Communication with Pam was fantastic from the initial booking all the way until the end of our trip, we loved the place and will definitely be back again. The condo is clean, cozy, and is more than you could ask for when renting a place. There was plenty of spices for cooking, wood for the fireplace, and the bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. It is a short drive to Vail where we spent most of our time skiing, snowboarding, and sightseeing. We loved the place Pam and we will be back again!

The photographs do not do justice. We've visited Beaver Creek several times, and this condo is our favorite place by far. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy fireplace to the clean bathrooms with plenty of everything, we enjoyed our stay here immensely. Pamela's home was a wonderful place to chill post-skiing, and has a nice floor plan conducive to spending quality time with your fellow travelers. We played games, cooked dinner, and built fires. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, ground-level, very clean condo with gorgeous view of the park. Wood burning fireplace and gas BBQ on back patio were greatly appreciated and frequently used. Kitchen was stocked with every cooking item you could possibly need. Close to Avon Village and Bus Stop is right in front of condo complex. Owner is very responsive and great to work with.... I’ll definitely be back.

We visit Eagle County every spring break. The family enjoyed staying at this location, and will be looking to book it again next year.

Loved everything about the condo! Very clean, updated bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds and a real wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood. Pamela was very responsive and answered all questions. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Avon. I would recommend the condo to anyone staying in Avon.

My wife and I stayed in Pamela’s condo for a month in January and absolutely loved it. The pictures can’t do it justice! The view is amazing, proximity to town and skiing is great, the condo is furnished with everything you need, and the furniture (including the beds) is incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

This condo was exactly what we had hoped for. We wanted a place that had outdoor space so our girls had plenty of room to play in the snow and this location and layout was perfect. Our girls could play in the snow while we watched them from the living room. There was also a nice sledding hill we could walk to and a playground they were able to play on. The indoor space also met all of our needs for our family of four. Would definitely choose this place again when traveling to the area.

Get condo for skiing Beaver Creek. Condo had comfortable beds, nice pillows, firewood, laundry detergent, all kitchen appliances. Everything you would need, no last minute trips to grocery store. Five minute drive to Elk parking lot where you can park and catch shuttle to mountain for $10 per day. Which was perfect as I’m a half day skier and it was easy to pick up rest of family at end of day. Covered parking at condo was a plus too. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for 12 days in July and much enjoyed the place. It‘s spacious, cozy, well taken care of, the kitchen cabinets hold everything you need. We loved sitting on the porch or at the lake (1 min away). Great water sport activities going on, you even can swim there. We also liked the short distance walk to downtown Avon for dinner. Pamela is a very nice owner who answers quickly to all questions. We will definitely try to spend more vacation days at this relaxing place.

Great place and an awesome setting.

We had quite a nice stay here. It was totally comfortable, well appointed, and most of all -- clean! It may not be important to all, but internet access was rock solid (sometimes there was a need to work remote in the evenings). Access to the blue line for skiing access was a plus. Eating in is always better than eating out, so the full kitchen was put to good use, as was the grill. Also, the "private" feel added to the comfort -- the living room sliding door opens to full open space with a really nice view. Pam was communicative, and she made the process for staying really easy. You can't go wrong with this place! It's definitely at the top of my list to stay again for a future ski trip!

This is the third time we've stayed at Buck Creek in Avon. It's a perfect location either summer or winter. This unit has nicely refurbished bathrooms and everything we needed for a family of 3 (in our case)...would certainly handle more. Pamela is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The condo was perfect! Had everything we needed and was so convenient to be able to walk out the door to the lake. Beds were comfy. We didn’t use the sofa bed so not sure how that was. Only bad thing was we tried to vacuum since we tracked in some grass and the sliding door to the closet was broken so we could not get the vacuum, but not a big deal. We would definitely stay again. The owners were easy to deal with.

We were completely satisfied with the condo. It's location was convenient and close to town and Beaver Creek, where we skied. Vail was a bit further but still very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provided us with the space and privacy we wanted. The wood burning fireplace was stocked and ready to enjoy, which we did! The covered parking space was perfect. The view out the living room was lovely. We would stay again and highly recommend it!

