTREMELY tight, even for a mid-sized vehicle. Sorry to be so negative but parking is extremely important, unless it’s only two to four people in the party!!!

Our group has been staying in Gulf condos for 20+ years. This is by far the best equipped condo we've ever had, and the owner was amazing! Worth every penny!

The property is lovely and the 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms made it very comfortable. The direct view of the Gulf was spectacular. The building is well maintained. Our family loved the Tennis Program at Hidden Dunes. Cynthia was a great host!

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The decor is beautiful! The balcony is large and the views are amazing!
Our only issues were that the master bathroom tub and ice maker were not functional and there was no ice maker on the property.
Cynthia was great in responding to any questions that we had and very kind and helpful.

This condo had everything you need. Spacious and well stocked. It was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony views are incredible. Cynthia was a very accommodating host and Hidden Dunes is a very nice resort .

This was a great, clean, spacious place for our family with three teens. The beach is unrivaled and the pool was great as well. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation. Balcony is amazing as well. Highly recommended!

Pretty good, but a bit frustrating
Location and condo were great, but we were only notified just 2 days before the rental started that the master bathroom tub and icemaker were not functional. There were no plans to have these fixed during our stay either. While at the condo, the dryer did not function either. The owner ordered a new washer and dryer, which did not arrive until the day before our departure. Overall, loved the location and the beach, but frustrated with the above issues.

Great Location/Facilities/Beach Access
Probably the fourth or fifth time staying at Cynthia's place. Hope to be back again!
Had four of my kids with me (widowed dad). I took the main bedroom, daughter in the queen, two more in the double beds, and a son on the couch. Worked great.
Lots of extras in the kitchen, griddle for French toast, mixer, blender - great for those planning on cooking.
We always get this condo and then spend time with a much larger group that stays in a 360 Blue place on Beach Drive - short walk across the sand to get to their place (which sleeps 30+). With beach chairs at Hidden Dunes, we can go have fun with the large group but then escape to our own place. Works like a charm!

Wonderful Gem in Miramar Beach
We had a great stay at this property. Very spacious and loved having an end unit with balcony privacy. The host was super accommodating and friendly, towels were fluffy and plentiful and all our questions answered in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back next year!

This property was wonderful! We had an amazing time! Great place to stay with young kids. We enjoyed the pools and the private beach. It was so relaxing. The property manager was awesome and was available for anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

This condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation! We especially appreciated the extra plush towels and toiletries that were fully stocked and did not require us to have to buy anything additional. It is hard to find rentals with soft toilet paper, so that was an added bonus! The views from the living room and master are unmatched and spectacular, which we truly spent time enjoying since the beginning of our stay was very rainy. The other two bedrooms also have use of the coast, which is unique for a corner unit. It was nice to have DVDs and games to play in addition to so many beach toys and chairs and umbrellas available, although we never needed the chairs and umbrella since we used the wonderful white diamond beach service, with one umbrella and two chairs included in the stay. It was so nice to be right on the beach and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was directly below. The only suggestion I would have would be to possibly upgrade the master bed, it didn’t seem as comfortable as the other two bedrooms, but we still slept just fine. Also needs a new Teflon or nonstick skillet. Fully stocked kitchen with some pantry items was awesome to have! Cynthia was very responsive and very friendly to work with, we would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay in the near future!
