Bienvenue à notre place Nana, Ventnor Beach House! La maison de A Beautiful 1900 avec le charme de la plage ancienne qui a été entièrement rénové en 2013. Cette immense maison de 5 chambres et 2 salles de bain a amplement d'espace pour toute votre famille, 12 personnes! Le Ventnor Beach House dispose d'un grand porche couvert avec table et chaises en plein air, idéal pour le café du matin ou après-midi belles à l'ombre. Le premier étage dispose d'une grande cuisine, grande salle à manger, salon avec 42 pouces. Télévision à écran plat et canapé-lit. Aussi au premier étage, il ya une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète et une salle de boue avec laveuse et sécheuse.
Au deuxième étage, il ya 4 autres chambres, salle de bain complète, et la lecture coin. Les lits sont dotés de couettes et d'oreillers, s'il vous plaît apporter vos propres draps et serviettes.
Chambre 1: lit queen size au 1er étage, entrée privée à salle de bain complète.
Chambre 2: lit queen size avec télévision par câble.
Chambre 3: lit Queen Size
Chambre 4: Full Size Bed
Chambre 5: 2 lits jumeaux
La cour privée avec clôture de protection de 6 pieds et la porte est un endroit idéal pour les enfants à jouer et de stocker votre matériel de plage et des vélos. Il dispose d'une douche et de propane en plein air barbecue.
Situé à 2 blocs de la plage, 4 blocs de Ventnor Pier Pêche, 2 blocs de la baie. Autour du coin est du centre-ville de Ventnor, facilement à pied de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant les vacances sans même avoir à monter dans la voiture. Dans 2 blocs de nombreux restaurants, marché alimentaire, Rite Aid, magasins d'alcool, église, salon de manucure.

The location was great, and the property manager was very responsive. The house was was very spacious. The beach chairs and boogie board weren't in great shape, but other than that, no issues

Ashley was attentive and accommodating along with keeping us informed. It was nice to spend our vacation in a quiet town that was not crowded during the pandemic. The property was true to listing and worked well for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It is a short walk to the beach and nearby markets and restaurants.

We had a great time in Ventnor. The house was great and in the perfect location.

The house was located in the perfect spot. Two blocks away from the beach and quiet boardwalk of Ventnor City, a 15 minute drive to the excitement of Atlantic City, and very close to Lucy the Elephant in Margate City.
There is a small bakery (Agnes Cafe) only a block away where we got fresh muffins and bagels for breakfast. There is also a 24 hour Rite Aid within walking distance. We enjoyed a very popular ice cream shop (Sundaze) that had a line out the door.
Then residence uses window ac units which ended up being great since one couple liked temperatures in the high 60’s and other in the high 70’s.
The place was enough room for 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 5. The owner was easily available if needed. The only issues (which were not brought up with the owner because they were not major, more as suggested improvements) are the window treatment in the first floor bathroom does not give one the sense of privacy when using the bathroom or showering at night. They can easily be seen through by the next door neighbor. The only other issue was the railings on the second floor around the stairwell were lower than what both families were accustomed to and were slightly concerning with young climbers.
