This condo has a great location in La Quinta, walking distance to the shops/restaurants in Old Town and quick drives to some of the best golfing in the area. Really liked the property "electronic bulletin board" that had information about the condo and local areas. Perfect spot for a quiet week.

Your very comfortable condo was quiet, fully equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was awesome, as we were able to walk 5 minutes to all the great eateries and shops in La Quinta Old Town. Also took in the Saturday and Sunday open air markets at Old Town.
We enjoyed our stay so much, and booked an additional two days as well. Wonderful memories!

Perfect location for proximity to golf courses and Old La Quinta and its many restaurants. Condo was spotless and although we didn’t use the kitchen other than for making coffee, it was fully stocked for those who want to cook. Communication with the owners was very quick,. No complaints!

Breathtaking gateway place
If you are looking for a cozy weekend with a beautiful view, you should look into this condo. It is located within walking distance from a beautiful LaQuinta downtown area that reminded me of Greece architecture, and the Italian community with friendly shop owners. LaQuinta is surrounded by mountains which makes the view stunning.
The condo is on the second floor with a nice good view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. It was very convenient for our traveling but far from the busy streets.
Finally, we found a few games, and books that entertained us during the evening time.
Should we go back, we'll look for booking this place again.

Perfect to explore the area, many dine out options around.
The apartment is really well appointed, ultra clean, easy no fuss check-in and check-out, we had a problem accessing the wifi and the response was fast and solved the problem immediately. The pool is right there and pool towels are provided too. We'll come back for sure in our next trip to the desert.

Very Nice Condo
The condo was very nice, updated and clean. The A/C works great!! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more. The bed is comfy. We liked the pillows. Overall, we were very impressed with it and enjoyed our stay. FYI the HOA there is annoying. We were made aware when signing the contract that the HOA and Vacation Villas have no association. Also, we had tried to make contact with the property management through a third party site they use. There was no electricity in the bedroom. I wasn’t overly concerned about the lack of electricity, just the lack of communication. We received no response back. Hence, the 3 stars for communication. It could be an issue with the third party site and that is why I don’t want it to affect their overall rating.

Smoke alarm
Everything was wonderful except for the smoke detector. It was overly sensitive and beeped for no apparent reason during the deep sleep hours! It was very frustrating!

This casita was perfect for my wife and I. It was our first time to the area. Most of the things we wanted to see were within walking distance, or a short drive. The zoo was fantastic! We spent all day there. And, it was only a 20 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Casita
This casita was great for our stay in La Quinta. It was our first time to the area. Much of what we were hoping to find was within walking distance. The zoo was the only thing we drove to (20 minutes). It was a great adventure.
I emailed the property manager with a couple questions. They answered my questions within an hour or so each time.
We would definitely use this rental again!

The description of the condo was accurate. It is well appointed, comfortable, a little hard to find the first time but very nice. It was clean, well maintained and fully equipped; the carpet might need replacement in the near future but still holding. Definitely recommended!

Great location. We have rented here before and unfortunately the place is getting rougher looking every time we come. The carpets are quite stained and ragged on the edges. We were told that the pools are heated, but the water is freezing. Many people came to the pool and then left when they realized how cold the water was.

I stayed here for a music festival about 5 miles away for 5 days. At first, I thought it was gonna be like a motel like setup but was surprised it was more of a home. This place is the best stocked condo I've ever been too. It's complete with cups,plates, cooking utensil, complimentary ice, water, beer, snacks, soda on the fridge, sewing kits and many more. There are also laundry soap, fabric freshener, mops, broom, etc. on the washer/dryers. Board games, magazines, books, videos, ironing board, iron, etc. There are also extra blankets/pillow/towels if needed. This is the only condo I've ever been with a total black out curtain if you need that extra sleep during the day. Although, I only stayed at night to shower/sleep as most of the time I'm at the festival most of the day. I would stay again at this place if available.

But I found the living room furniture and mattress old and uncomfortable Also the sofa cushions and bed pillows were old worn and smelled like perspiration Also the living room carpet was dirty and the wi fi was not working Next time I would ask a lot more questions before booking a condo in the future

We stayed here 4 nights in late February escaping the extremely snowy and cold weather in northern Arizona. We visited Ladder and Painted Canyons that provided us a fun hiking experience. We will return to the area to explore more in the future.

This condo worked great for us. We walked to The Old Town of La Quinta for coffee, wonderful ice cream, great meals and Sunday markets for fruit and veggies. The pool and hot tub were located close to us and really felt great. This was our first time to stay in California and we are extremely pleased with our choice.
