A great place to unwind and relax! The house was clean and had everything! It was very comfortable for a family of 4. The beach is a short walk on a quiet street. The in ground pool was a great addition also! There are stores and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We would definitely return!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at this house during our summer vacation. The house is so close to the beach, the shops/restaurants and the pier on the river. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the back porch. Ron, the host, was quick to respond to anything we needed. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Home is very cozy and clean. The pool is very nice as is the covered and screened back porch. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach is very convenient. Our youngest grandson had never seen the ocean and he had an absolutely great time playing in the ocean. I highly recommend this home and we’ll book it again when we go back.

Great location within walking distance to both sunrise and sunset over the water. Lovely big beach close enough to walk back for lunch. Ron, we really appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach cart. The house was clean and well equipped with ample linens, but the air-conditioning can be a little loud at night. The pool is perfect for early morning or evening swims. The Melbourne Market is within walking distance and offers fresh pizza, but don't miss the smoothies at Cafe Surfinista. Overall, we had a great stay and felt right at home. Thanks for sharing Ron.

Clean, comfortable, convenient - ideal for 4 of us to have a beach holiday. Easy walk to the beach which was quiet and lovely sand and the host provided everything we needed. Swimming pool and screened in patio was where we spent all our time. Quick responses from host and property manager to any questions. The sleeper sofa is new and sooo comfortable! Parents and 3 young adults ages 21-25. Property was actually closer to the beach than what we thought (only 4 houses away from the ocean)! You could hear the crash of the waves from the house. Ron was excellent at communicating from booking, answering all of my questions and well wishes! Beautiful landscape and the pool is was great!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is perhaps the best feature. It is perfectly located, a 3 min walk to the beach on a quiet street. The beach was not crowded at all. It is a short drive to more activities in Cocoa Beach. We liked that we could also walk to the grocery store, library, restaurants, local park (great play structures for all ages). The pool in the back yard is wonderful for a refreshing dip in the summer heat. Lots of pool and beach toys to choose from, great for families. The house was very clean. We would definitely come back to stay.

The real gem in this property was the porch and pool area. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and the pool must be virtual brand new. Loved it.

Wonderful Property! I grew up in Melbourne Beach and my father did as well. Parents still live in FLA but not in Mel Beach. I thought it would be fun to host my parents and a couple of friends to share my 5oth birthday in our old stomping grounds. We could not have been happier with the house or our time on Avenue B. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again. The pool was just perfect, beds and baths were comfy. We brought our own beach stuff because we live on the beach in Charleston, SC but there were chairs, toys, floats etc available for your enjoyment. The host was super responsive. Great Stay. Peace at the beach had everything you need to enjoy Melbourne.
We barely had to use our vehicles because the beach and the store are walking distance.
We saw sea turtles twice at night during our stay- magical.
The only thing to be aware of is that the plumbing is sensitive (there is signage in every bathroom/kitchen) and to take that seriously.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! Everything was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked which was a huge plus. The screened in porch and pool were wonderful and it was such a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was so nice. We wanted a clean house that wasn't in the middle of all the tourists. We wanted a pool for the little kids, but something that was still close to shops and restaurants. This was all that. Just what we needed
After a few days at Disney World, this was the perfect place to wind down. The house was just right for our family of four (including two teenagers). Between the beach and the pool, there was really no need to go anywhere else! The location, pool, amenities, quality of the provided items (linens, towels, kitchen wares) was very good. We had the most amazing family vacation at this property and feel like it’s a great value. Imagine pouring your cup of coffee and walking to the beach to drink it with the sunrise. Then you return home, and spend the afternoon poolside. Dinner was mostly carry out due to covid precautions, but that wasn’t a bad thing as we enjoyed meals in the screened in porch. We will definitely stay here again. Excellent and immediate communication from the host. Zero to critique or complain about. We loved everything.

Peace of the Beach is a 10 out of 10! Everything in the listing is as advertised, but the description really doesn’t do it justice. Ron was a great host, and was easy to communicate and work with. As for the property, you cannot and will not find better accommodations and location. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to a private beach access and it was so nice having a private pool in the backyard; the best of both worlds. Compared to other beaches in the area, this quiet beach town has a lot to offer. Great restaurants and places to grab a quick bite for the family are just a short walk or bike ride away (Oceanside Pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had no joke). I just cannot say enough good things about our trip and experience. Our family is counting down the days until we visit again. Thanks Ron!

We loved the property and how close it was to everything. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy your stay plus a few extras, ie. beach umbrella and beach tent. The house was nicely decorated and the had everything needed to cook a nice meal. The pool was great for the kids as we prepared dinner. Can't say enough about the house. It takes one minute to walk to the beach...so close and so nice to have the water right there. We will definitely come back.

Weekend in paradise
Having been working in the hospital the last couple of weeks, I needed to go somewhere to uplift my spirits and just relax. This house in Melbourne beach was perfect! Great attention to detail, felt homey and inviting. The pool area and manicured backyard were amazing to spend the evenings playing board games. Walking distance to the beach, with beach cart and umbrellas and all the needed beach gadgets available to use. Also walking distance to the pier to watch the sunset. So beautiful! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot to come and get to relax and not have to worry about anything, because the house is fully equipped. We had a fantastic time and hope to be back soon!

This house is nicely updated, a beautiful pool and screened back porch for evening gathering. The lights on the back porch were a nice touch. The garage had many beach items including a wheeled cart that would have been used if the weather cooperated. Ceiling fans in each bedroom were lovely for guests that need the breeze for a good night's sleep. This house is steps away from the beach and an easy walk to a fantastic market. Everything we needed was provided - from extra soap to pool towels. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly Peaceful
This property was wonderful! The house was very clean, welcoming and fully equipped. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to several very good bars/restaurants. In addition, a grocery store and playground were within walking distance, so great for our family. The beach access was only a few houses down and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We were so pleased to witness 8 sea turtles nesting while there and even 2 babies! The bikes included made it even more fun, but our favorite part of the house was the pool. It was heaven! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location!
This house is truly amazing! It is comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. The host, Ron, responded to every question and even adjusted our dates at the last minute. It is very close to the beach (easily walkable) and also close to many restaurants and stores. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed!