We have stayed in this lovely condo before and came back to it because we love the location. Sitting on the ground-floor deck in the afternoons watching the families enjoying the lake or biking or playing Disc Golf has become one of my favorite vacation pastimes. Avon is a very friendly town and it's not unusual for people to say 'Hello' when passing by. We plan on returning every summer.

We are very fortunate to stay for one week in this condo in July 2015. Everything about the condo was perfect and as described. Nice furniture and decorating. Amazing view. Worth of mentioning is that the City Avon’s July 4th firework was right outside of the condo on the lake. Honestly speaking, I have never experienced a more spectacular firework night. The condo is also very close to everything in Avon. More importantly, the owner Pam was so great and took great care of us. She even left us with beers to celebrate the July 4th! We do feel at home :-) We came from Oklahoma and were amazed that we actually didn’t need any AC in the summer. It’s just so cool and comfortable with the soft breezes. We stayed at this condo January 2014. The owners were very helpful in the reservation process. The condo was as described. The kitchen was very well stocked and we felt right at home !! Enjoyed the view and also liked the fact that one parking spot was covered (it was nice not to have to clean off the car each day due to the abundant snowfall!!) This condo was a perfect size for the four of us and would highly recommend it !!

This condo was perfect! It is right on the lake where you can fish, and there's a great walking/biking/running trail around the lake as well. The location is perfect--right down the mountain from Beaver Creek, about 10 minutes from Vail, and about 45 minutes from Breckenridge. The condo was spotless and the kitchen provided everything we could as for. We had a wonderful time.

The owners of this condo took very good care of us as there were a couple of details that had to be taken care of when we arrived! We were very comfortable here and the price was just right. The view is wonderful as we looked out onto a lake with the mountains in the background. Great location for people watching as there is a trail leading around the lake. The condo is located on the first level with an open porch, so you can walk right out on the lawn from your back door and down to the trail and the lake. The bus stop is right out front by the parking garage. We used the bus several times to get to the gondola which then took us to one of the Beaver Creek lifts. It was quite convenient and not a big deal for us. This condo is close to everything! We recommend Larkburger in Edwards. We also would recommend this property to friends or relatives.

We enjoyed our stay in Avon. The condo is well kept and conventient to Beaver Creek/Vail ski areas at a very reasonable cost. Although not huge, the condo did accommodate our family of four very well. The view of the lake is wonderful and the proximity to the Avon Rec center for afternoon hot tubbing (fee) and local park is terrific. The owners are very helpful and easy to contact.

We had a great time at this condo for 5 nights. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and plenty of pots and pans. Nice Bose sound system with ipod hookup and HD TV. Walking distance to Restaurants and bars made this a great location in Avon. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Thanks.

This was a great place to stay - close to all amenities, fabulous view, very comfortable condo. We really appreciated all the cut firewood, the hot tub after a day of skiing. The condo was very well equipped, I don;t think there was one thing that we wanted that was not there already. The owner was very helpful with answering all our questions, and giving us good tips. We would certainly stay here again, and recommend it to our friends.

We arrived on July 1st and stayed through July 5. The view from the condo is beautiful and the condo itself was very nice. It had all the amenities we needed plus some. The fireworks show was amazing...definitely the best we have ever seen! We all plan on returing for another vacation in Avon at the buck creek condo! :) Helen & Sky Lyon

From the moment we walked in the front door, we were amazed by our good fortune to be staying here for 2 weeks. The view of Nottingham Lake and Beaver Creek Mountain is breathtaking. The location is quiet and private yet close to everything. Minutes from the slopes - both Beaver Creek and Vail, hiking areas, food, and shopping. Also, the Avon Recreation Center is 3 minutes away with indoor swimming pools and a state of the art work out facility. Daily passes are very inexpensive. We were so comfortable during our stay, we did not want to leave. This well decorated, clean and modern home has every accommodation that you could possibly need. We found comfy beds, a beautiful stone fireplace, nice outdoor patio and a great kitchen that is well provisioned. The Owners were very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend this home and we will be back next year!
