Notre maison de ville de luxe est située dans la communauté exclusive de Lakota, dans la sous-division Antlers, juste en face de la station de ski de Winter Park. Les vues sont inestimables et sont parmi les plus belles de Winter Park. Cette fabuleuse maison de ville offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une retraite de montagne parfaite.
La maison de ville est d'environ 1800 pieds carrés, trois chambres, deux salles de bains et demie et peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes / deux familles. Il y a un grand bain à remous privé situé à l'extérieur sur le pont inférieur qui surplombe le parc d'hiver et les montagnes de ski Mary Jane. L'unité est située sur un cul-de-sac donc il y aura un minimum de circulation et une allée plus longue pour le stationnement des invités supplémentaires.
Tout le chauffage au sol rayonnant en ardoise englobe le premier étage. Un garage attenant chauffé est disponible pour votre confort. Notre maison est à seulement deux dixièmes de mile du Winter Park 'Park and Ride' (2 parkings gratuits) où une navette gratuite vous emmènera à la station de ski ou à la ville. Ou, vous pouvez conduire environ 1 mile total jusqu'à la base et vous garer dans l'un des nombreux lots.

Property offered spectacular views of Winter Park ski slopes and easy access to ski resort shops, restaurants and town of Fraser. Main level is small and can be tight with multiple people moving about among oversized furnishings. Patio is good size with nice BBQ and very active Hummingbird feeder. Kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc but drawers were full of 'junk' and unnecessary miscellaneous clutter. Cabinet surfaces and stove top and were covered with dust and grease. Laundry facilities downstairs with only 4 Tidepods available and no bleach or dryer sheets. Nice sized master bedroom and bath area with walk-in closet but ceiling literally coated with dust. Overall worth the price paid and owners very nice but might want to consider a different management/maintenance company?

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautiful and perfect for our needs. The hosts were amazing. They were excellent at communicating with us and helping us with anything we needed. The location is so convenient to the village and the town of Winter Park and Frasier. We loved hanging out on the balcony with the hummingbirds. We also saw a deer and fox while we were out there. It's a little bit noisy from US 40 but because of all of the other great things about the house and location, it didn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay here over spring break and enjoyed near-perfect skiing conditions at Winter Park Resort.
The condo is everything you would want for a trip like this -- it's warm and very comfortable, with hot tub, wifi and well-stocked kitchen. The owners are very accessible if there's anything you need.
If there's any downside, it's the logistics of getting to and from the mountain. The free Winter Park "Green Line" bus picks up about 200 yards away, which can be a long walk when you're exhausted from a day of skiing and lugging all your gear. Worse though, the bus runs about every 30 minutes, and the route each way takes about 10-20 minutes. Which means, if you barely miss a bus, the trip could take about an hour. But hey, at least it's free.

The property is excellent and we would stay there again. Everything worked (TV, coffee maker, hot tub, etc.); property was well equiped and quite convenient to the gondola (a very short drive to the drop off point). The Master Suite upstairs is private and well separated from guests in an inviting and well lit basement. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

The views were outstanding and we enjoyed being able to cook our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I did not have to use any of the pantry items I normally travel with, with the exception of a dish towel. The townhome was a perfect location for our day hikes and I would definitely stay here again. A special thanks to the hosts for their quick responses to my questions!
Only negatives: A deep clean should be done under the couches/dressers/etc - my son's dog sniffed out a pill bottle and old baby treats, which we promptly threw away.
There were also issues with the TVs initially, but persistent rebooting and power cycling corrected this problem.

This property is clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It is well equipped to stay in, if needed. We were surprised to see more amenities/supplies than we expected. It’s in a great location, close to the Winter Park Ski Area. The owners were very responsive. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable time. We’ll definitely look for this property again when we return to Winter Park.

