Great CDA introduction. Wonderful location close to town, comfy/cozy home in a lovely walkable neighborhood near Tubbs Hill. Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery. Bunnies and turkeys abound!

We only stayed for one night, but we’re very happy with the house. Great neighborhood, close to the lake, close to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute property in a very convenient location. The property is very dark inside due to the stain glass windows and overgrown trees and bushes. AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The outside could use a washdown as it was very dusty with cobwebs when sitting outside. Great location walking distance from the beach, Tubbs Hill, and downtown. We would stay again.

This location is perfect for walking to the beach, hiking trails by the lake, walking downtown for coffee and dinner. The property is so quiet , quaint neighborhood, and great for reading outside, happy hours at home, journaling. Wonderful stay!

I took myself to Coeur d'Alene to have a quiet few days by myself in an area I've always been curious about. It was a quaint cottage near town and was perfect for just myself but would also be good for a couple. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The owner was accommodating for my needs and it was a lovely stay in this special town. I enjoyed my visit! Thank you!

We had a fabulous time in CDA, staying in this cottage home. We couldn't have found a more perfect location - just walk out the door for wonderful lakeside hiking. And we really enjoyed using the bikes for a lovely ride on the Centennial Trail, through McEuen Park and along the lake and riverside. The neighborhood is beautiful and everything was easily accessible from this place. The interior is good, comfortable bed, SUPER comfortable reclining couch, large tub. We prepared meals using the Weber in the backyard. Highly recommend this place as a home base- especially if you plan on enjoying most activities outside the rental, in the heart of CDA.

Neighborhood was very quiet, provisoning was absolutely great. A perfect added touch were the stained glass windows. We both loved the shower. Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful city and we certainly enjoyed the downtown shopping. The visit with our friend was wonderful. Should we come back we will certainly look to obtaining this place.

My wife and I have now stayed three times and each time has been fantastic. I liked the quiet, solitude, and ease of access to the property. It’s a short walk to the waters of Coeur de Alene lake and it's nice to take a walk from the front door. There was also a trail around the point that allowed one to see a beautiful part of the lake.

Ramon’s property is spectacular! It’s an adorable, well-appointed cottage steps from the lake and everything downtown CdA has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Ramon is also wonderful—book this home if you can!

We loved staying at this cottage. It was a beautiful February weekend and we loved exploring Tubbs Hill, which was only 1 block away. After our hike, we loved walking through the beautiful neighborhood and admiring the lakefront homes. The host was very responsive and check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, it was average. No amenities and sparsely staged. Was clean and the big bath tub was fun but I almost fell trying to get in and out. The hot water took forever to come on too. Like I said, not bad, but not great either. The check in process was super easy and location was great.

This property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and close to so many restaurants and amenities. We were able to ride our e-bikes everywhere with easy to find bike lanes.

Great place for two people. Comfortable bed, recently updated bathroom and kitchen. Wonderful neighborhood, house was within a 2 minute walking distance. The Tugg's Hill walking trail is also a 2 minute walk.

A great rental home, close to downtown shopping about a 12-13 minute walk (super quick drive), Tubbs Hill trailhead practically out your back door, Sanders Beach super close as well. Just a wonderful location, little secluded home in a nice little neighborhood, perfect for a couple, comfortable queen bed, AC, kitchen satisfied our needs with one bathroom. Probably no more expensive than a hotel during peak season. We look forward to coming back soon!

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The location was quiet and close to downtown. We were able to do the river walk and Tubbs Hill. Everything was supplied to make delicious meals every day. The comfy furnishings made the stay even more enjoyable.
