It was great! Wish there were more chairs outside around the pool like the pictures showed, but overall a great place in a great location!

Overall really good time! The location was awesome!
Only things we were kinda disappointed in…. I know in the listing it says consumable products not provided however, a lot of the other VRBO we have been to have had ample supplies which is just nice when you are traveling from far away. The shower/sinks need drainio just heads up! Also, could use more than two wine glasses. Overall a good time and the pool was beautiful. Just a few suggestions :)

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family with older teens. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed the pool area and being able to walk everywhere.

Wow location was better than I even thought it was going to be. No need for a car here, you can walk anywhere! The home was spotless, pool was perfect, and checkin/checkout couldn’t have been more accommodating! Saving this home for our next visit to Siesta Key.

This townhome was exactly as promised. We had no issues with it, and would be staying here again. It was 5 min walk to downtown, and 10 min to the beach. Perfect!!!

The rental process was easy and without incident. We had to contact the property management a couple of times and always received quick responses.
The property was clean and as described. There are some home improvements that could be made but this did not deter our enjoyment of the property or our vacation.

Non Responsive from property manager
The property was very nice .. pretty much as you see online. Well stocked and clean. Location fantastic. The problem I had was with the lack of response and follow up from the property manager. I reported a problem with the back door lock the day of arrival and he said someone would be out on Monday and they never showed up. I called back Tuesday and he said he would call it in again .. in the meantime we had another issue with no hot water to the tub, which I reported at this time. No one showed up all week to address these things and no follow up from the manager. We also had no gas when we went to use the grill. Very disappointed in the lack of care from the property manager. Could not use the tub all week. But I will say Seista Key is beautiful and the property itself is fantastic.

You can not fault the location of the property for access to village and wonderful beaches.
We all thought the property needed up dating dark and dismal, beds were comfortable let down by un ironed bed linen did not have a clean appearance, I like my beds fresh and clean
Lack of outside seating area around pool small yard / garden could do with something to make it a more appealing place to sit.
We did have issues with pool, BBQ , a couple of bugs and smell out the front of house.
All these were dealt with immediately by John manager
Thank you for that.
I know we pay for the location the property was not cheap to rent,just expected more S travelled from UK

Great! Love the bikes and the location. Would stay here again. Front door could use a dedbolt or more security. I am sure this door code has been used in the past rentals. Upstairs DVD does not work. Loft cable is offline. Other than these small items...excellent.

This is a nice property. Biggest problem is the vast qualitative difference b/w the master suite and remaining small bedroom (furnished with your grandmother's oversized, 1950's knotty pine furniture) and vanity-less bathroom (no place for toiletries and grooming implements.) Fine for kids but doesn't really work for adults seeking rooms of adequate and comparable space, comfort and privacy. The rest of the house and pool are lovely, but for the pervasive and enduring smell of garbage, esp in the front entryway. Very unfortunate. A complete list of articles provided in the house was not forthcoming and would have allowed us to leave about 13 lbs of gear behind. I'm not sure why they cannot provide that in one, easy-access place, like an email, but the rental agent -- completely missing the point-- thought it was preposterous to complain that expectations were exceeded. I assure you, they were not.