One of the best stocked kitchens in a rental. Loved use of the spices, dry goods and condiments. Waffle iron, griddle pan, and dual coffee maker all pluses. Plenty of space for family of 5. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood across the streer from Winter Park Resort. Able to see slopes from your living room views.

The condo was perfect for our family and friends ski vacation to WinterPark. The owners Kevin and Troye were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking process. As shown the townhome is very clean, well maintained and a very comfortable place for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen, outdoor grill and hot tub allowed us to enjoy family time after days skiing.
Owner communication was perfect. We will return to 505 !!

For years we have driven past Lakota and I ve said , that’s where we need to stay as we drove into town or Fraser. Man, was I right… Being able to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while looking out the wall of windows facing directly at the ski area. Super convenient, dog friendly and your own garage are just a few of the other things that really made our stay just perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen and those heated floors….we will be back.

This property was so charming and lodge feeling. We loved the decor and the proximity to the ski village was awesome. You do have to cross a main highway at the bottom of the hill, but there is a pedestrian walk across at the light.
The place is well stocked, especially the kitchen. Don't buy any spices or oils!! It was so easy to cook there.
The owner is avail via text or phone call at anytime. We conversed several times throughout our stay with me asking questions about the area, etc. Very responsive and super friendly.
The hot tub is the nicest I have ever been in. Well maintained, crystal clean and huge. We used it daily. Also, good service on it - as we were there 1 week and it was serviced mid way through.
The beds were comfortable, and the master upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs worked nicely for families.
If I could find any critique it would be the windows need help. We were there summer and constantly wanted them opened during day and closed at night (at least on ground floor). This wasn't easy since most handles/cranks are broken - but the owner is on it and knows it's an inconvenience and I would guess they will be fixed by the next time we stay here. Yes, we would definitely return. It was a great experience on the end of a cul-de-sac and so very nice. Loved the garage.
The back deck does overlook a highway (well, trees buffer the physical appearance), but you do hear the sound. Again, slight inconvenience, but certainly not a deal breaker. Too many other great features to focus on that.

We had a wonderful time in Winter Park. The townhome is located in a nice community and was very comfortable. The vrbo pictures are representative. The location is perfect too, just outside of town and a short drive to many hiking trails to the north and south. We prepared our morning and evening meals at the property which had all the conveniences of home. The owners were very friendly and promptly returned phone calls, text, and emails.

Wow, what isn't there to like about this property. It starts with the mountain cabin ambiance and the excellently equipped kitchen. Then you look out any of the huge windows or step onto the deck and take in the amazing view. There are tons of trails to continue that view within minutes of the condo, or all of the summer activities offered just across the street at Winter Park Resort (we loved the all inclusive pass for the alpine slide, kids activities, putting green, and gondola to the top.) Shops, stores, and restaurants are all close by with many excellent options.
If you are looking for a great location, amazing ambiance, excellent views, and close proximity to fun and nature - this is the right choice.

It was a great place in a great location and the hosts were excellent. There was initially some confusion with the cleaning staff before we first arrived and the hosts resolved it immediately. They were very responsive and hospitable. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again if the place available for a future visit.

This beautiful property and location were perfect for the 7 of us. This TH has all the amenities and comforts of home. We used the hot tub several times a day. We cooked almost all our meals at the TH because the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything about this property was super comfortable!! The Christmas decorations were the best and added to our holiday trip!! The close proximity to the ski resort was super convenient…mins to the lift! We would love to come back in the future ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Troye and Kevin’s place! They were extremely helpful with information even before our arrival. The place was great; super close to the slopes, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, awesome hot tub, and plenty space for 3 adults and 4 kids. When we had a tiny hot tub issue the property manager was out right away to fix it. We loved their place and hope to visit during the summer!

The house is so well laid out. Plenty of family space in the living area and private space up and downstairs where the bedrooms are. A private hot tub, amazing view of winter park ski area and radiant floor heat throughout! This home is decorated so personally and the energy is loving and warm! Close to skiing, close to town!
