Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain mis à jour situé à distance de marche des remontées mécaniques Quicksilver au pied du Peak 9 et de l'école de ski de Breckenridge est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances à Breckenridge. Ce condo superbement situé et bien aménagé est à distance de marche des nombreux magasins, restaurants et cafés de la rue Main, ainsi que du populaire quartier des arts et de Riverwalk.
La location comprend l'accès à une piscine extérieure chauffée et à des bains à remous, à quelques pas du condo. Le club-house de la piscine, récemment rénové, comprend un vestiaire avec des douches. [IMPORTANT: la piscine et les bains à remous sont actuellement fermés et rouvriront en novembre 2019]
Un garage souterrain pour une voiture est inclus dans la location, ainsi qu'un permis de stationnement à l'extérieur dans les espaces de stationnement désignés Snow Drop Condominium. Les casiers à ski sont idéalement situés dans le garage.

My family and I stayed this past weekend and had an amazing visit. Camille was extremely communicative and we had no issues accessing the property. The condo is clean and roomy, perfect for a family. The location was amazing… we walked to everything on Main Street the whole weekend. Having access to the pool and hot tubs was also a plus, as they were very nice!

This was the perfect size for 2 parents with 2 adult kids. The balcony was nice to sit and enjoy a summer evening. The location is super close to the free bus. The condo was clean and a good size parking spot.

Condo is great for four people. Condo is very clean. Location is great - walking distance to conference at Beaver Run Resort (fun cut through the woods and next to river). And walkable to Main Street with all the great shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed a few night stay in Breck for a little family ski weekend. Plenty of beds for everyone, comunity pool was convenient and nice for kids. Kitchen and dining area were a bit tight for our group but thats the only complaint. Garage parking was nuce but the key access was a little inconvenient. Camille and her husband were fantastic with communication, check in and out were seamless.

My friends and I stayed here for our annual snowboarding trip. It fit all five of us comfortably and was in the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay! Plenty of beds for us all to sleep in and the living room was spacious enough for us all to hang out and watch tv while we recovered from a day of snowboarding. The parking garage with the ski locker was very convenient for us to park the car and leave all of our gear overnight. The quicksilver lift was about a 10 minute walk and we even saw a moose one morning on our way to the lift! In the evenings, we did the 10 minute walk to town to do a some shopping and have dinner. We were all very happy with our stay!

Very comfortable stay for our ski trip. Living room and kitchen are upstairs in the unit, bedrooms are downstairs, so I didn't disturb anyone the days I had to take video calls (wi-fi worked great). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, although town has loads of restaurants. The condo is next to a bus stop and about a 10-minute walk to Main Street. We only used our car the first night to get groceries, and then it stayed parked in underground garage (which also meant no snow to clean off when we left!). The unit has a ski locker in the garage as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen fully stocked, pantry with spices, condiments, coffee, filters. Views off balcony beautiful. Provided lots of towels, tp, toiletries. Hot tubs were a welcome indulgence after backpacking 4 days. Great location and I can’t say enough good things. Hosts were responsive and answered area questions. We would stay here again, next time longer. Highly recommend!

Camille was a fantastic host. Her condo had above and beyond anything you could possibly need while enjoying a little time away from home. We always look for a pool, and this location had a great pool with 4 hot tubs. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the deck watching a hummingbird flit from tree to tree. Close to Main Street, and great hiking trails within walking distance as well. Highly recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 5 (two adults, three kids, aged 10, 7, and 5) had a great time at Camille's place! The host was very communicative, the unit is exactly as listed, and the location was great. Camille's husband came by to fix a window when we first arrived and was incredibly helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants, and information about the bike race we were in town for. The two balconies were very enjoyable, and our kids especially loved the pool and hot tubs. Highly recommend!

This was a great condo for our summer vacay to Breckenridge. It was easy access to main attractions, but still quiet. My kids enjoyed using the pool and hot tub area. The condo was very comfortable and exactly as listed.

Great time in Breck. The location was great for walking into town and enjoying everything Main Street has to offer. A bit disappointed by the deck furniture and road noise while sitting outside in the morning. That did not stop us from a great time. The condo had everything needed.

Nice condo layout with 2 bedrooms, bathroom on 1st floor and living room, kitchen, bathroom on 2nd floor. Designated parking spot in garage, walk up a few flights of stairs to condo. Community pool about 1 block away behind condo but colder than expected in June. Communication was clear and easy to check in. Recommend for a stay in Breckenridge!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Owners were very responsive and the 10min walk to the mountain and 2 min walk to community hot tub was expected. The upstairs living room was very roomy and comfortable with fireplace. The drawbacks were the unit was quite dated - new bed linens, towels, pots, carpeting would go a long way toward making the unit feel more updated. Additionally, one thing I think would be helpful for future potential renters to know is there is only one small bathroom with a single sink on the lower floor, where the two bedrooms reside (the 2nd full bath is on the 2nd floor). The fact that we all had to share one sink and toilet, combined with noises emanating from the pipes/floor heater and master bed that was quite rickety, made sleeping through the night a challenge.

This property was as advertised! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The stairs were a bit challenging while loading and unloading of the vehicle. They were also not friendly after a day on the slopes. But really not a huge deal as this condo is only on the second floor with stairs in the condo as well! The walk into town was not too long and was very convenient. The walk to and from the Quicksilver on peak 9 was not too long either. But we chose to use the free shuttle most days which has a stop very close to the condo. Hauling ski gear around was easier with the shuttle. Overall a great experience and would rent this condo again!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, and we loved that it was 5 mins from Main Street and also 5 mins from the quicksilver lift. The condo has a nice ambiance and the TV in the living room was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

Our family of 6 had the most wonderful Christmas getaway here!! We loved having this cozy condo as our HQ while in Breckenridge. It is well-appointed and was stocked beyond our needs. We loved having a short walk into town each evening, and Camille was extremely helpful with local recommendations and quick to answer all questions. Highly recommended staying here!!

Perfect for a Breck getaway! Whether you want a relax and chill or active and more lively, you have it all. My only 4 star was on cleanliness, and it would have been 5 stars, and this is by no means complaining, but for the very expensive cleaning fee the tables in living room had layer of visible layer of dust. I may look into starting a cleaning biz in Breck cleaning condos for the rate charged I could do very well. And I would do an awesome job!

Perfect ski condo Peak 9
The check in process was frictionless, and the condo was perfect for my family of 3. It is close (0.5m) to town, restaurants, shops, etc. We were coming from 3 days in Colorado Springs, so we did small loads of laundry in the stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is well appointed with equpment and spices. The winter hot tub hours are 2-8 pm, but it would be nice if it were a little later to enjoy after dinner. The mountain closes at 4pm. We would love to stay here again.

We were 4 adult professionals who came to Breckinridge to ski. The accommodation was as advertised and the Breckinridge is a great little town with plenty of options for the apres ski activities. Skiing was great. All put together made into a winter getaway to remember.
