Spiral Stairs 4 A&B est un condominium confortable et parfaitement situé de trois chambres et deux salles de bain dans le couloir de gondole! L'escalier en colimaçon comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande chambre principale avec un lit king-size, une deuxième chambre privée avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative et une couchette de capitaine. L'accès facile à toutes les attractions de Telluride et son prix abordable en font un choix parfait pour le voyageur soucieux de son budget. La base de la télécabine et de l'ascenseur 8 sont faciles à parcourir à pied. Avec deux pâtés de maisons de la rue principale, faire du shopping, profiter de nos restaurants 5 étoiles et de la vie nocturne, sera un jeu d'enfant! Le salon a une vue magnifique sur le bout du canyon et l'unité a une ambiance éclectique. Le condo a la télévision par câble et il y a une buanderie à pièces dans le bâtiment ainsi qu'un parking couvert. Escaliers en colimaçon est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances à Telluride! Very comfortable, cozy beds and comfortable lounging area. Fantastic location right in town a half a block from the gondola. Looks like owners use the place and have it well furnished with cookware, appliances, teas, spices, etc. Only issue we had was with trying to understand how parking worked for a second car. It's not made very clear in the communications from the property manager (but they very much cleared things up eventually). It would be good to put something in the binder about parking on the street.

Amazing location in Telluride! Only downside was it was HOT. Some windows didn’t open and one bedroom didn’t have screens on the windows and they opened right to a shared patio (not a huge deal, but couldn’t leave the windows open at night to cool the room down). There were plenty of fans to use in the rental though. Overall, a pleasant stay with unbeatable location.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to gondola, trails and shops & restaurants! Wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit. But would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay there again!

First things first, the location. It couldn't have been better. About a block and a half from the gondola, breweries on both sides, a liquor/beer store below, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We didnt get in a vehicle one time the entire week and we ate sushi/thai/steak/pizza/bar food. The place was clean and had ample space for 4 friends on a guys trip, and could have even added a 5th because the couch was comfortable. Check in and out process was seamless. Telluride was the best overall ski vacation experience I ever had. When I go back, I won't even shop around for another place, I'll rebook this condo.

Views from the living room couldn't be beat, the condo was clean and the location was superb. The condo was also well stocked. If you want to do laundry, you'll need to use the condo's community laundry that uses coins. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

Everything was perfect from communication pre-arrival and throughout the stay. Home is even better than the pictures! Such a cozy spot and the views from the living room are breathtaking. We prefer being close to all the downtown amenities but it’s just a block from the gondola to head over to the village. I’d highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Awesome Place!
This property was better than advertised! Great location, 2 blocks from Main Street and 1 block from the Gondola. Extremely close to the park, with multiple hikes right out the front door. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location, nice comfy condo!
We had a great stay in Telluride, could walk two minutes to Baked in Telluride then off to the gondola and ski for the day right down to a one minute walk back. Close to great restaurants, the vibrant downtown and lots of things to do with our 5 year old. The management group took care of everything, made all the details super clear and were easy to each if needed. We would stay with them again!

Perfect For a Family
We loved this condo located right in the heart of Telluride. The location was perfect, only minutes away from the main street, gondolas and the most beautiful walking path on the San Miguel River. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well stocked for our small family and dog. There were beautiful views of the mountains out of the living room & one of the guest room's windows. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We definitely will stay at one of their properties again.

The condo was bright, airy, spacious, and fully furnished. We were 1/2 block away from the gondola, we were on the same street as some incredible restaurants, and the view out of our window were the mountains that you see on Coors Light commercial.
