WATERFRONT CONDO WITH AMAZING VIEW OF SUNRISE, SUNSET AND EXPANSIVE OPEN WATERS
Profitez d'un séjour relaxant dans ce magnifique condo au bord de l'eau mis à jour sur le lac Conroe! Le condo est situé sur un point où vous pourrez profiter de la vue imprenable sur le lac sur des kilomètres. Le patio étendu vous permet de profiter de la vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur les eaux libres. Le lever du soleil est magnifique car le soleil commence à jeter un œil sur l'horizon et le ciel commence à prendre diverses teintes de couleur. Pendant la journée, profitez des bruits des vagues qui clapotent contre la cloison, détendez-vous en pêchant à quelques pas du condo ou profitez simplement d'une promenade le long du lac. Après une journée de détente, ne manquez pas le magnifique coucher de soleil. Il y a des sièges à l'extérieur pour huit personnes. Profitez également de vos grillades pour faire vos favoris grillés.
Ce condo spacieux qui fait plus de 1800 pieds carrés a un grand espace de vie de deux étages pour se rassembler avec vue sur les eaux libres. The property was great, has an amazing setting with breathtaking water views. The condo was quiet and comfortable… my only request would be that it was more updated… but we knew going into the property it was not so there was no surprise there… there was plenty of seating for the 4 of us and we were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay… the host was super communicative and great to work with

We were in town for a family event. The location was perfect and the sunrise was second to none. We’d stay again because it’s close to our family and there is comfortable space for everyone. Water pressure is superb (always a make or break for our family 😉)

Not only was there enough room, (with plenty to spare), for our group of six, it was comfortable as well. We all enjoyed our stay, and loved the sunrises and sunsets that cast themselves over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we had no troubles finding our spot.

Conroe vacation
We had a very good experience at this property… It was the best place for my four boys and myself to stay as a family as we were visiting my family who live in Conroe… Relaxing wonderful Lakeview lots of space the pool to swim in the lake to swim in close to Conroe… Everything was wonderful we will definitely come back I would highly recommend this property to anybody visiting this area especially with a big family ! The people were wonderful to work with!

Great Location
The location is great - right on the lake. While we didn't go out on the lake, the view is awesome. Parking can be a challenge if you have more than 2 cars or have large vehicles. There are "guest" spots, but they can be a ways off. It heats up a little during the day - high (beautiful) ceilings impact it, but it does cool down at night. Location is close to restaurants as well - but not too close.

Family weekend
The location you just can't beat! Being able to rent a boat and drive right up to the "backyard" felt very decadent. Our family was able to enjoy lake life and eachother without the noise of restaurants. There were some issues which the property owner dealt with immediately and was very kind on the phone.

Great Stay
The property was as described. We were able to fish from the back yard and caught large fish literally all week long. It is close to shopping, so that was convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Great time with family
Location was great! Views were amazing!! Backyard right on the water made for the perfect spot to relax, fish and hangout. Living room very comfy and cozy, other areas need a little TLC, but definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back! ❤️

Great stay!
We had a great time! The property is very clean and we loved the big yard in front of the lake! The only minor problem was the upstairs shower didn’t have hot water but it was no big deal! Overall a great place!

Lovely view
The location of the property was perfect. The view of the lake was beautiful. We had some plumbing issues which the owner took care of immediately for us. Communication was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was a bit run down. The upstairs shower never got hot. Stained carpets etc. definitely needs a facelift.

Lovely
Stunning location and lovely people. We really enjoyed our stay there. The property manager was so prompt, kind, and helpful. The view was incredible. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really nice. My only suggestion is the decor could use a little TLC. Many of the wall quotes/decor are missing letters but if that’s the only thing, it’s a great thing! We hope to be back soon! Such a nice, safe, special location.

Quite condo. Mostly clean. Kitchen updated, living room very nice. Beds where great. Bathroom showers need some updating and mild musty smell when entering condo. Otherwise very roomy.

evacuation trip
My family and I evacuate here for hurricane Ida. The place was beautiful and comfortable for me and my family. The management was amazing! Any questions that we had, they were there to answer. They were also very understanding and helpful when it came to the storm and even offered for us to stay extra days if we needed it, as long as no one else had rented it for those days. We will definitely be back for a family vacation. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

What a view!
We were attending our niece’s wedding in Conroe , we really enjoyed this water front condo and local restaurants. The view is excellent from sunrise to sunset.

Great stay!
The views and proximity to the lake is unmatched! We rented a boat for a day and literally could pull our boat up to the back of the property if we wanted to. We also jumped in and swam right from the back yard. My boyfriend could stand up and it was perfect for swimming or floating. The yard is beautiful, big and lush. We had fun playing football back there. The owner recommended we watch the sunset and sunrise and it was absolutely beautiful. It’s super close to the boat rental place too, literally 5 minutes. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The inside is a little dated for sure but didn’t take away from our experience and the beautiful lake and views. Beware at night is when the spiders come out due to the fact we’re on the lake lol. Thank you so much for having us!

Great stay
Stayed with small kids to grandparents for 3 nights. Everything was as expected with a few minor hiccups like no dish soap. Location was excellent. Condition of the place was nice and updated for an older neighborhood. Lake was in your backyard and shallow enough for the older kids/adults to jump in an enjoy with life vest/floats. Location was close to dining, CVS, gas station, etc…. Would stay again and recommend for an above average, on the water lake stay.

Beautiful Location
The condo is positioned in a perfect location with stunning views and access to the lake. The inside of the condo is very dated and could use some TLC. I was excited for the boardwalk that was pictured in the ad, but was told that it was washed away in Harvey when I asked another resident where it was.

The condo is beautiful, and a great location. However, communication between the Mgr. & the front gate was horrible. I was the main person, and I was detained every time I tried entering April Sound. I was sent to the parking lot--- It was ridiculous!
