Property was nice and clean. I did get charged for a pet which I did not bring. We had a nice stay, too bad the weather wasn’t the same.

My family just got home from a nice long weekend! The owner was great throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to questions before booking and sent along very detailed instructions/directions after the final payment had been made. This was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented through this site! The kitchen was charming and well stocked with all kinds of spices and utensils. The bathroom shower was beautifully tiled and there was even an outdoor shower (wasn’t warm enough weather for us to test out.) The fenced in yard is also great for kids or pets. 15 minute walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and lots of shops & restaurants downtown.

First weekend down to the Cape did not disappoint. We have many family mbrs in the area so it was great to have a place to stay while visiting. This place is close to all shops and very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time. Our dog loves running around in the yard. Very quiet street. Near shopping and places to eat. We were here last year and will be back next year.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Not too big, not too small cape on a very quiet street that is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The fenced-in yard was probably the best part though. Our puppy had the time of her life

We love it here and have stayed many times. The house is cute with a fenced in backyard and an outdoor patio. You can cook in the kitchen or eat out with many great restaurants near.

This cute cottage fit the bill perfectly for our family of three plus doggo. Chris's write-ups were spot-on, there was lots of info available inside the cottage, the place was neat as a pin, and the location was an ideal jumping-off point for adventures, whether walking or driving. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and will likely come back again if we decide to vacation in the area. It is a comfortable and roomy house, with many amenities, and a short walk from a beautiful beach. The house is well-cared for.

Nice little spot to spend a long weekend! House was all warmed up for us when we arrived, fully equipped kitchen, lots of blankets. Very convenient location. Fenced in yard was great for the pup.

Christine was great and communicated quickly. There were no renters before or after us, so she let us in early and stay late. This was great to be able to have a fun extra day before checking out. I spent the weekend on Cape Cod during a frigid weather storm. Temperatures were below zero and 40mph winds. The house was perfect for a comfortable peaceful weekend. It was clean and in a good location. The furniture was comfortable and the shower had wonderfully hot water. The yard was fenced and quite big for my four legged friend. Christine, the owner, was responsive and easily available.

The house is located in a good neighborhood, a 15 min walk to the ocean. Very comfortable, a huge fenced backyard. A perfect place to stay.

My husband, dog and I had a great weekend getaway here. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach and also close to stores and restaurants. Nice quiet street and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend this lovely place!

This home is well appointed with all the basic staples needed to enjoy a home away from home. The recent updates to kitchen and bathroom make a nice touch to what's original in the home. Kitchen is well equipped and owner has thoughtfully stocked it for her guests. 2 comfy bedrooms with cable TV comfy as well. Lots of light with windows in living room. Great space for a couple or small family. Yard also is big and great deck too for outside dinners on the grill. Bonus too outdoor shower . Perfect beach stay and can walk rite to town. Places to eat, cocktail, and shop. Quaint and quiet.

Great spot, close to everything in Dennis and Harwich. Communication with the host was perfect. Will be back!

We stayed for few days and enjoyed very much. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The backyard with the fance was a plus for our dog. The beach was not to far nice walk. A sweet cottage that accommodates 3- 4 comfortably. The location is great, mid Cape, for touring. Chris is a responsive owner who will answer any questions in a timely manner. The kitchen is a bit small, but the new counter area and stools adds additional seating. We had a great time on the Cape, and a nice and reasonable place to stay.

My daughter and I loved this little cottage. We brought our dog Chance and he loved romping around in beautifully landscaped yard. Very cozy stay. We look forward to coming back again

We booked for a month and could have stayed longer if responsibilities at home weren't calling for our return. As soon as we left we booked 2 weeks for 2023. Convenient, centrally located, and walking distance for all your needs, including a nice beach. Great place, Chris is a wonderful host. Two thumbs way up!

What a pleasure to rent here! Not only was the cottage incredibly clean, but we wanted for nothing (outside of doing our own grocery shopping!). The kitchen had plenty of supplies, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the bathroom was recently renovated and spotless. The gas grill, patio, smart tv, Wi-Fi, fenced in yard, and outdoor shower were major bonuses. The AC units and fan positioned in the living room kept us plenty comfortable. The cottage’s location was perfect to travel west, north or east and not have to be in the car very long. There was a playground and multiple food establishments all within walking distance. I can barely criticize a summer home for having a few ants in the kitchen (those little tiny ones that sneak their way in, couldn’t even find where they entered from) but I guess you can call that a con. My family had such a wonderful time at this adorable little home, I can’t wait to book again!

I booked this home for my sister’s family. The three of them enjoyed the home and convenient location. It met all our expectations.

We were very comfortable in this house. It had everything we needed, and the owner was responsive and friendly.

Chris was lovely to rent from and was very communicative with us before and during our stay. She even allowed us to stay one more night past our original agreement, which allowed my husband to spend some more quality time with his friends that live on Cape. We are grateful for her hospitality. Our favorite part was the deck and yard and my kids spent their time finding rocks and leaves and enjoying eating outside. It was very peaceful. My only concern was that the air conditioning units and furniture, especially the beds and mattresses, could use updating. Overall, we had a wonderful few days. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Chris’ place in Dennis. Our dog loved the beautiful fenced in backyard! Great location to walk to town, bars, cafes, and the beach! Only minor complaint was there was a smell coming from the kitchen we couldn’t identify. Would definitely come back.

This is the cutest little cottage on Cape Cod. It is the perfect size for a small family like ours ( Two kids/two adults and our dog). It is in the perfect location and is very close to many beloved restaurants in the are including Sundae School. You can tell the cottage is well maintained and loved by the owner. The outdoor garden is beautiful and one of my favorite aspects of the cottage. The fenced in yard is great if your dog is accompanying your family. The owner (Chris) was an excellent communicator- and was helpful! We booked for next year on our first night staying. See you next year Dennisport !

The house is so cute and so clean. Outside yard is very pretty with all the flowers and grass is mowed. Everything was taken care of and was close to everywhere we went. Exactly what we needed and would go again. Thanks

Nicely maintained and renovated property within easy walking distance to the beach. Fenced yard great for children. Nice shed to protect bikes from rain.

Everything was just as described. I agree that small dogs could fit under the fence. I kept my eye on my dog while he enjoyed the freedom of the yard.
